O Pesadelo do turista.

Contratamos o transporte desta empresa e eles simplesmente não foram nos buscar. Durante nossa longa espera informei diversas vezes nossa situação pelo SAC e eles apenas insistiam que o motorista estava lá e que eu deveria aguardar mais. Por fim fiz o que deveria ter feito desde o início: contratei o superShutler no local e fomos muito bem servido. O Gettransfer ainda insiste em me cobrar pelo serviço que eles não prestaram. Um pesadelo.

Please do not use Get Transfers at all. I paid for a taxi and he just did not come for us. they tried all excuses, even said that I was not there!! How can they say it when there is proof that the plane landed at the right time and I was on it!\nWho will use them is at their own risk. If the driver does not come you can forget your money!!!!\nThey will try everything. believe me. \nOne of the worst taxi companies!!!\nthe worst part is that they put the blame on you!!! laughable staff!!!!\nRegards\n\nJohn

Je vous déconseille fortement cette application, c’est la deuxième fois que je fais appel à un chauffeur de cette société et la deuxième fois que le chauffeur ne vient pas .\nVraiment je vous conseille de ne pas faire appel à Get transfert,il vaut mieux trouver un VTC directement si vous avez besoin sans passer par l’application c’est une vraie catastrophe même pour les joindre ou avoir le numéro du chauffeur

Für mich ist diese Firma alles andere als seriös. Wir hatten insgesamt fünf Transfers gebucht. Bereits der erste Transfer in Singapore war eine Katastrophe. Nach 12 Stunden Flug haben wir nach dem Fahrer ausschau gehalten, welcher uns mit einem Namensschild empfangen sollte. Nach 35 Minuten riefen wir den Fahrer an und dieser erklärte nichts von einem Schild zu wissen, wir sollten vor das Gebäude kommen, dort könne er uns abholen, was dann auch 8 Minuten später geschah. Auf unsere Beschwerde hin, teilte uns eine Dame mit, dass der Fahrer mit einem Schild vor Ort gewesen sei. Dieses ist nachweislich unwahr, Das Telefonat mit dem Fahrer ist Dokumentiert. Wir haben daraufhin alle weiteren Transfers storniert. Leider haben wir bis heute nur einen Teil des gezahlten Geldes zurückerhalten. Die Angelegenheit läuft noch. Wer sicher gehen will; Hände weg von dieser Firma.\nPeter Bolender

Обманывают с машинами!! Машин нормальных нет

В последнее время пользоваться невозможно. Машин нормальных нет, оставляешь заявку на вип машину -предлагают рено. Заказала и оплатила микроавтобус мерседес и встречу с табличкой в аэропорту Парижа, в итоге мне прислали шкоду которую опоздала и я ее искала по всему аэропорту. Водитель в пути пытался видео в телефоне смотреть!!!\nДеньги списали как за Мерседес со встречей. Поддержке gettransfer на все наплевать, в чатах они ничего не хотят решать, хотя раньше решали. Предложили мне «составить претензию» на официальную почту. \nОчень не советую! Никакого сервиса и никаких гарантий того что вам за ваши деньги пришлют обещанную машину. \n\nЗаявка 6226184

that page has no drivers ... everyone can be drivers in gettransfer ... it\u0027s not safe because you don\u0027t know the driver is a normal person or not .. I don\u0027t advise to risk

Não usem!!!! Do not use it!!!!!!\n\n\nI never used the service and they haven\u0027t give me my booking reservation back, refund. I made a reservation with wrong hour, i contact them, email them, call as well ans never saw my 150 euros back!!! Run from this guys NOT SECURE in any level!! \nTive um problema em paris e eles disseram que iam tratar do problemae nunca mia resolveram, fiquei 7 horas em stress e eles não resolveram alem de ficarem com 150 euros!!!!!! Disseram que não tinha direito ao retorno!

trasferimento pagato addirittura 5 giorni prima del viaggio ma al ritorno siamo state lasciate alle 2:30 di notte in hotel e nessuno rispondeva. Abbiamo ricorso ad un taxi per non perdere il volo .. ovviamente nessun rimborso e non rispondono più. PESSIMI.

Negative Experience. Overpriced. Failed to Arrive after already paying for service.

Unfortunately we had a very negative experience with \u0027get transfers\u0027, during the period of Dec 2019 - January 2020. We found that the service over charged and then failed to arrive to the destination. Leaving us with no other choice but to arrange alternative transport at an extra cost.\n\nIf it were possible, I would also, like may of the other reviews I see, offer a \u0027zero star rating\u0027. \n\nWe pre ordered and pre booked for two transfer services in december 2019. with a very busy schedule, we needed reliable transport that could ensure we made it to our destination and tours on time. \n\nUnfortunately, get transfers in Paris took our money and failed to send a driver. We contacted the main office who indicated the driver had reported to them that they had been there waiting and we didn\u0027t arrive (this is impossible as we were waiting at the address early, as we had an incredibly tight schedule that day) and needed to arrive at our destination on time.\n\nWe attempted to rectify the issue with the main office, they ensured us they would contact the driver and send someone immediately, I let them know that we were on a very tight schedule and they needed to arrive within a few minutes to ensure we made it to our destination on time.\n\nAfter more time waiting, the driver still failed to arrive, we attempted calling the front office again, to find they weren\u0027t answering - this seemed very convenient- they had our money - no driver in sight - not answering our calls - why would they need to answer our call - they already had our money. \n\nWe were forced to hail a taxi to ensure we made it to a booked tour on time , we only just made it on time, otherwise we would have lost more money. \n\nIn hailing a regular taxi, we found that the transfer service is also extremely over priced - they charged 3 times more than the regular taxi service.\n\nBe extremely CAREFUL and CAUTIOUS when using \u0027get transfers\u0027. I only wish I had read the Google reviews prior to booking, it seems many people have had a similar experience - paying for the service and then not arriving. \n\nSince our experience, I have attempted to rectify the matters with the company. Our experience remains negative, and they have still not issued a refund for their failure to provide the service. Hence my reason for providing the review. I feel the need to warn potential other customers of my concerns.\n\nI continue to request a refund and am still waiting after 20 days.\n\nMy advice to future customers would be to hail a taxi when required, it will be less stressful and also cost less money. \n\nBest wishes to future travellers, regards a very dissatisfied \u0027gert transfers\u0027 customer.
