This \u0022company\u0022 is a scam! Stay away absolutely! They charge you in advance and then the driver never comes up! Then they buy time sayong you that your case is being investigated etc... so eventually they are delaying you so they do not give you the money back.\nI have been asking my refund already 10 days now and they are still investigating the obvious thing just to avoid. Complete scam. Does anybody knows how we can procceed to a higher authority for sutting down the site and protecting more people?

Заказали и оплатили полностью трансфер в Венгрии. Водитель не приехал, служба поддержки не смогла выйти с ним на связь. Прождали 30 минут. В итоге пришлось заказывать такси в аэропорту. Люди, перед тем как заказывать читайте независимые отзывы. Не попадайтесь в ловушку этих мошенников.

снимут полностью деньги за трансфер и не окажут услугу

Снимают полностью с Карты деньги как 100% предоплату за услугу трансфера. Услуга не была оказана, номер рейса был сообщен перевозчику, отправлен скрин при посадке в самолёт , в итоге услугу не оказали, деньги не вернули, полностью присвоили себе всю сумму за трансфер, хотя водитель просто приехал подождал и уехал. Написала в компанию письмо так никто и не ответил почему всю сумму себе взяли, за что, возможно было бы логично в таком случае брать неустойку и расходы, но нет взяли все деньги . Не рекомендую использовать по двум причинам 1) списывают сразу 100% предоплату за трансфер 2) водитель использует не номер рейса а время которое указали, если рейс задержут или есть часовая разница то никто не встретит . Пользуйтесь перевозчиками которые берут деньги по факту оказания услуги. Когда деньги уже не на вашей стороне компании Gettransfer уже нет до вас никакого дела и водитель будет в приоритете, так как они деньги делят между собой. Мне этот сервис посоветовала TRAVELATA, мы брали тур у них и они посоветовали эту компанию, жалею что не воспользовалась отзывами, сервис оказания услуг трансфера у gettransfer не налажен, в приоритете простой заработок денег и нажива, а не оказание услуг трансфера.

BOOKING: 5957913\n\nI paid in advance for the transfer and informed in the reservation that someone needed to wait for me at the landing with a sign with the name of my husband (Andre Medeiros). \n\nI am traveling with a 1 year old baby and could not wait at the airport. But the driver didn\u0027t show up and I started to get messages and calls from someone who said I should wait for the driver to arrive in the outside of the airport. \n\nThat\u0027s not what I hired! He should be there waiting for us with a sign with our name! (prints attached).\n\nAfter 1 hour of waiting, exposed to the cold night of Paris (8 degrees) with a baby, we took a taxi and cancel the transfer. \n\nAfter that, the person who claimed to be from Get Transfer gave us no further response about the refund I requested and even deleted the message requesting data from my paypal. (prints attached)\n\nI paid by credit card. Is this a scam?\n\nSo, I demand the payment refund immediatly.\n\nAtt.,\n\nLuisiana Medeiros

Driver kom aldrig, og firmaet endte med at blokere mig. Brug et andet driver firma :)

Traslado de Vienna al aeropuerto el 7 de Diciembre de 2019 con nº de reserva № 5641881.\nEl conductror no llegaba, lo llame dos veces y decia que no tenia noticia de este transporte, tuve que llamar al numero que aparece en la reserva, el conductor llego 30 minutos tarde.\nComo consecuencia de esto, la llamada que hice a la Central al ser en Suiza me ha costado 15,69 €.\nHe reclamado por emal estos hechos para que me lo solucionen, ya que de no ser así el transporte me ha salido muy caro.\nRESPUESTA DE LA EMPRESA.\nMe ofrecen un descuento (no se de cuanto en mi proximo traslado). Realmente dudo que vuelva a contratar con esta empresa. AL FINAL TE SALE MUY CARO.

Sappiatelo... dove ce prezzo basso, ce un abusivo,al primo controllo proseguite il vostro viaggio a piedi,è non sarete rimborsati, è non parliamo se succeda qualcosa, sarete delle vittime è nessuno non rispondera, perché la colpa sarà vostra.

Don\u0027t even Consider this company(thieves) . I had a flight from Malta to Bergano delayed. As soon as I knew about the delay I contacted the driver to tell him I had a delay. He said no problem. Than he told me he can\u0027t pick me up at the airport. I contacted the company so I get a refund, because obviously they tell you to pay before. Their response was that the driver was at the airport waiting for me, which is not true because I sent a massage to the driver to tell him I had a delay at 16.00..my flight was supposed to be at 17.00.. Arrival at bergamo 19.00. So how was he waiting for me at the airport? Very unprofessional company. It\u0027s better to walk than hire these thieves.
