Link to edit a current invitation did not work - had to contact support, to update the information (in the meantime i purchased another invitation, to be sure - which was useless as it turned out). Support was very fast and effective, though.

I had problems with my family name: Günther. Usually everywhere this is written in documents other than Gernan: Guenther. The Russian consulate refused my first visa request with my name written this way. I had to change ist to Gunther! This should be advised when filling out the application!

It\u0027s a very professional company and very friendly. The price for the invitation is reasonably, but the delivery costs are too expensive.

They helped me all the matters and guided me also. But in the end they charged me 1550 for filling up my form again which i could have done in a mere 5 minutes online. That was epic. Otherwise satisfactory
