Albufeira to Faro

Booked a ride from Albufeira to Faro airport. The driver arrived 5min before the scheduled time helped with the bags and installed the child seat. She drove very carefully and secure but fast. We arrived on time and had a nice conversation. I´ve been very sceptic before the ride but everything worked fine with the payment via pay pal and the information per mail. 5of5 would book again.

A scam company run by Russian emigrants, I WARN EVERYONE DO NOT USE THEM, and I don’t want to see any reply from gettransfer below “we apologize” F**CK YOUR MOTHERS

Please don\u0027t use this company!\n\nI booked a ride for a return trip to the airport. Their own staff confirmed the driver would attend with no issues on their FB messenger. On the morning of my flight, I contacted them again as the driver did not arrive (I also contacted them overnight to double-check) only to be told the driver would not be coming and did not confirm the order! I was left rushing to get a taxi which cost me a lot more both in time and stress, I could have missed my flight had it not been delayed.\n\nThey then proceeded to take THREE weeks to refund my money. I was told by their customer services to attach my taxi receipt for reimbursement but of course, this never came. I would never ever use them again and strongly suggest you don\u0027t either.

First time using gettransfer I was little afraid because traveling with my family with 5 children but I was so happy with the Fabulous driver from Vienna Airport to Budapest city. He was on time waiting for us for one hour to get our Luggages and he took us to supermarket to buy some important stuff for our kids. definitely will choose gettransfer again ??

Une compagnie d’escroquerie à grande échelle.Ils ont aucun pitié pour personnes que ca soit des clients ou chauffeurs partenaires. 98-99% des chauffeurs travaillant sur cette plateforme sont des illégaux,sans licence,assurance,aucune autorisation c’est pour cela que les prix sont aussi bas. Mais la majorité des personnes de notre société moderne s’en fiche complètement,tout ce qu’il compte pour eux c’est le moins cher..... \n\nPersonne ne demande à cette compagnie les documents des chauffeurs,ne s’inquiète pas pour leur enfants quand il les font monter dans ces véhicules.\n\nA éviter à tout prix\n\nPS :En plus il vous répond toujours en anglais malgré que cette compagnie est internationale soit disons\n\nTout les commentaires sur le site Gettransfer par soit disons les clients sont que 5 étoiles ,et sur internet que des commentaires négatifs,bizarre n’est pas

Disgraceful- same old response to everyone single query and that QA team do not respond to you.

This company is nothing but FRAUD!!

This is nothing but a real FRAUD!\nBooked 1 van and paid 80$ 1 week in advance from SFO airport. \nThe driver never showed up and I left me at the airport with 1 dog and 5 big luggages with no idea on what was going on. Tried to call the driver and the customer service for hours without getting any answer.\nIt took me 2 hours before I was able to find another driver through UBER that was able to take me to my final destination.\nI claimed a refund through their website and shared with them screenshots of all the calls I made, messages I sent to the driver and recept for the additional car I had too book. After an \u0022investigation\u0022 (it took almost 2 weeks) I was told the driver shared proofs of presence at designed pick up location and time and that I didn\u0027t not show up, therefore no refund. \nThis is completely unacceptable and it seems I\u0027m not the only one here in the same situation.\nI wish I had checked some reviews before. \nIf anyone needs a driver, please avoid this company because most likely they\u0027ll steal money from you.

I just had an experience of paying a transfer service in advance(USD 130) and seeing no driver for the pick up. I\u0027ve been there on time, waited for 30 minutes, try to call , WhatsApp the contact. Absolutely nothing. Landing in Narita airport, at night time, beeing 80 km away from the hotel, with no other means of transport then regular taxi (Yen 30.000 to get to my destination) - this is \u0022Gettransfer\u0022 service. They apperently allow access to their Platform to Fraudsters. Now, after having informed \u0022Gettransfer\u0022, I\u0027m curious to know when they going to reimbourse me. It\u0027s not the first time I\u0027m having problems with that service, but previously, things weren\u0027t so bad and I was thinking about the \u0022human factor\u0022 to be tolerant and keep using the service. Already sent twice an e-mail to \u0022Gettransfercom\u0022 with all details........they still asking me to send info.....nice Client\u0027s Service follow up.
