Ao meu último comentário sobre a Gettransfer, esta respondeu, como sempre tem feito, em abono da verdade, explicando que perde o rasto ao dinheiro que os clientes pagam e que poderia (might) levar muito tempo a devolver o dinheiro.

Sono il proprietario di un\u0027agenzia NCC e diversi nostri collaboratori (autisti ncc) che hanno lavorato per gettransfer mi hanno comunicato che per fare parte della loro flotta è sufficiente inviare documenti contraffatti o incompleti, ciò spiega la presenza di abusivi e anche la non rintracciabilità dell\u0027azienda (probabilmente russa sicuramente non europea) perché priva di sede in italia

Their transfers are a threat to life! The driver turned up with a friend who he picked up after work. I was very uncomfortable with 2 males in the car at 4 am. The driver\u0027s friend refused to put a mask on. The windscreen was foggy with 0 visibility and he kept on driving. I asked him to stop and pull over but he said not to worry and that he would drive slowly. I thought I was going to die during that trip! I know their transfers are cheap but it\u0027s totally not worth it. They refuse to provide the refund for this dreadful trip but gave me some credit instead. NEVER EVER I\u0027m going to use their credit or their \u0022service\u0022 again. It\u0027s not a service, it\u0027s a death trap and they just don\u0027t care. For you own safety, DO NOT USE THEM!

THIS IS FAKE APP, SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE! THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR DRIVERS, I USED TO WORK AS A DRIVER FOR 2 MONTHS AND THEY DID NOT PAY M FOR ALL TRIPS I DID IN 2 MONTHS! THE PAYOUT SUPPOSED TO BE IN 30 DAYS AFTER COMPLE MONTH, AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR MARCH MONEY! THEY SAID THEY HAVE FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES!BEWARE TO BOOK TRANSFERS! WILL END UP DRIVER NOT TURNING UP FOR THE BOOKED TRANSFER, SIMPLY BECAUSE DRIVER WILL NOT GET PAID!

Horrible company and clearly made up of scammers. I have been trying to get a refund for a service that I didn\u0027t receive for almost nine months already. I paid on February 6, 2020 for the service to take place on May 20, 2020. I requested the refund on March 21, 2020, this is two months in advance; therefore, I should have received a refund at 100% as it was with ample time of notice. It is already December 6, 2020 and they keep citing Covid-19 as the reason for not being able to issue the refund; this damn virus is never going away, so I\u0027m basically never going to get my money!\nI filed a complaint with BBB, but it seems like others have done so too without any resolution. Customers beware of gettransfer.com!

Our company has been working for Gettransfer.com for a while and now has stopped it.\nGettransfer has collected 100% customers’ prepayment for the transfers we have performed and has not paid us since last February 2020. In fact, they misappropriated our money (a few of thousand euros) contrary to the payment obligations under their Service License Contract and still avoid to pay us. I’m in contact with about 200 carriers who have neither been paid from Gettransfer and have the same problem.\n\nIn fact Gettransfer is not a carrier but is just an APPS who use the service of the carriers and then propose it to different customers. But that doesn\u0027t mean them to collect a full cost of transfers in advance avoiding paying to carriers.\nWe have contacted them many times, but they use flimsy pretext for not to pay us.\n\nObviously, they do not refund customers for canceled trips.\n\nIt\u0027s just incredible that such aggregators scam people and continue to do it with impunity!\n\nTO THE CUSTOMERS: Gettransfer is not a carrier, the company is incorporated in Cyprus and managed mostly from Moscow. Gettransfer doesn’t have any ability to check certainty proposed carriers, their licenses, insurance, technical condition of the proposed vehicle etc. You pay money that you never will get back, whether there will you get your transfer or not. They make up the rules as they go along, so do not feel that you have any consumer protection.\nDo not take the risk of using Gettransfer.com, better turn to for local carriers’ services or reliable aggregators.\n\nTO CARRIERS: Dishonest company! They make you work for them at the lowest prices and highest commissions. You will also pay all income tax for their commissions and all bank charges regarding transmission your money (if it will). \nThe most revolting keeping your money they start to blackmail you to force on perform a transfers at robbery prices: promised to pay you 1/3 of their commission for your future completed trips to pay off debt.\nTheir license agreement isn’t means a legal contract, worst they make up the rules as they go along without your confirmation and don’t inform you about it. If they decide they won\u0027t pay you money, they won\u0027t pay! GT uses new naive carriers, but one day they will deceive you, as they have already deceived many others. Use a reliable and honest aggregators that provide you with a legally binding partnership contract.\n\nTO GETTRANSFER: Don’t care to response here making your semblance of concern. We have already contacted a hundred times in all possible Gettransfers’ divisions, including Restructuring. \nThe payment problem has not been solved both for me and for hundreds other carriers for eight months already!\nYou simply using the coronavirus situation for your own benefit. If you treat your partners and clients this way, it means that the coronavirus is in your mind.\n\nAny marketing tricks to promote your “business” will not help as long as you have a reputation as a scammer.\nGet back people’s money that you owe them and maybe will things change for the better for you.
