Had a good experience

Had a good experience. The transaction went smooth. Booked tickets late at night & received the tickets by next morning. I am giving 4 star just coz the entire ticket is printed in Russian language so its gonna be a bit difficult for me to interpret it. Other than that no issue.

Very good overall experience

Very good overall experience. Great staff. Punctuality.
The only thing was that the departure train station in Moscow mentioned on the ticket was misleading since written only in Cyrillic.

GOOD SERVICES, BUT TRIP TO LONG FOR THE DISTANCE

Good services in terms of time, punctuality, etc. However, the toilettes were, in general, dirties and stinking. Furthermore, the immigration procedures were a bit long and exhausting.

I was surprised with the service level, you are great team actually. I've booked an online ticket then it was on hold. Next day morning you mailed me , when I didn't reply you, you guys reached me through what's app! It's amazing and easy. And the agent was following all steps with me , he/she even told me how to get to the station, I loved that. Thank you so much.
