Estafa total, es una verguenza...tuve reservado un transfer en el aeropuerto de Niza, la hora acordada no se presento el conductor, llamandole me dice que tardara un minuto, acabo de 10 minutos le llamo otra vez, y dice que como maximo tardara 20 minutos que tiene un problema, acabo de media hora le llamo donde esta... y dice que aun va a tardar. Asi q le digo que anulo el transfer, porque no podiamos a esperar mas. Lo peor de todo es que reclamando el dinero por un servicio que no fue cumplido por parte de ellos, me saben mandar solo los mails que lo sienten mucho, y que estan investigando la situación. Pero cada vez me manda mail otro operador preguntandome que es lo que paso y si fue utilizado el servicio. Sin reembolsarme el dinero. Es una verguenza, No recomiendo esta empresa para nada, porque solo cobra el dinero y el servicio no lo da, a parte deberian reembolsar el dinero inmediatamente ya que lo cobran antes por la pagina web.

I \u0027 ve booked transfer from sabiha gokcen airport. drives didn\u0027t arrive. didn\u0027 t response to my messages . support didn\u0027t make anything for me. still hasn\u0027t got refund.

Let me join the 39% of bad reviews, this is a SCAM, we booked a transfer 29th of november 2019, for a 2.5 hour transfer from Bangkok airport to Rayong Beach, for 100 usd we paid in advance, got a confirmation/ voucher all looked perfect !\n\n25th i realized that we will arrive 35 minutes later than planned, with the new flight number which i emailed and got reply on from their partner BKK Limousine in Bangkok. This company can for your info not be find online ! \n\nOur 2 friends who should join us waited at our arrival gate after costums together with lots of other drivers outsite gate 3 exit 10, 1300 , but did not see our name sign, we came out tired with 2 very tried small kids 1315 and still no sign, so i gave 20 minutes more before i called, but signal was very bad in airport so i SMS instead after not beeing able to hear what the guy from BKK told me. \n\nI was informed that pr policy the driver has left after waiting for us at the gate?? I asked the other drivers if they have seen any from BKK and with my name sign , they said they dont know this company and they have not see any with my name ! \n\nFinaly i got a photo with a driver with my name sign, but at gate 1, exit 3, where apperently there also are a meeting point , so in general that have waited by a wrong gate, even if they knew our flight number ! BKK claimed that everyone knows that this is the official meeting point in airport and if i didnt knew i should have googled it !?? \nI have no information from Gettransfer or BKK limousine , that we should meet them at another gate than where we arrived !\n\nLast communication by email they claim that by the way, the driver also went to Gate 3 exit 10 to find us, which we know is a lie as we where there all the time from 25 minutes after arrival where my friends was looking for our sign ! \n\nNo refunds, as according to BKK i did not know the \u0022official\u0022 meeting points far from my arrival gate !\n\nRead th 39% bad review , as many of the good reviews probably are with lots of fake ! \n\nBased on the reply of other bad revies . i guess the answer from Gettransfer.com will be : \nWe are sorry to hear about your negative experience with our company. Booked and paid for a taxi in advance when on a trip to Portugal to make the journey from the airport as stress free as possible as we were on a very tight time schedule. Needless to say when we got to Porto there was no sign of the taxi driver. No answer when we tried his phone number. Little help from Gettransfer when we called them. They phoned back a few minutes later and just said we’d have to make other arrangements and claim a refund. This delayed us and caused us further problems.\nLess than helpful when trying to claim a refund.\nStill waiting 2 days later to confirm we will get a refund.\nWhen you look at the feedback on their site it’s all 5 star reviews yet on a site like this that they don’t control it’s mostly very negative. That speaks volumes. Only wish I’d read these reviews before parting with my money.\n Awful service and they don’t seem to care once they’ve got your money.\nI will never use this company again.

Fabulous. Arranged a transfer from Beziers Airport to Montpellier for 6 of us because the trains were not running. Driver was waiting for us as we came through security with brand new vehicle. Very smooth journey and return worked just as well. Will definitely use again.

Really bad experience with total money…

Really bad experience with total money loss!!\nI reserved (and payed ahead!!) a minibus for 14 people, 14th November at 14:30. The pickup point was Lutton airport, London.\n\nHere\u0027s what happened:\n\n14:00 - arrived at the airport. No one waiting for us.\n14:30 - Scheduled time!! Still sign no of the driver.\nTried to contact the driver company (London City Radio Cars) several times but no one answered. The calls went directly to the answering machine.\n\n14:31 - called gettransfer customer service describing the situation and they called the driver company (somehow!!). They replied to me that the driver was 30 mins late, asking if I was willing to wait. I said yes.\n\n15:00 - Called the driver directly with the phone no received meanwhile and the driver said that he didn\u0027t know when he was going to arrive. Apparently an accident on the motorway was causing the delay.\n\n15:07 - I decided to cancel the transfer. Called gettransfer CS describing the situation again and asked to cancel and to be refunded. I was told that I would have to send an email for that. \n\n15:20 - Driver didn\u0027t show up. Sent email asking for cancellation and refund.\n\n20:10 - Received reply: \n\u0022Dear Passenger,\n\nPlease, accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.\nWe have to investigate this case. I have written the email to the driver about clarification.\nI will inform you as soon as possible.\u0022\n\nUntil now... No more news and paid 155€ to wait 1 hour at the airport. And, by the way, there wasn\u0027t any sign or news of any accident on the motorways.\n\nUpdate: December 6th, 3 weeks later and still no answer and no refund. I do not recommend this service.

Wir haben einen Transfer für Ägypten (vom Flughafen Hurghada in die Region Marsa Alam + retour) gebucht. Der Fahrer ist am Flughafen nicht erschienen und war auch an der angegebenen Tel.Nr. nicht erreichbar. Mussten somit am Flughafen einen anderen Transfer organisieren.\nDen Rücktransfer haben wir sodann gleich storniert. Haben für die Stornierung und Geld-zurück immer schnelle Antworten per Mail von der Firma erhalten.
