Worst car service I have ever had. I have taken them three times, each time the driver was not where they were supposed to be at the time specified to pick me up. Two times the driver dropped us off at the wrong location causing us to be late for meetings and two times I was told I had to pay extra in cash due to an address change that was a building next door.\nWhen I asked Get Transfer for receipts for the additional €20 for one transfer to drop me next door to original address, they told me they couldn\u0027t provide one and to ask the driver. Driver told me Get Transfer will provide an email with receipt - lots of back and forth and no joy.\n\nOne driver was unhinged and drove like a maniac.\nYou get the picture - use an Uber or a taxi service - much better!!

It went really wrong as no one showed up at the airport when we arrived and we had to wait an hour for someone to finally come to pick us up . The driver Gokhan never came. \n\nThis is scandalous !!! I paid for a private service to have a secure and efficient service and this was worse than everything.. \n\nOn top of that we had a reservation already paid for a cruise on the Bosphore and we lost it cause of this nightmare . \n\nWe had to deal with several people on the phone make/ received calls , roaming as I didn’t have a Turkish number .\n\n At 8.05pm a driver said that he was on his way and will reach us in 15 min !! We had to wait till finally someone pick us up at 20.30 .\nthe only explaination we had was the traffic , as if those drivers were going to the airport at that hour for the first time !!! can\u0027t beleive that at all , they just forgot about us and didn\u0027t want to admit it.\nThis ruined totally the beautiful day we had today !!!\n\nThis is totally unacceptable and I asked GETTRANSFERT to refund me the trip back to Istanbul as the service was not provided at all as it was requested but they never did !!!\nThey just gave me a 10 % discount on the next booking as if i would deal with them again !!! They also told me to see directly with the \u0022carrier\u0022 for the refund which was rude and didn\u0027t even bothered..\nA real shame on them for this behaviour \n\nAVOID GETTRANFERT as much as u can as they don\u0027t have real costumer service and put the blame on someone else when a problem aoccured!!!\n\nAnd even if they took contact with me below asking to contact them ( again) its just to look good towards costumers as they answered me they couldn\u0027t do anything !!! Total shame on them .

i had two bad experiences with these people and do they certainly do things differently to westerners. In a word \u0022incompetent\u0022. I had a transfer booked from Singapore city to Airport and had to cancel it because of the British Airways strike. It had already been paid for and I made myself very clear on what I needed and was told the driver booked could not make it. \u0027So?\u0027 and I asked for someone to replace him, you would think that they could see that I NEEDED a replacement on the new date made for the transfer, and \u0022Irina\u0022, the operator, upped the price on me then and there. I said okay and on the day, guess what, no one turned up at the airport and I finally got a taxi for 20 sing dollars a fraction of the price quoted by the Get Transfer incompetents. they made no excuse and were totally confused. DON\u0027T WHATEVER YOU DO USE THEM THEY ARE TOTALLY INCOMPETENT and CONFUSED. What makes matters worse,I am disabled and they left me in the lurch. The second experience is too laughable for words so I WON\u0027T BOTHER. But watch out don\u0027t whatever you do use then or you may be left in the lurch like me. No apology has been received, nor a refund, so be careful.

Witheld £64 refund

Bad Customer Service\n\nThis company refused to refund the money for a cab ride which was not taken. They spent a long time deliberating and in the end I paid £64 for nothing. Avoid this company if possible - advance payment for taxis in general is a bad idea.

Terrible company! We pre-arranged and pre-paid a transfer to take our group from Loire Valley to Paris. They were supposed to pick us up at 10:am and they never showed up. After several calls to them, they finally said they would not take us. While they agreed to refund the cost of the transfer they offered no alternatives and we we\u0027re stranded. We had to call taxi companies from other towns to pick us up. It cost us a fortune to take taxis to Paris and several people in my group missed their flights. The company offered no apology and no compensation for the extra costs WHICH WAS THEIR FAULT!

Please, AVOID at ALL COSTS!!!

Just like the rest of the reviews say, they left us stranded hours from Paris when a group of almost 30 people had to get back for flights, busses, trains, etc. There was no explanation or apology and we simply had to \u0022figure it out\u0022 on our own. Extremely unprofessional and no offer of a refund at all. We were stuck in the countryside having to take taxi\u0027s back to Paris, about 2.5 hours away..

Terrible service. It took them over a month to provide a quote from when I initially made the inquiry, I found the rep I was dealing with to be quite rude and despite me sharing screenshots of my flight times, they still made the booking for the wrong date, both days. We had to get a taxi to the hotel from the airport in Copenhagen for around 70euro. The driver returned us to the airport so for one 10min journey through Get Transfer it cost me 200euro. It would have been cheaper to just get a taxi in the first place. Never again.

Run away from them. Lack of trust on this services, they left us stranded in the middle of no where with no solution or help, just refunding us the service! we were a big group and had to look ourselves for alternatives. Dont trust this company.

Why people think that using the middle…

Why people think that using the middle man will get them a cheaper transfer?!?\nThey charge the drivers 20% from what customers pay.\nSearch online for transfers directly with the companies who owns the vehicles.\nYou will get a better service and a little bit cheaper.

Disgustingly poor service

In August I had a transfer booked from a hotel In Czech republic to Prague airport. Me and my disabled partner waited early for our driver only to find that he had picked up someone else OVER HALF AN HOUR BEFORE. We where told we would have to pay for a taxi across the country (£175) had our transfer picked us up we would have been at the airport hours before the flight but as there where no taxis in the area due to there being high usage because of public transport strikes we where left stranded. Once we arrived at the airport (after our booked flight) I had to book another flight costing a further £315. \n To ad insult to injury, my DISABLED partner and I where stuck in the airport for 12 hours.\n GetTransfer where unsympathetic in the matter, only refunding the transfer cost (Which in its self was like getting blood from a stone) despite originally being told by the driver over Whatsapp that we would be compensated for transport.
