The process is not easy or intuitive

The process is not easy or intuitive. You have to experiment on the website to understand what you need to do and where it is to be found. Some information just not appear to be there at all! I could not find a FAQs or Search option? Then there was the actual completion of the Visa Form. The Hints were not helpful at times and although it made suggestions I did not understand that if I wasn't travelling with an organization why it would not let me state that. So instead I put the Hotel I booked even though later on it asked for any Hotel information. Have used site about 6 times.

My experience was mixed

My experience was mixed. On the website, when ordering my visa support letter, I clearly selected that I would be using the document to apply for a visa in China. The process of inputting information and paying for the service were quick and easy. However, the next day the Russian Visa Application Service Center in Beijing rejected the document, because the first and last name are listed on the template on two separate lines. The embassy in Beijing insists that the two names must be on one line. I contacted iVisaOnline later that day (had to wait for their office to open due to the time difference). I didn't receive and email after a few hours, so I called their office. They said that they had sent me a revised letter, but somehow it had not made it to my inbox. I checked spam filters, etc. They then immediately sent me the revised document (this time it arrived in my inbox) with both my first and last name on one line. Customer service was friendly in dealing with me. However, the reality is still that I had to make one extra trip to the Russian Visa Application Service Center. Based on another Trustpilot review that I just read now, I saw that iVisaOnline is actually aware that their template is not accepted in Beijing. A customer complained about it recently. They said that it's difficult from a technical aspect to change how they issue the document when first ordered online. Since they are aware of this issue in Beijing, I feel like they should try harder to fix the technical aspect ASAP, or put a big warning somewhere on the site once you select that you'll be applying in China that their autogenerated letter won't work and to send in a special request to get a correctly formatted letter. This would have saved me money and time by not having to go back and forth to the visa center on two separate days.

The site would not allow my visa …

The site would not allow my visa transaction to go through. I tried 3 times before getting my partner to use his visa.
My problem was that it did not give a reason why.

The site is quite easy to navigate

The site is quite easy to navigate. However, I was not able to understand your colour coding for appointment dates.
While booking appointments for 3rd May at Chandigarh, I made a mistake in that i proceeded to book an appointment for myself as i did not see the button for family. When I tried to book for my wife as we two senior citizens (both over 70 years) are travelling together. I did not get a time slot for her.
Then i tried booking for family (two) but duplication was detected. Now I do cannot find any link to cancel my individual booking. Perhaps your site is OK for young people but quite complex for me - even though I can quite easily navigate & utilise most other web-sites

Form could be clearer

Apparently, it's $30 to FedEx overnight a passport back. But I'm happy to provide a FedEx envelope along with my application. There's no option for that. Similarly, I am in a position to go pick up my passport. No option for that. I'm a little upset about the money, but mostly upset that it seemed as though there would be options and then there weren't. Please don't dangle options in front of me to then take them away.

Added cost for second attempt

I got re-directed to the site from my hotel site, then, at the payment step, the right page would not load.
I had to re-go through the process again, with a slight higher price then the first time.
Beside that, easy and fast procedure.
