Avevo prenotato questo servizio e prepagato con anticipo 126 € per un transfer da Parigi aeroporto il volo è ritardato di 40 minuti ma è successo a bordo non abbiamo avuto modo di avvertire la compagnia siamo comunque atterrati entro i 60 minuti previsti non c’era già più il taxi ad attenderci e il servizio clienti è stato scortese e di nessuno aiuto ci hanno lasciato alll’aeroporto alle 00:30 con tre bambini pessimo servizio, La prima operatrice ha detto che ci avrebbe richiamati e non si è più fatta sentire la seconda non è stata di alcun supporto e anche scortese abbiamo dovuto pagare altri 100 € per il transfer. Sconsigliatissimo!

Complete scam. Had transfer booked at CDG Paris. Driver did not show. Didn\u0027t even arrive in the first place. Customer service rude and didn\u0027t give a refund. Paid for expense taxi to hotel. Don\u0027t use this company. Find a different one.

Untrustworthy and extortionate

I was able to book a taxi easily enough and asked to pay 80 euros from Rome Ciampino to the city centre (which is otherwise a 30 euro fixed rate). There was a strike at the airport and I was stranded at 2am in the morning. I was able to secure another taxi earlier and when I asked for a refund Gettransfer refused to reimburse me as I did not cancel 48 hours prior - despite only having just booked the taxi and expecting it to come within 12 hours! I contacted their QA team to explain the situation and request a refund and on two separate occasions I was told about the cancellation policy and that despite it not being applicable in my situation that they were unwilling to override it - so unhelpful and illogical! \nThey asked for an extortionate price and kept it despite not delivering the service. Not even a partial refund. I would never use them again - cannot be trusted!

Horrible experience, on the 22nd and the 23rd of Oct 2019 I completed 3 transfers \n1st tran ID 5088837 total 16 EUR they deducted 3.6 EUR commissions = 12.4\n2nd tran ID 5112249 total 20 EUR they deducted 4.5 EUR commissions = 15.5\n3rd tran ID 5123693 total 17 EUR they deducted 3.83 EUR commissions = 13.18\nthey deducted another 2.5 EUR VAT and they paid me 26 EUR for tran numbers 2 and 3 only.\nWhen I approached them this was their answer :\n\nDear partner,\nOne transfer is -12 EUR. If we count 12,4+15,5+13,18-12=29,08. 29,08-VAT=26,57 EUR\n\n\nas you can see its all been copy-pasted between me and them and its all clear they are SCAM AND THIEVES \n\nSTAY AWAY THEY ARE GREEDY THIEVES

As a driver I did 4 jobd for them. They took 21% commission as I agreed but they took another 20%vat plus my bank charged £7.00. If you want to be their\u0027s driver you will get only 20 % after the commission, vat, bank charge plus your fuel. Also they will charge £10 cancellation fee even if you have cancelled within well advance. Don\u0027t work for them.

Taxi réservé à Rome pour Aéroport jamais venu !!\nPas d\u0027appel du chauffeur, numéro téléphone donné par chauffeur en dérangement, obligé de prendre un taxi en express plus cher \nGetTransfer n\u0027a toujours pas remboursé, ils disent \u0022attendre la réponse du chauffeur !! DON\u0027T USE!! DRIVER DIDN\u0027T SHOW.\n\nThe driver for the outward journey arrived 40 minutes later after calling to find out where he was.\nNo driver returned for the return journey and had to pay out of pocket for a transfer from the hotel which cost almost the same as the return fare. The local carrier said he was in an accident but Gettransfer said they overbooked....\n\nPoor communication from Gettransfer when trying to get a refund and a poor partial refund issued which has resulted in me being at a loss. Gettransfer quoting policy (which I have never been issued) that\u0027s states that they do not compensate for costs higher then their quote. Then had the cheek to offer me a credit! Like I will ever use of recommend them to anyone.

Bonjour quand je lis les commentaires cela ne m\u0027étonnes pas du tout et je m’aperçois que c\u0027est à chaque fois les mêmes soucis que moi , tout est dit et je ne vais pas encore m’éterniser à raconter ma mésaventure il y a un peu de tout ce qui ai déjà dit. \nHa oui vous aller voir qu\u0027il vont me répondre encore et encore de la même façon en disant \u0022nous sommes désolé de cet incident mais avez vous contacter le support truc bidule chouette, je les nommes comme ça car ils ont tellement d\u0027adresse mail quand ils vous balade de services en services , bref A fuir de toute urgence c\u0027est une grosse arnaque et de gros voleurs
