My advice better pay more a real transfer then chose GetTransfer!!!\n\nAll was well till they delayed our pick up with 2 hours.\nthen we didn\u0027t catch the flight\nand we had to pay 1500 euro for the next flight and we didn\u0027t get any compensation from them.\n\nbellow is their unprofessional and hilarious answer:\n\nDear Vlad, \n\nPlease, note that that we are informational platform, which functions in the same manner as booking.com, airbnb and others. At the end we asked the company for compensation and they told us is not possible to make us any compensation because they don\u0027t care about delays.

Elendig firma, styr unna!!\n.\nAvtalen var transfer fra Antalya flyplass til Side og retur, der all info var oppført ved bestillingen på deres egen nettside med dato, klokkeslett, flightnummer, navn etc.etc. og at de skulle stå klar med navneskilt ved ankomst!\nDe møtte ikke opp på flyplassen ved ankomst, vi ga dem litt tid, men ringte dem etter ca 20 minutter leting og venting, og etter dårlig engelsk kunnskaper på sjåfør kom det fram at han kom snart, det gikk nye 15 minutter før de dukket opp!\nBestilling var en Mercedes Vito 2018 mod. svart minivan, det som dukket opp var en 13 seters sliten hvit buss.\nSamme moro på retur, men klok av skade, dobbeltsjekket jeg pr. Mail om hentetidspunkt, takeoff tidspunkt på flyet vårt var 14.45 og all info var gitt som sist.\nDe presterer da å svare at de henter kl 14.45???\nhvordan er det mulig???? et transferselskap som har som eneste oppgave å hente og bringe, klarer ikke å lese eller beregne noe som helst!!! kjøretid på 1 time + eventuell trafikk? + 2 timers oppmøte før takeoff som er vanlig standard\nmåtte altså jeg fortelle dem!? og de klarte selvfølgelig å komme 10 minutter for sent uansett, men det gikk greit for jeg hadde lagt til 15 minutter ekstra! men elendig og aggresiv kjøring, med nødbremsing så det hylte i dekkene, tuting og filbytte laaaangt utover normalen selv for Tyrkia å være!\nFrarådes på det sterkeste å benytte dette firmaet!

Это полный отстой,ложь выжигание нервов.Из 3 дней в Париже с женой,они умудрились не прислать машины в 2 случаях и из 2.Потеря времени,такси,звонки им.Все бесполезно.И уже 2 недели враньё и замкнутый круг переписки по возврату денег.И это при том,что заказывал и оплачивал S-class!Даже ситроена не прислали,скоты!Не дай бог никому.

GetTransfer is unreliable and you can\u0027t depend on it. Do not use this service.\n\nI made a purchase (Transfer request # 4764813) for a transfer from the City of Milan to Malpensa airport. GetTranser charged my American Express credit card on the same day of the purchase. However, the driver did not show up on the scheduled date and time. After waiting for 10 minutes, calling Get Transfer customer service line and the driver twice with no answer, I had to find an Uber or a taxi in a panic and pay an additional Euro 60 to get to the airport. We could have missed the flight and lost thousands of Euros. \n\nI called the driver the next day and he said that he had another job. Basically, he was not in an accident, he was not sick and he did not have an emergency to prevent him from showing up. GetTransfer and or the driver could have simply notified me in avance that the arrangement was cancelled and I would have made other arrangements. So no customer service either.

Received an email as I was about to board my flight explaining the driver\u0027s car had broken down but they arranged a different one for me and I did not need to do anything. Landed and I had several messages from the driver asking me where pick up was. I replied and he said he was in the centre of Athens and was not coming to the airport. He said I didn\u0027t ask to be picked up from the airport and I had made a mistake. He said he was just a driver Called the office to be told to get a taxi and they would pay me back. I had no choice but to pay for a taxi. After several emails they are still insisting it was my error. Absolutely ridiculous and I will not be using them ever again. I have all emails and screenshots of my conversation and will be taking it further. I don\u0027t hold much hope though going from my experience so far!

