Transfer from Istanbul Airport should be done but after 2 hour waiting in the night it wil be said that wi canceled our transfer what is not true.\nComunication very bad with local provider.\nWaiting for refund.

Il servizio funziona malissimo, ieri mi é andato di lusso nelmio trasferimento ma oggi é stato un fallimento totale. Nessuno rispondeva alle mie richieste di variazione orario, l’autista non rispondeva ai messaggi che inviavo tramite l’app di GetTransfer, insomma per andare all’aeroporto di Istanbul ho dovuto pagare un taxy. L’operate Di Get transfer penso sia un robot e non un essere umano visto che dalla mattina che ho provato a comunicare con loro. VERY BAD DAY

They left my son and his wife with 3 small children at the airport with no transfer. When we phoned they said they had fallen out with that company and nobody was going to arrive. I had my contract with them and they knew in advance but didn\u0027t think to inform us. My family had to get 2 taxis putting my grandchildren in danger as no car seats was available, and costing a lot more money. When we returned we put in a claim for the cost of the taxis, they asked us to be patient while they investigate the claim,over a month later they finally answered my several emails to say \u0022Not their problem and no claim would be settled\u0022 but would I not write a bad review, why would I not. This is the second bad review I have written, the first seemed to have disappeared without being printed.\n\nMy case number is 3531765 spoke to Yuriy Fetisov on the day then Alexandra Vigand. Funny how quick you have responded to this but had to chase constantly via emails since 5th August

Car did not show in Paris and refuse refund.

Car did not show. Booking number 3400274. Booked and paid for transfer from Paris hotel to CDG airport in July. Car did not show. Waited with my kids for over 30 mins. Attempted phoning numbers on website with no answer. Disputed on Gettransfer feedback form and got response that driver was there and claimed I didn\u0027t show. I provided witness statement from hotel reception and phone logs that driver did not phone me as they stated and have not had further response from them. I have initiated dispute through credit card company and have since had 2 attempted fraudulent transactions on my card, both listing Gettransfer as the merchant. Thankfully these were blocked by the bank. I maintain that car did not show and I have proof. Request Gettransfer refund the 49 euros and please respond to my many email attempts to resolve this matter. Booking number 3400274.

Attention !!!! Je suis chauffeur est me suis aperçu que la plupart des chauffeurs sont des clandestins ! Ils ne demandent aucun justificatif pour prouver que le véhicule répond aux critères , carte grise, assurance, rien! Par ailleurs, ils me doivent 2700€ de courses à ce jour ! Après 2ans de collaboration, ils ont décidé d’arret De payer Je me suis bien fait avoir, c’est Des escrocs!

This is the worst service and drivers are not reliable. They switch off the phone and never respond to your messages. I used it in Beunos Aries the driver Luiz Felipe Zinner, he is a big cheat and threatening me.\nI did contact the support team and it is useless. They are favouring to driver only even I showed the evidences. \nBe carefull and they are #1 fraud.

Arnaque!!!\nTransfert réservé à Paris pour allez de l’aéroport CDG à la maison. Le chauffeur n\u0027est pas arrivé, le manager de \nGetTransfer n\u0027a pas rappelé...J\u0027étais obligé de prendre le taxi. Service client refuse le remboursement, une pure ARNAQUE!!!

Me, my grown daughter, and my 15-year-old son took a trip to Europe at the end of July 2019. In 10 or 11 days, we went through 8 different countries. England, Poland, Germany, Austria, Liechenstein, Switzerland,Czech Republic, and Italy. I hired gettransfer for three journeys between these countries. The first and third were great! However, the second one, from Prague to Malbun, Liechenstein was a real headache!! The driver never showed up, and the driver was confirmed for us the night before. So....we ended up spending several hours at the premises of our hotel! The hotel in Prague even tried to help us out. They spent several minutes on the phone with these jerks. No replacement driver was offered! We spent hours messaging them! Finally we had to end up taking a taxi for well over 500 dollars! Gettransfer ripped us off 343 dollars! I had to get hold of my husband back at home to put more money in our account. And, that money was borrowed!! So much for a budget!! But, these people don\u0027t care! They really don\u0027t! All you get is a flimsy apology for the inconvience caused!! Anyway, they told us we would get a refund in 7 to 10 business days. Then, we get back home from Europe, and they tell me they want my pay pal account. So I provide them with that. Then, they advise me to get the money back from the bank, and I find out it\u0027s too late because I ordered their service the first part of May. I recently turned them into the International Better Business Bureau and some other agency. Truth is, who knows if we will ever see this money??!!! If they were completely legitimite I would have already received this money! Just because 2 out of three journeys went well, this is a case where one bad apple DOES spoil the whole bunch!! Not everyone who travels overseas is rich! I saved a lot of my hard-earned money for this trip! I really don\u0027t know how these jerks stay in business. I really don\u0027t! They are inconsistent. And, they steal people\u0027s money! Some reviews I\u0027ve read have had a lot more money ripped-off from them than we did! They are a hit and miss company, to say the least!!

Es increíble el mal servicio. Al leer los múltiples comentarios negativos uno entiende por que esta tan mala calificada. A mi me pasó lo mismo que le ha ocurrido a muchos clientes. Mi avión se atraso 3 hrs en llegar. Logre contactar a gettransfer para avisar del atraso 13 hrs antes del aterrizaje. Sin embargo al llegar el chofer se había ido. La funcionaria srta Lopatina me informó que no tenía derecho a reembolso por que el chofer estuvo a la hora originalmente coordinada. Como es posible que una empresa no sea capaz en 13 hrs de llamar al chofer y decirle que el vuelo está atrasado ? Como es posible que una empresa que hace viajes desde el aeropuerto no chequee la hora real de la llegada del vuelo - más considerando que se atrasan habitualmente - y le traspase esa responsabilidad al cliente al momento de aceptar sus cláusulas y pagar el Transfer ? \nRealmente la experiencia con esta empresa es pésima. Yo perdí 67 E pero claramente la misión de esta compañía es NO dar un servicio de calidad si no que sacar dinero a incautos clientes como fui yo. No usen gettransfer hay 1000 opciones honestas que tomar
