After an extremely stressful day yesterday, both transfers I had booked did not show up. I had booked two separate transfers on your website and had even called your company to get reassurance and booking confirmation that everything had been booked. I then received a message from my account saying that the driver was waiting for us at Paris racecourse, but then I received a call from you saying the car hadn’t been dispatched and that it wasn’t showing up. I then called the driver on the mobile phone number provided at the time of the booking and the driver didn’t know anything about it. Even after multiple phone calls yesterday, the overall customer service is disgusting and I can say all of the awful reviews about your company online are true. We was left stranded in Paris with no transportation back to Gare Du Nord or Charles De Gaulle. Absolutely disgusting service.

В сервисе глубоко разочарованы.\nНами был заказан трансфер из города Рим до аэропорта Фьюмичино. Трансфер был заказан заранее (за неделю), подтвержден и оплачен. \nВ день трансфера, а точнее за ДВА часа до назначенного времени мне пришло письмо на почту о том, что трансфер отменен по причине того, что перевозчик не сможет его выполнить. \nРебята, за два часа до! На почту! Письмом! Трансфер в аэропорт! \nНам не предоставили замену, не заказали какое-то городское такси, да даже не позвонили и не сообщили лично. Деньги вернули через две недели и дали скидку в 10% на следующую поездку. Клиентоориентированность на высоте, браво.\nСоветовать не буду, к сервису вернусь вряд ли.

SCAM - STAY AWAY WHEN IN SPAIN!!!!!!\n\nWE BOOKED 20 HOURS BEFORE AND HAD TO CANCEL 12 HOURS\nPRIOR TO BOOKED TIME. WE RECEIVED NO REFUND.\nTHEIR EXPLANATION WAS THAT YOU HAD TO CANCEL IN NO LESS THAN 48 HOURS.\nIN OUR CASE HOW WAS THAT POSSIBLE.\nABSOLUTE HOAX AND THIEVES.

Сегодня 06.10.2019г. подал заявку на трансфер. Мне предоставили несколько вариантов. Оформил заявку и сразу оплатил. После подтверждения об оплате со мной связался водитель, и сообщил, что ошибся и цена не 24 доллара а 61. Пытаюсь отменить заказ и вернуть деньги. Что-то мне подсказывает - деньги мне не вернут. Таксисты во всем мире жульничают по одной схеме. Gettransfer на деле не гарантирует ни фиксированной цены, ни возврата денег. Having put a less than flattering review already of these people I wondered if I had been a bit harsh...not so.\nI booked a car for Madeira, airport-hotel and return for a good price. I had to get a second quote because I updated the flight times and was surprised to learn that I had to provide the pick up time at the hotel for the return. \nI pointed out that it\u0027s for the carrier to provide this information. He knows the route and possible delays/diversions in force and in nearly 50 flights to Madeira over 17 years I had never been asked to make this decision.\nThey wouldn\u0027t budge on this so I will look elsewhere, will not use Get Transfer and advise other to avoid them as well.\nThe first quote showed the route going up into the mountains before dropping down to the capital (I know Madeira well) but they couldn\u0027t explain why!!

No stars for this terrible firm\nBooked a taxi from Palma airport to ca la dor paid for up front in pay pal credit I add, \n\nThe taxi didn’t turn up , we phoned them and they said they would refund us ....\n\nNo refund ever came our way ,just emails repeating the same BS!!!!! \n\nPlease do not use them ... disgusting company \n\nActually in response to there reply we actually got a refund off PayPal today .....but all in all a terrible experience and not what should be having to put up with on your holidays then chasing money back off PayPal to compensate for get transfer terrible taxi service

Der Transfer war bestätigt und von mir bezahlt aber es kam niemand. Weder auf Anrufe noch auf E-Mails an Gettransfer wurde reagiert!\n\nThe transfer was booked and already payed, but the driver was not there! I never recieved an answer from the driver or from gettransfer!

Driver never showed up

Please avoid this company. I was left stranded in Heathrow late night after 14 hour flight as the driver never showed up or picked up his phone! Apparently, it was my fault as I didn’t check with driver! Clearly it is their job to arrange a transfer, not mine! I paid for a private transfer but instead of as left dry and high. Judging by other reviews, it is also difficult to get your money back!\n\nUPDATE: so, it appears that the driver did let them know he couldn\u0027t make it weeks in advance but they didn\u0027t inform me. I am still waiting for my refund.

Get- Another transfer !

Avoid, no customer service support whatsoever even with prompt contact, to resolve an incorrectness identified immediately after booking, TAXI driver acknowledged the problem, but refused to also assist, instead determined to take the money and run. Such as shame for a company that should be focused on customer service.\n\nWaited several weeks before writing this review to allow the company to resolve the issue, after several email exchanges and the opportunity to put this right, Get Transfer unfortunately still choose to refuse. \n\nIn summary, If you consider booking, be aware of no support soonest they take your money!