Не советую!\nОтдыхали с семьей в Турции по путевке. Был заказан трансфер из аэропорта в отель (от группового отказались, т.к. были маленькие дети, а ехать до отеля далеко, и заезжать во все отели развозить других туристов не хотелось..да и кресла для детей необходимы были). В приоритетах нужен был вай-фай в машине, вода и русскоговорящий водитель. Так и было заказано, оплата 100%. Расслабились. По итогу в аэропорту приехала совсем не та машина, что была на фото, другие номера, водитель не говорит по русски, только турецкий и гугл-переводчик. В его гугл-переводчик я сказала, что заказывала детские кресла(2шт), русскоговорящего водителя, воду и вай-фай. Кресло, по итогу, только одно он взял из соседнего минивэна, который приехал за другими туристами (минивэн тот очень был похож на тот, который заказывала я), воду выдал, вай-фай сказал не работает, и через гугл-переводчик свой ответил мне(на тему русскоговорящего водителя) \u0022мне незачем говорить с Россией\u0022..Я уже начала всему этому возмущаться, но мои родственники меня успокоили, мол, едем и едем. Далее по дороге до отеля водитель, видимо, захотел перекусить, остановился у шавермы какой то, дал мне пароль от вай-фая и пошел за булочками)))ну ок. Едем дальше и все ок, довез. Слава Богу.\nНа обратную дорогу, пообщавшись с гидом отеля, решили также отказаться от группового трансфера и поехать на этом перевозчике, тем более он предлагал скидку на обратную дорогу в 5%. Все заказано, оплачено. Групповой автобус забирал туристов в 3.30 утра, а мы заказали в 4.30 машину( за 3ч30мин до вылета, чтобы успеть вернуть таксфри налог). Мы с мужем что то очень переживали, но в чате с водителем успокоились. Он подтвердил бронь и сказал, что приедет на ресепшн в 4.30. \nВ итоге, в 4.30 никого не было. Нигде. На звонки не отвечал. Звонил работник ресепшена даже ему со своего телефона. Мы ждали минут 30, я, бабушка, муж, дети 7мес и 2.5лет. Это был ужас! Пришлось вызывать такси за 70евро лететь в аэропорт! Слава Богу у нас были на руках деньги! В переписке с этой компанией, они каждым письмом извинялись. После споров они вернули мне только предоплату в 29 евро. А КТО МНЕ ВЕРНЕТ понесенные затраты из-за этого безответственного водителя ??? я не просто так покататься заказывала машину, а в аэропорт НА РЕЙС к определенному времени ! Я подвергала детей опасности, ехав без кресел с ними ! И да, они просили чеки..о каких чеках идет речь? в такси нет кассовых аппаратов ! \nВ общем, полный бепредел !

This morning we had a transfer booked to Rome airport. The transfer did not arrive, and when we contacted the driver directly - they had absolutely no knowledge of the booking\n\nWe have tried throughout the day to contact the listed Get Transfer number for Rome, however this number is not in service!\n\nEmails sent to Get Transfer have not been acknowledged. \n\nGiven we cannot contact the service provider, we have lodged this as a fraudent transaction with our bank.\n\nBuyer beware. I do not suggest using this service

USE THIS SERVICE AT YOUR PERIL!!\nMy first few experiences of using this service was positive. Everything happened as it was supposed to, no problems. I\u0027ve just come back from UAE and almost missed my flight because my transfer from GetTransfer.com DID NOT arrive. \n\nThe mark of a good company is what they do when things don\u0027t go according to plan. If you use Get Transfer and something goes wrong YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN!!\n\nApparently the carrier\u0027s car had an accident and notified Get Transfer 2.5 hours before my transfer was due to arrive .Get Transfer sent an email which I did not see until I was home! The email advised me of the accident, that my transfer would now be 90 mins late and suggested I called a taxi if I was in a hurry!\n\nThey DID NOT:\n1. Arrange an alternative transfer\n2. Call me to advise there was a problem\n3.Call the hotel to ensure I had seen their email or to see if i\u0027d managed to arrange alternative transportation.\n\nI ended up paying almost double, as the only thing immediately available was a metered taxi (at this stage my transfer was already 30 minutes late) and barely made my flight!\n\nOn my return, I was offered a refund of the journey and 10% discount off my next booking as compensation, and that was only after I complained! Absolutely ridiculous!

Booked a transfer. Taxi didnt show. \nTaxi ignored my messages. Eventually my colleague called him and he said he didnt even work for the company and does not know how a booking was even made. \n\nTold me it was my tough luck. \n\nThen when I called the customer support the number was out of order.
