Transfer war für 5.30 bestellt, Fahrer hat sich erst halbe Stunde später gemeldet, da sind wir schon auf die Konkurrenz ausgewichen.

Total unseriös! Statt eines versprochenen Mercedes Sprinter 2018 mit Platz für 13 Leute, 11 Koffer, Wifi etc. kam ein ordinärer Fiat, in den unsere 3 Koffer kaum rein gingen, so dass wir zusammen gepfercht auf der Rückbank Platz nehmen mussten. Das AC erreichte uns hinten gar nicht mehr. Gettransfer will dafür keine Verantwortung übernehmen. Sind ja nur Vermittler, wie es heißt. Danke, auf solche Vermittler sollte man dringend verzichten. Vor Buchungen über diese Firma wird dringend abgeraten.

Pedimos 2 servicios este verano. Uno del hotel al puerto de Rafina en Atenas y otro a la vuelta\nEl de ida no se presentó, nos llamó que no podía venir por problemas en el coche y tuvimos que pedir un taxi corriendo\nEl de la vuelta, del puerto al aeropuerto, lo anulamos con tiempo, porque nos cambiaron la hora del vuelo de vuelta.\nEstamos desde el mes de agosto con mails de reclamación. Primero todo son disculpas y que en 5- 7 días tendré mi dinero de vuelta. Después nos dicen que no pueden pagarme el dinero directamente en la tarjeta de crédito, que me haga una cuenta Pay Pal, que me lo pagaran por allí. Lo hago y también me dicen que tienen problemas. A día de hoy aún estoy esperando que me devuelvan el dinero de un servicio que no han realizado (casi 2 meses después) Nunca más con esta compañía. Cobran un servicio que no han realizado.

Terrible experience. I paid 103 EUR for a ride. 2 days before the ride I asked whether it was possible to change the time from 12 to 11. So just one hour. I got as response that the current driver couldn\u0027t do this but that if I opened a new request, they could change the driver. I did as they said, but there wasn\u0027t any suitable option, so I decided to just keep the ride at 12 because I didn\u0027t cancelled this ride yet. Then I got a message that this driver is not able to perform the ride anymore because the car has been in an accident. At that moment gettransfer came with a \u0027solution\u0027: if I paid another 153 EUR, they could offer another driver. I said that it was absolutely unacceptable that I needed to pay 150% extra for the same ride because the driver cancelled and that I didn\u0027t understand why they as middle man couldn\u0027t cover this because I bought a service from gettransfer so they would solve these problems. According to them, this was the cheapest option that they could offer me, so I decided to cancel. Eventually, I found a driver myself who could perform the ride for 140 EUR. After a lot of trouble I finally received the refund from gettransfer after weeks. The amount I received back was 96,25 EUR of the 103 EUR. I provided evidence that I did not receive the full amount but still they keep it this way. Bad company, never use it! They scam you and bring you more trouble and cost you more time than you could save if things would go right. Which never happens... Because I had multiple rides with them, which some had the same problem of cancellation. Also, the reimbursement must be effected in the currency of the initial payment…\u0022\nI look forward to receiving the last part of my money back.\n---\nreply GetTransfer:\nDear Client,\nWe are sorry to know you had a negative experience while using our service.\nBut we made a full refund to your account, please clarify this information with your bank.\n---\nYou refunded me 100 EUR instead of 103 EUR and the PayPal took 3,75 as costs because it was not send as refund by GetTransfer but as a usual transaction, otherwise PayPal wouldn\u0027t came up with costs (so fault of GetTransfer). According to regulation as I mentioned above, banking costs should be covered by the seller. This means that I have the right to receive another 6,75 EUR. \nYou could make it easy it just pay me this or I will continue till I receive it. Also, GetTransfer promised me that I would receive a discount voucher for the next time and I didn\u0027t receive this as well. \nFor everyone: never use this company!

Добрый день. Являясь перевозчиком пассажиров в г.Сочи и ранее сотрудничая с Геттрансфер хочу рекомендовать бронировать трансфер заранее и напрямую с перевозчиком. Почему низкий уровень сервиса в геттрансфер? Ответ : во первых низкий тариф для перевозчика, к примеру : вы бронируете трансфер и вносите на счет 100% предоплату, Вас уведомили о назначении авто и сообщили номер тел.водителя и марку, но перевозчик от суммы которую оплатили получит только 70% и через 60 дней, естественно когда перевозчик получает предварительный заказ от другой компании и по 100% предоплате за наличный расчет Ваш заказ ему уже не интересен. Перевозчик находит много причин для отказа от заявки и выполняет более выгодную поездку. Еще один фактор почему низкий уровень сервиса так как : в последнее время оплата перевозчикам происходит через посредников, компанию Пайонир- международная платежная система, по этой программе вывод средств происходит при поступлении на счет 50 евро и оплата % за перевод средств, в итоге : оплата услуг происходит с вычетом 35 % от суммы трансфера. По этой причине многие перевозчики больше не сотрудничают с данной компанией и как следствие низкий уровень сервиса. Бронируйте трансфер на других сервисах и напрямую с перевозчиком. Всем приятных поездок.

Transfer from Istanbul Airport should be done but after 2 hour waiting in the night it wil be said that wi canceled our transfer what is not true.\nComunication very bad with local provider.\nWaiting for refund.

Il servizio funziona malissimo, ieri mi é andato di lusso nelmio trasferimento ma oggi é stato un fallimento totale. Nessuno rispondeva alle mie richieste di variazione orario, l’autista non rispondeva ai messaggi che inviavo tramite l’app di GetTransfer, insomma per andare all’aeroporto di Istanbul ho dovuto pagare un taxy. L’operate Di Get transfer penso sia un robot e non un essere umano visto che dalla mattina che ho provato a comunicare con loro. VERY BAD DAY

They left my son and his wife with 3 small children at the airport with no transfer. When we phoned they said they had fallen out with that company and nobody was going to arrive. I had my contract with them and they knew in advance but didn\u0027t think to inform us. My family had to get 2 taxis putting my grandchildren in danger as no car seats was available, and costing a lot more money. When we returned we put in a claim for the cost of the taxis, they asked us to be patient while they investigate the claim,over a month later they finally answered my several emails to say \u0022Not their problem and no claim would be settled\u0022 but would I not write a bad review, why would I not. This is the second bad review I have written, the first seemed to have disappeared without being printed.\n\nMy case number is 3531765 spoke to Yuriy Fetisov on the day then Alexandra Vigand. Funny how quick you have responded to this but had to chase constantly via emails since 5th August

Car did not show in Paris and refuse refund.

Car did not show. Booking number 3400274. Booked and paid for transfer from Paris hotel to CDG airport in July. Car did not show. Waited with my kids for over 30 mins. Attempted phoning numbers on website with no answer. Disputed on Gettransfer feedback form and got response that driver was there and claimed I didn\u0027t show. I provided witness statement from hotel reception and phone logs that driver did not phone me as they stated and have not had further response from them. I have initiated dispute through credit card company and have since had 2 attempted fraudulent transactions on my card, both listing Gettransfer as the merchant. Thankfully these were blocked by the bank. I maintain that car did not show and I have proof. Request Gettransfer refund the 49 euros and please respond to my many email attempts to resolve this matter. Booking number 3400274.
