Качественно и достаточно оперативно

Спасибо службе поддержки, которая действительно пытается найти замену в короткий срок и оперативно отвечает. Узнать за пару часов до вылета, что трансфер отменился не самое приятное, но буквально за 10 минут мне нашли замену и даже классом выше, а разницу покрыла компания, это показатель качества.

It’s shameful to tell the people that the refund will be after the pandemic ends

I have used them a couple of times previously and they were OK\n\nMy flights cancelled and I have to take the flight from other destination. I canceled the trip before 5 days.\n\nThey have told me that I will be issued a credit instead of a refund to use for a future trip when I have no intentions of making a future trip - and even if I was, 100% would never use them again anyway.\n\nThey claim the refund will be placed after the pandemic although nobody knows when the pandemic ends.\n\nThey are now holding my money because they don\u0027t have to pay a driver now. This is daylight robbery.\n\nI seen them reply to another bad review claiming something along the lines of \u0022it would take too long to refund the normal way\u0022 - well I don\u0027t care. That\u0027s your problem not mine.\n\nHorrible company of thieves. Do not use them.\n\nI am starting a dispute with my credit card company and I am going to leave this similar review with every review site I can, social media page, forum - everywhere.\n\nPlease do not use this company. If there\u0027s an issue you won\u0027t see your money again.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.\n\nI have used them a couple of times previously and they were OK (despite one of their drivers cancelled on me the night before my trip claiming the price he gave me was too low) however, I had to cancel an upcoming trip in 17-days time due to Covid. \n\nBoth my flights cancelled and I am to work from home now for the future.\n\nThey have told me that I will be issued a credit instead of a refund to use for a future trip when I have no intentions of making a future trip - and even if I was, I 100% would never use them again anyway.\n\nThey are now holding onto almost £120 of my money because they don\u0027t have to pay a driver now. Тайланде заказал такси у этой компании.Из-за отмены рейса авиокомпании я попросил перенести заказ на другое время.Джет трансфер отказал мне в трансфере ,хотя деньги были уплачены.Я много раз требовал чтобы вернули мои деньги.Но они отказываются.Не связывайтесь с этой компанией,они мошенники,наживаются на обмане клиентов.

Driver kept calling he was unfortunately delayed. An hour later we officially cancelled. Still 9 days later we are waiting for a refund. Never ever book again - it some shady service line.

DO NOT Pay this company any money\nThey took our money for a transfer on 25th February From Valmeinier to Grenoble, took our money confirmed and then cancelled that night\nThey should have refunded our money immediately but did not and then since March have used COVID 19 as the excuse\nBut it was before the pandemic and they were the ones to cancel \nBE AWARE \nI am taking them to court
