j\u0027ai réservé avec Gettransfer.com transport aller retour à paris numéro de réservation №6008109- le transfert a été effectué par un de leur prestataire Helptransfer qui a apparemment se trouve en Afrique du sud. L\u0027aller le chauffeur en retard de plus de 30mn - le retour n\u0027a pas été effectué nous avons dû dans la nuit chercher un autre van pour 7 personnes !!!! nous avons demandé le remboursement qui a après plusieurs messages et plus de 20 jours n\u0027a toujours pas été effectué. Pire encore, je demande une facture, GetTranfer me renvoi vers le transporteur qui me renvoie vers GetTransfer. DONC A CE JOUR PAS DE REMBOURSEMENT NI DE FACTURE. GetTransfer à fuir !!!!!!

Surprised with other passengers in the van

At Kayseri airport in Turkey our driver showed up with a bunch of other passengers in the same vehicle basically taking multiple bookings for the same vehicle.\n\nWe reserved the van on the app as a separate booking and was\nsurprised to see all other groups with us.\n\nI officially complained against this driver and requested a refund which I never received till date. I did not use the transfer and refused to board the vehicle with 5 other passengers and ended up taking a taxi from the airport.\n\nDon’t use this company very unreliable.\n\nCase (Need help #5925292)

A transfer could cost you 160€

I have booked many services with them, but after the last service, I will never use this service again.\n\n If you ever book a transfer, make sure to book a service where the provider really understand their business and take care of the customers. If there is an issue, GetTransfer do not know what happened and they just trust the taxi driver. This will damage you and you will never get your money back.\n\nI booked the service 2 weeks in advance for a relative asking for a driver who could bring a tag name as my relative hadn\u0027t access to mobile network in that country. The service was accepted. But the taxi driver didn\u0027t appear. \n\nMy relative -who didn\u0027t speak the language- after 1.5h waiting was desperated and took another taxi.That taxi cost her 130€ as the taxi driver tricked her. \n\nNow, GetTransfer states that the service was done -with no real proof of the taxi driver- and they do not refund the cost that I paid in advance. \n\nThe total cost of the taxi was 160€ plus a lost of face with my relative.

i wished i would have read the reviews here, i made a reservation for one way Istanbul airport to hotel then immediately i rebooked another reservation for round trip transportation thinking they will refund the one way, well these thieves advised me since its within 48 hours of arrival they dont refund and it does not matter if another reservation was made for the same pickup and destination, so basically i am paying double for one way airport to hotel, what a bunch of crap. i will dispute with credit card company and hope for the best, STAY AWAY from these people

another victim here, driver cancelled, told GetTransfer - said they will look into it. One week late no reply no refund, no longer answer emails. card provider will initiate a chargeback. This is not a serious company. Looks like it works out ok for 50% of customers. \n\n(got a copy paste reply down below,. they have zero intention on remedying the fraudulently charged amount on my credit card and just ignore correspondence ??? clowns)

We were in Paris in 2019 November-December we used the Get Transfer didn’t have any issues at all also we made reservations from US for the round trip\nplus I made mistake on our return time I called they correct the time and send confirmation email due to the strike our flight canceled. When I rebooked and gave the departure time they came prompt \nWe paid $120.00 for round trip didn’t share anymore just two of us\nThese cars are privately own like Uber also well dressed

La empresa en principio funciona bien, de hecho los traslados que hicimos estuvieron todos correctos, pero el ultimo traslado fue muy pero que muy impresentable. \nTeniamos contratado un coche para 6 personas con sus respectivos equipajes, desde el centro de paris al aeropuerto, cuando llegó el coche, era un coche para seis personas, pero sin espacio para el equipaje, el conductor no hablaba nada de español, habiendo especificado que queríamos un conductor que hablara español. El inglés no lo hablaba tampoco apenas. Intento solucionarlo llamando a su superior, pero el jefe, por lo que pudimos entender, no le solucionó nada. El conductor fue muy educado y agradable, pero tuvimos que estar en el coche metidas 6 personas con todo nuestro equipaje encima de nosotros durante un trayecto de 1 hora y media. Fue agobiante y bochornoso. Pero era lo único que podíamos hacer para no perder el vuelo, ya que la empresa no nos ofrecía una solución. \nIntentamos poner una reclamación sobre la marcha por teléfono, pero no nos fue posible porque la empresa no nos atendía como era debido. Lo hicimos mediante vía email, y tras algunos correos, la empresa se acoje a que no se hace responsable y que no reembolsa nada, ni nos da ninguna indemnización por lo ocurrido, es decir se lavan las manos. Por lo que, nuestra experiencia no fue buena ni agradable por parte de la empresa.

In merito al mio trasferimento 5490361 chiesto rimborso in quanto avevo un viaggio prenotato con rientro alle 14.30 l autista aveva un altro viaggio e ci ha anticipato il rientro alle 12 e loro che fanno proteggono l\u0027 autista . Scandalosi non viaggiate mai con questa società inaffidabile
