DRIVER NEVER CAME SCAMMER COMPANY NO REFUND

Hello our booking number is 5087766, we ordered and payed transfer from hotel in mamaia to airport, but transfer never came after waiting for 20 minutes we call the number on driver, driver informed us that he is in bucurest and he cant come but other driver will be there in 10 minutes, after next 15 minutes we wrote him message that driver is not there to give us phone number (already 35 minutes late in rush to take our flight) he sent us some number no one ever answered we called that number 10 times, so we call him and write him back but he just put numbers to ignore and never come. So we called gettransfer support this is even better part woman on phone ask me if i try to contact driver? Haha no i just wait here for one hour for nothing. Then she told me that my payment is not complete when i told her number of trans. from my paypal she changed her mind and told me to wait that she call me back. After next 10 minutes she called us back that she cant reach the driver (oh really?) and told me take a taxi sorry i cant do anything goodbye. We took a taxi for another 200euro we ofc. missed the flight so we had to take next one for 700e in the end i lost almost 1000e extra and after week waiting we got refund for nothing. Company just ignores everything they copy same email after couple of days, dont use this company its full scam which even support scam transfer companies to steal money from you and ignore the case later. I can provide all photos, all communication with drivers, which i got saved for my lawyer. Es kommt auf den Fahrer an. Leider ist GetTransfer nicht so seriös wie es eigentlich sein will.\nEs fängt mit der Auswahl der Fahrer an, geht weiter mit den Preisen, dann mit der Versicherung - hier gibt es nur Geld zurück und nicht wie bei anderen Unternehmen die Garantie befördert zu werden und den Mehrpreis erstattet zu bekommen und was mich am meisten Ärgert: Es gibt noch nicht einmal eine Rechnung von dem Unternehmen. Die kassieren den Mehrpreis und der Kunde erhält: NICHTS.\nUnterirdisch diese Firma.

To whom it may concern,\n\nI had a transfer booking #5127748, from Adagio Paris Val d\u0027Europe Hotel to Paris Beauvais Airport yesterday, Oct 27th 2019 at 06:30am, of which the driver booked NEVER SHOWED UP!!!! THAT caused us a lot of trouble with 2 children and 1 infant, PLUS ALMOST MISSING OUR FLIGHT BACK!\nDriver DID NOT answer the PHONE nor e-mails.\n\nWhen trying to contact Gettransfer.com on the phone number provided, NO ONE answered then, nor now. And emails keep returning!\n\nI REQUEST A REFUND IMMEDIATELY! - €120,00

I used this service to book two trips for my visit to Italy. I was bombarded with \u0022New Quote\u0022 e-mails to the point where I unknowingly booked and paid for the same trip twice. Because I was booking two trips, I never caught the error and two drivers were assigned to the same trip. I contacted them and requested a partial credit, recognizing I was partially at fault. GetTransfer simply invoked their 48 hour cancellation policy and refused any type of refund. I will never use this outfit again and encourage you to be very careful if you do. Better, avoid it.

Booked a return transfer. Pick up at Miami airport was fine when I asked the driver about the return leg he knew nothing about it. The app was not showing the return leg either. I contacted them by Facebook message and email to get a vague response and that I would get a reply from the driver. \n\nDue to the other negative reviews I have seen and being the first time I have this company and the fact I had no response I booked alternative travel. \n\nIt wasn’t until 2 hours before the scheduled pick up I actually got a response. I asked for a refund and already had done everything possible to inform and get more information but was refused pointley. \n\nAvoid this company, lack of information, take your money and doesn’t offer the service paid for. Frauds!

Prenotato (e pagato) con gettransfer un trasferimento dall\u0027aereoporto di Atene all\u0027albergo che avevamo prenotato (Capo SOUNION, Aegeon beach hotel).\nL\u0027aereo ritarda la partenza e, arrivati ad Atene, per traffico ritarda l\u0027atterraggio. \nAppena si può riaccendere il telefono chiamo immediatamente per avvisare il nostro ritardo ma ci dicono che l\u0027autista è andato via.\nInsisto a chiedere il motivo ma mi rimbalzano da una persona all\u0027altra, il risultato è che non c\u0027è la macchina prenotata e PAGATA in anticipo. Per cui devo organizzarmi diversamente e pagare nuovamente il trasferimento.\nIl giorno dopo con calma scrivo per chiedere spiegazioni e gettransfer risponde che vi è una clausola contrattuale che cita che dopo 60 minuti di attesa il servizio non è più dovuto e non è previsto il rimborso. Insisto spiegando che dall\u0027aereo non si può chiamare per avvisare ed eventualmente spostare l\u0027orario e a loro volta mi rispondono che c\u0027è la clausola.\nMorale: servizio prenotato, pagato, non utilizzato e non rimborsato.
