Доброго времени суток, я согласен со многими отзывами, данная компания скатилась даже меньше, чем одна звезда. Фейковые заманчивые предложения приводят к тому, что после оплаты приходит сообщение от водителя, что за данные деньги он не приедет, это ошибка и начинается это «бла-бла шоу», фишка в том, что данная компания оставляет себе эти средства, ссылаясь на внутренний регламент в связи с пандемией и деньги висят на счёту в личном кабинете. За месяц три раза была такая ситуация, один раз решили, один раз нет, третий раз я уже сам писал и уточнял правда ли эта цена или нет. Ну что ж явно ребята не переживут эти веселые времена, пусть горят в аду?

Worst customer service I have ever had. They still haven’t refund me £500 (it ‘s been almost 8 months!!) although booking and refund request made a month before COVID-19. Delay was made by your side.\n\nThey were saying they could refund after lockdown but now saying after Covid and keep saying use credit! Excuse me, I don’t want to use your service at all!\n\nCan see a lot people have same situation as me. Please listen your customer’s voice sincerely and see your business as long term.\n\nNever ever recommend this service..

I have $174 for cancelled bookings that they refuse to refund to my account . The bookings were made before the co vid outbreak and the cancellation policy at the time of booking was a full refund. Now they refuse a refund and my only option is credit to my account.

I wouldn\u0027t use. Booked with them and my flight schedule changed resulting in us arriving 30 minutes earlier than originally planned. I contacted GetTransfer to inform them and they increased the price. I asked for a refund which they agreed to, however the money has been credited to an account with them and not back to my original account I paid them from. I explained I have no further plans to travel but had no success obtaining my refund!!

C’est scandaleux.\nLe chauffeur ne vient pas. Vous n’êtes pas remboursé. On vous propose un avoir à utiliser en commandant un autre taxi....\nOn ne peut vous garantir qu’un taxi sera présent comme convenu.\nLa seule garantie c’est que vous allez payer.

I reserved a transfer, the driver canceled the day before and gettransfer refuses to refund the money even though it wasn\u0027t my choice to cancel the ride!\nI basically wasted 130 euros so avoid at all costs.

Refusing to return fee paid for a transfer that they took from me confirmed the pick up but never sent to the driver or drivers company. No car arrived to pick us up. No cancellation anywhere from any party just GetTransfer taking money not paying the taxi co and refusing to give it back. Keeping it for me in my account to use in the future. Very bD customer service blaming Covid for inability to do refunds....? Come on. DO NOT USE. have emailed several times and stock answers return. \n\nEdit. Just seen the reply below which does not represent what happened. They were not an untrustworthy company as Gettransfer suggest. I spoke to the driver who confirmed that the money wasn\u0027t paid or any confirmation sent for the booking. I have written many emails with questions about the clauses in the terms and conditions which don\u0027t apply in this case only to receive stock answers back. They are based in Cyprus so am now following up with EU trading standards to clarify rights. Its not the money but the principle and their blatant disregarding of customers. It does not take a long time to transfer money these days. No money was ever sent to the taxi co its just sitting in their account. It could be done in seconds.

We changed the TIME of our return journey and have all the relevant conformation emails to prove this, they turned up a day early and refused to take any responsibility for their mistake, they then refused to send another car on the arranged date, the last day of our holiday was spent phoning and emailing to try and rectify this with no joy at all apart from a rather rude and abrupt email from someone called \u0022nick\u0022 telling us it was our fault and we would have to rebook and pay again if we wanted to get home safely and a refund was out of the question. the holiday was for our handicapped son and this whole affair with gettransfer caused us all undue stress and upset, we had to borrow money and use another firm together us back home. We are totally disgusted with the service we received and fully intend to take this matter further.
