I was referred by my hotel for visa support and I was charged regular price for Pakistan citizen applying from pakistan. I am based in Qatar and it’s unfair to charge everyone same price just because there is high migration risk. My profile was different, I was referred by hotel and despite my explanation there was no discount for me. So I am not happy, I just paid the fee as I needed the invitation for visa.

Terrible! No help with the hotel and instead of refunding were very rude. Точно не советую пользоваться если у вас нет брони отеля, отвратительное отношение к клиенту, очень грубо говорили по телефону и потом по имейлам

Please be informed that the Russian embassy refuse the visa invitation which I received from you.\n\nThis is because the visa process take more than one month. \n\nYou are kindly requested to inform how I will get my money back or at least when I make the next one free.
