Navette réservé en Italie pour allez à l’aéroport tôt le matin, après 30 minutes toujours personne... obligé ma de prendre un uber, chauffeur qui envoie des messages menaçants 1h après. Service client qui refuse le remboursement, une pure ARNAQUE.

Recently, i had booked an airport transfer (from Paris) for a group of friends traveling through Europe. Upon arriving at the airport and securing our luggage, I immediately called the number on my confirmation to locate the driver but unfortunately the person who answered the phone did not speak English (and my French wasn\u0027t strong enough to explain my situation). I then reached out to the GetTransfer (GT) customer service group through FB messenger and explained my situation. After reaching out to the driver directly, the GT service agent indicated that the driver was at the terminal with a name sign and provided me with a different number than the one provided in my confirmation. I spoke to the driver who indicated that he was NOT at the terminal but would be there in 5 minutes. I shared this correction with the GT service agent (via FB messenger) but was glad that the driver would be arriving shortly (at this point my group and I had been waiting at the airport for roughly 20 minutes). \n\nAfter waiting an additional 10 minutes I attempted to call the driver several times with no answer. I again messaged the GT customer service team to see if they could assist. After waiting an additional 10 minutes (at this point we had arrived and had been waiting for over 40 mins) I informed the GT customer service team member that I would need to seek alternative travel as I was already running late for an event this evening and would be expecting a full refund. \n\nAs background, I had been traveling throughout Europe for the last two weeks and this is the first issue I’ve had with a transfer provider (would strongly recommend going with SunTransfers for any shuttle and/or transfer needs - amazing customer service). I have been back in the US for a week and am still waiting for a reply from GetTransfers on the status of my refund (at this point I have escalated the issue with my credit card company).

Nous avons réservé une navette hôtel/aéroport (Espagne) pour notre vol retour. La veille, notre chauffeur nous a contacté pour confirmer notre prise en charge à l\u0027heure convenue. La course étant déjà réglée dans son entièreté et plutôt onéreuse, cela nous a rassuré. Le jour J, personne ne s\u0027est présenté à l\u0027heure dite. Nous avons essayé de contacter le chauffeur qui nous répondait de temps en temps par message vocal, prétextant un trafic dense et une arrivée toujours retardée de quelques minutes. Finalement, le chauffeur est arrivé après 1h10 de retard et nous avons eu notre avion de justesse. En courrant et grâce à la gentillesse de tous les gens qui nous ont laissé passer devant eux. Selon le chauffeur, ce serait la faute de GetTransfer, de ses conditions de travail et de l\u0027organisation inexistante de la société. A l\u0027avenir, je hélerai un taxi.

Parijs, augustus 2019. het bedrijf zelf weet wel waarom. 100 euro weggegooid. ze hebben ons gewoon laten barsten, en mail wordt ook niet beantwoord. verder heel erg duur in vergelijking met gewone taxi.

I once tried to look for a ride via gettransfer.com, but for no avail: they couldn\u0027t point me any driver for the trip (luckily, as I now see from all these one star * reviews). This happened a few months ago.\nBut what is strange: gettransfer.com still gets in touch with my device, on daily basis. Every time I perform the security procedure on my tablet, i.e. delete browsing history and cookies, I see gettransfer.com on the list of visited pages. Only, I haven\u0027t! I even employ a dns block for gettransfer.com on my Android device, so as a user I can\u0027t reach the ip of their server. But somehow I manage to visit their url every time I\u0027m online. \nThis sounds creepy to me. Are they lurking on my credit card details? My online banking codes??\nCan you explain, gettransfer.com? And please, Get Off my device!

Contraté el servicio de transfer luego de revisar algunos comentarios en Tripadvisor. Mi experiencia fue terrible. Me cobraron por Paypal, llegamos a Estambul y nunca vinieron a recogernos. Ahora tratande de que Paypal nos reconozca la falla y devuelva el dinero por que en la empresa nos piden \u0022Pruebas\u0022 de que estuvimos en el aeropuerto. Nunca más Gettransfer y espero que nadie lo use en el futuro. Una verdadera estafa. \n\nBooking number: 4200126

I do not recommend GetTransfer.com at all. They and the carrier conspired and get your money and provide no service. I ordered their transfer service from the central train station Vienna to my hotel. The carrier did not show up. I ended up have to take uber. GetTransfer.com is not willing to refund. Please beware this web site is not honest.

Illegal transfers in Turkey, Fake reviews

As You saw on top this page, nearly all positive reviews are indicated as fake. They are just mediator of carriers. And most of the carries don\u0027t have any license to provide airport transfers in Turkey. This is illegal and when You get caught both drivers and passengers will be fined. And it is not even safe.These guys should be banned. And from some previous reviews written here, they even haven\u0027t paid to carriers properly. So, be very careful when ordering this company for your own safety, especially in Turkey to avoid headaches and fines!!
