REFUND - DRIVER DIDN\u0027T SHOW

BOOKING: 5957913\n\nI paid in advance for the transfer and informed in the reservation that someone needed to wait for me at the landing with a sign with the name of my husband (Andre Medeiros). \n\nI am traveling with a 1 year old baby and could not wait at the airport. But the driver didn\u0027t show up and I started to get messages and calls from someone who said I should wait for the driver to arrive in the outside of the airport. \n\nThat\u0027s not what I hired! He should be there waiting for us with a sign with our name! (prints attached).\n\nAfter 1 hour of waiting, exposed to the cold night of Paris (8 degrees) with a baby, we took a taxi and cancel the transfer. \n\nAfter that, the person who claimed to be from Get Transfer gave us no further response about the refund I requested and even deleted the message requesting data from my paypal. (prints attached)\n\nI paid by credit card. Is this a scam?\n\nSo, I demand the payment refund immediatly.\n\nAtt.,\n\nLuisiana Medeiros

Traslado de Vienna al aeropuerto el 7 de Diciembre de 2019 con nº de reserva № 5641881.\nEl conductror no llegaba, lo llame dos veces y decia que no tenia noticia de este transporte, tuve que llamar al numero que aparece en la reserva, el conductor llego 30 minutos tarde.\nComo consecuencia de esto, la llamada que hice a la Central al ser en Suiza me ha costado 15,69 €.\nHe reclamado por emal estos hechos para que me lo solucionen, ya que de no ser así el transporte me ha salido muy caro.\nRESPUESTA DE LA EMPRESA.\nMe ofrecen un descuento (no se de cuanto en mi proximo traslado). Realmente dudo que vuelva a contratar con esta empresa. AL FINAL TE SALE MUY CARO.

Sappiatelo... dove ce prezzo basso, ce un abusivo,al primo controllo proseguite il vostro viaggio a piedi,è non sarete rimborsati, è non parliamo se succeda qualcosa, sarete delle vittime è nessuno non rispondera, perché la colpa sarà vostra.

Don\u0027t even Consider this company(thieves) . I had a flight from Malta to Bergano delayed. As soon as I knew about the delay I contacted the driver to tell him I had a delay. He said no problem. Than he told me he can\u0027t pick me up at the airport. I contacted the company so I get a refund, because obviously they tell you to pay before. Their response was that the driver was at the airport waiting for me, which is not true because I sent a massage to the driver to tell him I had a delay at 16.00..my flight was supposed to be at 17.00.. Arrival at bergamo 19.00. So how was he waiting for me at the airport? Very unprofessional company. It\u0027s better to walk than hire these thieves.

I\u0027ll never use them...ever. Very unprofessional and literally cheats! Booked a pickup from BKK, post payment they assigned me Toyota Innova when i paid for Mercedez GL. Best part is their driver didn\u0027t show up on airport..crazy folks. I lost my money and gave up after several phone calls. Suggest to stay away!!

I will never deal with this agency again. My driver never showed up after I had prepaid, and his phone was off and there was no way to get a hold of him. The agency’s response when I tried to call them was the they also could not contact the transfer and said: ‘in this case, he is entitled to compensation and the search for a new carrier will be at an additional cost‘ How is that a solution. I then had to find my own transport, and have asked to cancel the return one. But they will not confirm that I can cancel or get a refund and keep getting fobbed off with we are investigating. How can you investigate if both myself and the agency knew the drivers phone was off and there was so reply to phone or email. Now it feels like I have had to pay twice the promised price, with no offer of compensation. Avoid at all costs.

Nº4686206\nUn robo, tenia contratado un traslado premiun, que era un mercedes-Benz E-Class y nos vino a buscar un hyunday Accent. lo comentamos y ni se molestarnos en dar una explicación. a la vuelta lo mismo. Pedí una factura porque me cobraron un suplemento por un retraso del avión y no me la han querido mandar, ni me han contestado. unos sinvergüenzas en todo. no recomiendo en nada esta compañía

Premetto che sono un noleggiatore la mia recensione è dovuta alla loro scarsa serietà, alcuni giorni fa ho fatto un un\u0027offerta per un transfer, aggiudicato a metà prezzo da un altro (pensavo) noleggiatore, ero in zona e ho visto l abusivo caricare il cliente e fare il transfer, da un controllo della targa l\u0027auto non è autorizzata al servizio ncc, li contatto (GET TRANSFER) dicendo che l\u0027autista che ha effettuato il transfer non ha regolare licenza, che non è legale permettere il transfer senza aver fatto richiesta dei documenti che indicano numero licenza iscrizione all\u0027albo, mi rispondono che loro non possono farci nulla...politica aziendale, (cioè nessun controllo da parte loro per la sicurezza del cliente) vi consiglio se doveste prenotare con loro, di fare un controllo targa e che alla voce codice uso troviate la dicitura noleggio con conducente, e non la voce uso proprio. In ogni regione ci sono noleggiatori seri che hanno un sito o pagina internet, contattate direttamente, avrete un prezzo migliore (non chiedono commissioni) e avrete modo di sapere che il vostro autista è un regolare noleggiatore, con regolare partita iva e iscrizione rea. I am partner of GetTransfer in Ireland, so far had no bad experience, all well orgonised trough app and website, as responsible driver you have to monitor your transfers quotes on hourly basis, to avoid conflicted transfers.\nMost of bad reviews have 1 star from passangers based on drivers not showed up, I suggest that partners of GetTransfer should be on the deeper check, and once driver don\u0027t show up without any communication in advance, he simply loose the contract, as there is lots of responsible and reliable drivers who can do job apropriate, without chancers. All these incapable drivers are damaging company reputation. Drivers if you cant do the job, don\u0027t sign up for that. \nThank you.
