Me dejaron tirado en el aeropuerto, llamé al conductor y me dijo que no me recogía...\nAl día siguiente para regresar al aeropuerto,me dijeron que me llegarían,sin coste alguno,...y volvieron a dejarme tirado, les mandé varios mails y nunca más me contestaron...que poca vergüenza...\nY mi dinero,no me lo devuelven...

Transporte n° 7625249, unos impresentables y estafadores, me dejaron tirado en el aeropuerto porque no apareció nadie y desde la web la atención fue nula, tuve que llamar muchas veces y no conseguí nada, me escribieron que buscaban otro conductor y tampoco lo cumplieron. El regreso al aeropuerto tampoco apareció nadie aún diciendome que me enviaban un conductor sin coste. A ver ahora si me devuelven el dinero. No os fieis un timo.

Excellent service for ordering long-distance transfers!Prices are much lower than the competition.I ordered a taxi to another city. The driver arrived on time.We got there well.I recommend this site to everyone for long trips!

Ich habe vor Corona einen Transfer für Juni 2020 gebucht. \nDurch Corona wurde sowohl die Flüge storniert als auch die Unterkunft. \nGetTransfer.com weigert sich seitdem das Guthaben zurück zu erstatten.\nDer Fahrer, welcher mit unserem Transfer betraut wurde hat auch keinen einzigen Euro gesehen.\nAlso sitzt GetTransfer.com auf dem Geld, hat nichts dafür getan und keinen Euro ausgegeben.\nDas ist so eine Unverschämtheit und schlechter Kundenservice!!!\n\nNie wieder!!!

Advice on how to apply for chargeback

Another piece of advice for all of you who will request a chargeback. If you made a booking before 16th of March 2020, you are legally entitled to the refund to your credit card. This is the date when COVID-19 officially restricted travelling and gettransfer changed their T\u0026C adding the paragraph about COVID. If you made a booking before that, you agreed to the initial cancellation policy which says that you can cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the pick-up time. Chargeback with your bank / credit card company will be fully valid and justified. So you can get your money back. Good luck all! :)

Untrustworthy! Avoid

If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this company at all costs, they are untrustworthy. They promised a 48 hour free cancellation policy which they amended after covid. Everytime I phone I am told they will start the refund.. its over 9 months later and no money back! AVOID!!!
