i used this service several times in the early mornings from Vienna to Bratislava airport. there was never a delay or something else that disappointed me. the cars were clean and the drivers polite although the didn\u0027t speak german the conversation (mainly in english) was ok. also the back office stuff was very quick helpful when i had problems with my booking/paymethod.\nthe other good thing is that you can wether choose your maximum price or just wait for the suggested fares.\nif i need a transfer i would always choose tis one first.

Absolut schlecht und unseriös afgrund eines Covid 19 bedingten Ausfall musste ich den Flug und auch den Transfer stornieren.\nLeider gibt es weder eine Rückerstattung noch einen Gutschein.

Very bad service indeed. I did transfers for this company in March. They still did not pay me. I sent them an email, they replied they will only give me partial of my money. I\u0027m still even waiting for that. How Disgusting...!!!

Vous mettez en concurrence les chauffeurs et acceptez systématiquement l\u0027offre la moins rentable pour le chauffeur.\n\nQuand vous accepterez de payer un prix descend aux chauffeurs qui sont d\u0027ailleurs tous indépendants et n\u0027appartiennent pas a Gettransfert, ALORS vous aurez un service juste et des garanties.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased this service however due to the new lockdown restrictions and travel ban in the UK, had to cancel at the last minute (more than 24 hours). I was told that because Idid not cancel within the 48 hours, I cannot get a refund. I\u0027ve emailed customer service and the unhelpful manager named Violetta Lopatina sent me the same cut and paste response twice. This is absolutely evil and despicable this company. They now £165 of my money for nothing. I am in the process now of cancelling the payment with my bank. I wish I would have read the previous reviews before I purchased! AVIOD AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

Une réservation faite et payée sur internet. A l\u0027 aéroport pas de taxi, le chauffeur injoignable , gettransfer ne me propose pas d\u0027autres solutions, même avec un surcoût. Et il m\u0027envoie un mail en final pour m\u0027indiquer que la réservation est annulée. Je dois donc louer une voiture pour rentrer chez moi après avoir perdu 03 h à l\u0027aéroport.\nEt le comble Gettransfer ne rembourse pas le paiement pour cause de Covid !!. Quel honte !!\nA fuir

Absolutely disgusting service second time they let us down .cost over £1000to get a young family with 2 yr old back to UK after they failed to pick us up. As others said they will not refund the money back to you.so had to continue with other bookings.1 month later left at the airport told to get taxi and the courier would pay who incidentally is a receptionist at a hotel we had stayed in some years ago.then he cancelled return trip to airport. No money back .GetTransfer have now got a total of £165 belonging to us.... replied as requested in the reply from get transfer and nothing back:: another email sent 1 week later still no reply from gettransfer--- reply received Dear Customer,\n\nIn the first place, please accept our deepest apologies for the inappropriate service. We act as an intermediary, an informational portal, which connects local carriers and the travelers. Our primary mission is to exchange the information between the parties and make sure the prepayment is safe, until successful completion of the transfer is confirmed. Unfortunately, some things can only be verified after the transfer time, and we very carefully review the feedback and work with the carrier to improve the experience of our customers. Our license agreement is dedicated to guide the carrier to providing the best service, but some decide to deviate from it, hurting the reliability of our service and customer experience. We apologize for connecting you with the carrier who has proven not worthy of trust. \n\nWe have issued a refund for return transfer. \n\nWe understand that you had to bear additional expenses apart from transfer price. However, please note that you have agreed to the terms upon paying the transfer price and the next clause applies 8.3: The Company shall have no liability, however arising, for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury or property damage arising out of or in connection with the provision of the Service hereunder, or otherwise related to its subject matter, regardless of the negligence (either active, affirmative, sole, or concurrent) of the Company, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. \nWe are really sorry but there is nothing else we can help you with in this particular case. Absolutely appalling, I would give 0 stars if the option was available. They don\u0027t offer a refund when the driver cancels, just credit to use their abysmal service when it doesn\u0027t even work. I hope they go into liquidation to save others the stress and anguish they\u0027ve caused me.
