I have never been more confused from a website than this one. They say they are legit, although the Russian Consul side says that they do no accept payed vouchers from other sources for applying for a tourist visum. \nI did go through the procedures and bought from this site, but I can not yet say if it is good or bad. That is not a good place to be for a site. There needs to be more reassurance that this is legit, like a link from the Russian Consul saying that we can use this source.\nI would like to be assured from step one that this is a site approved by the Consul..\nAt this point in time, when asked for a review, I can only still be skeptical as to whether or not it works or not. The process was easy, but I do not feel reassured that it works and will be acceptable. I will not know that maybe for another 3 weeks. A score of 5 would mean I am sure from day 1. I will definitely update this review when the time comes. I updated to 2 after reading the reply. It means that my criticism is taken seriously and that is a good sign.\n\nI now have received my visa going through TASS and including the letter from ivisaonline. It did work but I was never sure until the end result came, my passport with a stamp in it. \n\nNow all countries are strict and the difference seems to be that other countries you know from step 1 that you are on the right path. This is not true for ivisaonline, except that they themselves reassure you that they do a good job. I will therefore keep my score at 2 and hope that they review their complicated and unreassuring process. \n\nI am looking forward to our trip to St. Petersburg....\n\nI understand your response having run a business for 40 years. \nI hope you believe that my response is for constructive criticism only, and I hope you take it for that. I know of a number of people who just decided not to come to Russia because of all the uncertainity around the visa process. After I printed my invitation I discovered an issue which required a reprint. The customer service email address does not work (returned as non-existent) and twice sent messages through the pop up without a reply. I finally just gave up and bought another invitation.

I didn\u0027t know the regulations about getting Visa from Turkey. So I just bought my voucher from your company. But it turned out later your consulate is not accepting your voucher and you don\u0027t mind it. I asked my money back. You claimed that was nonrefundable. So I had to pay again another company for a voucher. Also I must add that voucher is diffrent than yours.
