No value adding middle party

Literally document handler who charges exorbitant fees for every little things. They wanted to charge $15 to translate 2 sentences in an application form while I downloaded it from their very own website. If it’s not in the correct language then don’t ask people to use it!

Good price and fast delivery of invitation. However, the payment processing with Assist and PayPal failed to work. I was only able to make payment using credit card via PayPal.

It was no problem with this service though the hotel they coorparate with shouldn\u0027t charge us additionally when we already choosing the hotel among dussins others and paying them for the stay. Will choose a hotel with free visa support next time.

Link to edit a current invitation did not work - had to contact support, to update the information (in the meantime i purchased another invitation, to be sure - which was useless as it turned out). Support was very fast and effective, though.

I had problems with my family name

Gunther Опубликовано 12.05.2019

I had problems with my family name: Günther. Usually everywhere this is written in documents other than Gernan: Guenther. The Russian consulate refused my first visa request with my name written this way. I had to change ist to Gunther! This should be advised when filling out the application!

It\u0027s a very professional company and very friendly. The price for the invitation is reasonably, but the delivery costs are too expensive.
