This is the worst service i have ever used. I booked a transfer from Rome Airport to my Hotel. I was quoted 30 euros which was fine.the day before we are to arrive i get an Email from Gettranfers tell me my driver was in a accident and a replacement was going to cost me 17 more euros. So i got screwed and had to pay.\nThree days later i have a transfer from hotel to port. I got a rate of 90 euros. We booked these a month ahead of the trip. The day before i wanted to make sure i was not going to have a problem. I emailed them 5 times invalid email address. I called the 5 times and invalid phone number. I figure i am in trouble. I get an email at 4:48 am the day of the transfer I get the message at 7;30 when we get up. Guess what, My driver was in a accident and they are locating me a new driver. However it is going to cost me 80 more Euros. I have 3 hours to figure this out. I tell Gettransfer.com to cancel the trip. I go to the Front desk and get a limo for 150 euros.

If you miss the cab for some reason be prepared to pay the full fare for the trip you didn\u0027t do. Forget even about partial refund. While they could compensate the driver up to a certain limit like50%, instead they grant the driver the full fare. Their policies are very tight and fail to meet customer satisfaction.

I had booked a transfer from Kyoto to Osaka. The worst experience I have ever had ever. First the App is amateur, hard to reach to customer service if you have any questions or issues. Second, the driver decided to cancel our ride due to weather which is understandable, but the company took forever to refund the money and did not refund the full amount because \u0022They are not responsible for the foreign exchange rate\u0022. So, the customer is just unlucky to be canceled on and expected to pay for any extra fee? AWFUL. Never AGAIN!!!!!!!

I had booked a transfer for Budapest. Our plane arrived on time and no sign of any driver! I did not have data yet and discovered later someone had sent us a message while we were up in the air asking when we were arriving. They had all the information! I have contacted the company a number of times which they only respond when I contact them telling me they are looking into it! I have not heard anything for over a week .

Go away! Take another company quickly

I use Gett transfer on Hong Kong. Bad ideea. They charge me for a S klasse or similar and I received a Tesla ?\nAnd I have to go with all the luggage till in the parking because the drivers \u0022are not allowed because of the protests in Hong Kong\u0022 \nBla Bla Bla

DO NOT USE -\n\nThis transfer company took my money for airport return transfer then did not turn up, my flight was delayed by 30 minutes. I tried to telephone numerous times befor flight took off to advise and also sent an email when there was no reply. Carrier said he was there and I did not turn up, on contacting office the next day several times they would no agree to reimburse me because I hadn’t given 48 hours notice of time change!!! Left me and my family abandoned late at night in Brussels and left me with a further taxi bill of an extra 100 Euro to get me to hotel! DO NOT USE

Further to my review of No driver turning up at Frankfurt airport for transfer to city hotel, Gettransfer first told me to send Paypal account information for refund, then a week later told me they wouldn\u0027t refund this way anymore.They asked for my bank to to \u0022charge back\u0022 .\nI told them my bank doesn\u0027t do that with overseas companies and that they would have to ring Gettransfer and thus incur cost to me to obtain refund.This is totally NOT acceptable. My last email to Gettransfer request them to send me money or cheque via post. NO reply

Bad system help and drivers try to get extra money on Everything! I rent a car with a driver from Adu Dabi to Dubai and the driver took money for the stops on the way (I did not violate the time limit). The driver told me that 50$ will cost every stop and he dont really carry about the rent. I wrote to the \t\u0022INFO-GETTRANSFER\u0022 and the worker tried to mislead me, he wrote to me that I am charged extra becouse of different cities. When I rent a car with a driver, I pointed that I need pick up in Abu Dhabi and landing in Dubai...If you use gettransfer - think twice or you will lose much more money.back

Bad experience, driver really late

I ordered and payed in advance a transfer from Barcelona Airport to Salou. Ordering process went well but after that a really bad experience. Didn’t get a direct number to the driver but a number to the office where they had no idea when the driver will come, if ever. The driver showed up eventually, over an hour late.

Beware, this is a scam!\n\nMade a reservation for airport transfer with them and got a confirmation for the wrong time (16:00 instead of 4am...). Notified them of the mistake immediately and asked to fix/cancel. Called the driver directly, who canceled the trip.\n\nCustomer service simply quoted fine print and said they cannot change or refund. Had to escalate to a PayPal claim to get my money back.\n\nPlain and simple deception - stay away!!!
