Booked a return transfer. Pick up at Miami airport was fine when I asked the driver about the return leg he knew nothing about it. The app was not showing the return leg either. I contacted them by Facebook message and email to get a vague response and that I would get a reply from the driver. \n\nDue to the other negative reviews I have seen and being the first time I have this company and the fact I had no response I booked alternative travel. \n\nIt wasn’t until 2 hours before the scheduled pick up I actually got a response. I asked for a refund and already had done everything possible to inform and get more information but was refused pointley. \n\nAvoid this company, lack of information, take your money and doesn’t offer the service paid for. Frauds!

Prenotato (e pagato) con gettransfer un trasferimento dall\u0027aereoporto di Atene all\u0027albergo che avevamo prenotato (Capo SOUNION, Aegeon beach hotel).\nL\u0027aereo ritarda la partenza e, arrivati ad Atene, per traffico ritarda l\u0027atterraggio. \nAppena si può riaccendere il telefono chiamo immediatamente per avvisare il nostro ritardo ma ci dicono che l\u0027autista è andato via.\nInsisto a chiedere il motivo ma mi rimbalzano da una persona all\u0027altra, il risultato è che non c\u0027è la macchina prenotata e PAGATA in anticipo. Per cui devo organizzarmi diversamente e pagare nuovamente il trasferimento.\nIl giorno dopo con calma scrivo per chiedere spiegazioni e gettransfer risponde che vi è una clausola contrattuale che cita che dopo 60 minuti di attesa il servizio non è più dovuto e non è previsto il rimborso. Insisto spiegando che dall\u0027aereo non si può chiamare per avvisare ed eventualmente spostare l\u0027orario e a loro volta mi rispondono che c\u0027è la clausola.\nMorale: servizio prenotato, pagato, non utilizzato e non rimborsato. This is the worst service i have ever used. I booked a transfer from Rome Airport to my Hotel. I was quoted 30 euros which was fine.the day before we are to arrive i get an Email from Gettranfers tell me my driver was in a accident and a replacement was going to cost me 17 more euros. So i got screwed and had to pay.\nThree days later i have a transfer from hotel to port. I got a rate of 90 euros. We booked these a month ahead of the trip. The day before i wanted to make sure i was not going to have a problem. I emailed them 5 times invalid email address. I called the 5 times and invalid phone number. I figure i am in trouble. I get an email at 4:48 am the day of the transfer I get the message at 7;30 when we get up. Guess what, My driver was in a accident and they are locating me a new driver. However it is going to cost me 80 more Euros. I have 3 hours to figure this out. I tell Gettransfer.com to cancel the trip. I go to the Front desk and get a limo for 150 euros.

If you miss the cab for some reason be prepared to pay the full fare for the trip you didn\u0027t do. Forget even about partial refund. While they could compensate the driver up to a certain limit like50%, instead they grant the driver the full fare. Their policies are very tight and fail to meet customer satisfaction.

I had booked a transfer from Kyoto to Osaka. The worst experience I have ever had ever. First the App is amateur, hard to reach to customer service if you have any questions or issues. Second, the driver decided to cancel our ride due to weather which is understandable, but the company took forever to refund the money and did not refund the full amount because \u0022They are not responsible for the foreign exchange rate\u0022. So, the customer is just unlucky to be canceled on and expected to pay for any extra fee? AWFUL. Never AGAIN!!!!!!!

I had booked a transfer for Budapest. Our plane arrived on time and no sign of any driver! I did not have data yet and discovered later someone had sent us a message while we were up in the air asking when we were arriving. They had all the information! I have contacted the company a number of times which they only respond when I contact them telling me they are looking into it! I have not heard anything for over a week .

Go away! Take another company quickly

I use Gett transfer on Hong Kong. Bad ideea. They charge me for a S klasse or similar and I received a Tesla ?\nAnd I have to go with all the luggage till in the parking because the drivers \u0022are not allowed because of the protests in Hong Kong\u0022 \nBla Bla Bla
