Заказали и предварительно оплатили трансфер из аэропорта Анталии до отеля в Алании. Водитель, который по условиям договора, должен был встречать нас в аэропорту с табличкой в руках не приехал. Телефон водителя был выключен. В компанию gettransfer написали претензию, к которой прикрепили наши доводы и доказательства в виде скрин шотов безрезультатных звонков и смс сообщений водителю на его отключенный телефон. В процессе спора перевозчик принимает сторону не приехавшего водителя и отказывает нам в возврате денежных средств за не оказанную услугу,не озвучивая нам объяснений и доказательств водителя. Так как они склонны доверять водителю, а клиент всегда не прав. Ни кому и ни когда не советую связываться с данной компанией, если не хотите выкинуть деньги на трансфер, который не приедет.

The worst company ever, left our group stranded at the airport at 6pm on a saturday night, had to fight tooth and nail and 6 hours later finally get a clapped out old merc van with baldy summer tyres and a wasted driver.... nice journey up the alps not, ive never been so scared in my life, between the constant knocking suspension and the crazy overtaking manoeuvres my group we’re lucky to be arrive in the resort... We had paid for a luxury lwb state of art fancy brand new mercedes, more than three times the price of the standard merc vans... no refunds no vouchers nothing, as far as they are concerned we got a transfer and that’s it

Efficient transfers in the Algarve

It was easy to book transfers from Faro airport to Lagos on the website. Our driver, Francesco Incontro, was waiting at the airport with our name displayed on his notebook. His big comfortable car was immaculate as he was. There was WiFi in the car which was very useful. The one hour drive was smooth and fast. Francesco delivered us to our accommodation efficiently. He also picked us up for our return trip. Francesco was prompt and courteous. We will book him again when we return next year.

I made an order and literally twenty minutes later a car with an excellent driver was waiting for me, I think the price is very cheap, the trip was very comfortable. I recommend this company to everyone.

A JOKE - STAY AWAY\nI booked a ride to go from Charles de Gaulle airport to Reims at the end of march. Found a car, payed, but the driver cancelled 5 minutes later : he was not allowed to take more than 1 passenger (coronavirus). \nI had someone from get transfer on march 28th, she said to me that I’d have my refund in up to 30 days without any problem. A few week later, seeing my refund was still not here, I wrote again. And then, all laidback, they tell me they changed their custumer policy, and they cannot refund me anymore. But I can use a discount on a new ride ! LOL NEVER AGAIN

Péssimo atendimento. Meu filho foi enganado pelo motorista desonesto para cancelar o serviço fora do prazo, estava óbvio nas conversas printadas, mas a GetTransfer ignorou e pagamos pelo serviço sem usar, mesmo com as provas da desonestidade do motorista.
