I spoke to the driver 12 hours before scheduled ride to notify him that I needed him to come earlier. He told me that he was unavailable and that he would cancel my ride and arrange for a refund. I rescheduled my ride with another driver who was courteous and got us to our destination on time.\n\nI followed up on the refund for the first booking and after days and days of emails back and forth the driver apparently turned up to collect us even though he knew we weren\u0027t going to be there, provided proof that he was at the pick up location to Get Transfer and now Get Transfer are refusing to refund my money. The driver is a scammer and I will never use this company again.

Fiz uma reclamação à empresa Gettransfer sobre um transporte de ida/volta para o Aeroporto Paris Beauvais, sendo que o transporte de volta não foi realizado pelo motorista. A empresa simplesmente alegou que não tinha responsabilidade sobre o serviço contratado, devendo buscar uma solução diretamente com o motorista. Recomendo não utilizar os serviços dessa empresa.

I notified them 5 hours before the agreed time, that the flight was going no be delayed.\n\nThey refused to pick up later, or gave us our money back, even when the FAQ says that notifying in advance, they will solve the problem.\n\nVery disappointed, and not recommendable at all.

At Buenos Aires you are best to use the official taxi booth in the arrivals terminal. Same price but more reliable.

We booked a transfer prior to boarding our flight in Frankfurt to Buenos Aires and it was confirmed by email. It wasn’t until we arrived that we discovered they had sent a subsequent email while we were mid flight cancelling our booking. We then organised a transfer through the”official taxi” booth at the airport which was the same price as GetTransfer.com had quoted but without the stress.\n\nBased on our experience we would recommend simply organising your transfer once you arrive at the official booth. The official booth is right outside the arrival gate (after you fullyexit customs). Be careful - there are other companies just inside the arrival gate - we didn’t use them. The official one is inside the public part of the terminal.

I booked a transfer for my parents arriving from Sweden to Tampa airport, Florida, in December 2019. \nThe taxidriver was super to communicate with before the pickup and things were going as planned.\nOn the way to airport the driver got a flat tire and could not make it. He could not get contact with support he said.\nI called an international number and was told to tell my parents to get a cab at the airport, keep the bill and get the money back.\n\nA lot of e mails back and forth have been written. Tons of very sorry, appologys and words have been recived. But not a singel dollar back. Not even from the original order when buying the service online from Sweden.\n\nSo I advice you not to use this this Company. Big warning!!\n Later we used Uber instead. That was working 100%.\n\nSorry to say this about a Company. Things can and do happen. That\u0027s the charm of travelling. But the way Gettransfer handel the aftermaths is terribel.\n\nNow they have stoped responding. The last mail they said. The transfer is being proceded. dejaron abandonados a mis clientes en el aeropuerto de Miami, cuando los llame me dijeron que contrate otro taxi y que ellos me devolverían el dinero. nunca lo hicieron! me engañaron. son estafadores.\n\nThey left my clients abandoned at the Miami airport, when I called them they told me to hire another taxi and that they would return my money. they never did it! They tricked me. They are scammers.

Dalle esperienze che ho riscontrato Gettransfer arruola autisti abusivi che non sono in regola con le normative vigenti, quindi nessun auto adatta al lavoro che svolge e nessuna assicurazione per gli utenti che si avvalgono del servizio.

The customer service called me 04:20 CET in the morning asking me to review the service. I contacted the support to ask why they call in the middle of the night. They told me that the call center operates 24/7. However I don\u0027t operate 24/7. \n\nOne other thing is that I left the phone number for the driver to contact me. Not to be woken up by a call center. Kind of crappy and unprofessional handling of my data.\n\nEven though my ride was acceptable I will not use this service again.
