Inadmissible réservation annuler 5 h avant le départ pour aéroport de Bangkok ...\nNous avons réservé un transfert pour 12 personnes et 12 grosses valise car nous étions 9 avec 9 valises et 9 sac cabines le véhicule qui est venu nous chercher avez seulement 10 place donc nous avons voyager dans une bétaillère pour en plus de sa supprime notre retour et me dire vous aviez cas avoir moins de valises vraiment à fuire dommage qu’on ne peux pas mettre 0\n4 mois plus tard toujours pas de remboursement après des soit disant problème de virement plus de réponse

I have used the service of this website twice during my stay in Istanbul, Turkey in January 2020. While the pickup from the airport took place in a timely manner, the van that I was promised was not the van that picked us up (i.e. different license plate). Also, on the website it claimed that our driver would speak English and German (he didn\u0027t) and that there would be free refreshments in the can (there weren\u0027t). The van that picked us up was not clean and was beaten up quite badly.\n\nOn the return trip to the airport, the van that was supposed to pick us up arrived with a 25 minute delay, which meant that we almost missed our flight. The driver spoke zero English (despite contrary claims on the driver\u0027s profile) and the car was pretty dirty.\n\nWhen complaining to Get Transfer, they denied all responsibility by claiming: \u0022We act as an intermediary, an informational portal, which connects local carriers and travelers. Our primary mission is to exchange the information between the parties and make sure the prepayment is safe until the successful completion of the transfer is confirmed\u0022. In other words, they don\u0027t care in the least about what happens to and with the customer, as long as they get their commission.\n\nFolks, I therefore strongly advise AGAINST using this company for getting your transfers in and out of airports, at least when it comes to Istanbul. I am not sure how their service is in other countries, but as a frequent traveler, I can promise you that I shall not try their sorry service again. Ever.

Very bad organisation !\n\nWe are 7 passages to go airport (min 4h) and they send us mercedes vito. \nWe have a no problem to arrive airport but we have lots of baggage ski and snowboard. Its not fix the car and we transfer to airport very uncomfortable. Normally if you trasfer mountain to airport the company need to know the passenger have ski equipment and but the extra baggage box the car. Think twice next time =Canazei to milano airport=

Il 5 gennaio scorso ho prenotato online un trasferimento dal Terminal crociere di Buenos Aires all\u0027aeroporto della stessa città, pagando subito il prezzo richiesto. L\u0027autista mi aveva dato appuntamento in in punto preciso, ovvero fuori del ritiro bagagli, per le 9.30. Ero lì alle 9.15, ed ho atteso vanamente fino alle 10, senza che nessuno si presentasse (avevo la foto dell\u0027auto e dell\u0027autista). Ho fatto, inutilmente, un giro nei dintorni, ed anche un video con il cellulare, a riprova della veridicità di quanto affermo. Alla fine ho dovuto prendere un altro taxi, pagando 8 euro in più. Ho chiesto ed ottenuto il rimborso, ma voglio anche il maggior costo che ho dovuto sostenere. Me lo hanno negato, e allora mi rivolgerò ad un Organismo europeo di risoluzione controversie. Chi legge tragga le conclusioni.

Recently I had a very bad experience with gettransfer. Initially with the carrier and then with the way that gettransfer customerservices been respond. Beside the early booking and payment the driver didn\u0027t showed up and I was about to mis my flight moreover i paid three times more for the on spot taxi, no proper feedback and action was taken by gettransfer management\nThey are totally unreliable and no responsibility \nNot recommended at all

TERRIBLE!!! They cancelled, via an email, one hour before they were to pick my son up from his boarding school \u0026 drive him 90 miles to the Boston Logan Airport to catch a flight. I scheduled two weeks prior, reached out several times during those two weeks trying to confirm directly with the driver, but he never responded. I also spoke with the Get Transfer Helpline where I was assured my son’s ride was confirmed- even if the driver had not responded— and the operator was always a rude \u0026 annoyed when I called. The fact they sent an email rather than calling when cancelling so last minute is egregious!! - thank goodness I checked my email this morning. I am holding my breath to see if they are trustworthy enough to credit back the $125 I pre-paid for the ride. AVOID GET TRANSFER at all costs- they are absolutely rude \u0026 100% unreliable

Avoid at all cost! You pay for a service and deluxe service and you get nothing of what was paid or required for! We are a company and booked the first week of January 2020 in NY airport! Customer service is non existent - in fact only one and same response from the same email address pretending they have responded which is a lie! Unworthy! We will take actions and we are not the only ones who received such feedback and lack of interest! They get their money and business is completed. They do not care about your complaint/ treatment/ they have your money and will find every excuse not to refund you! This company is not accurate! Be aware. Wait until the one person behind the so called customer service copy paste the same response they have over all complaints and feedback against them on all reviews on so many sites!.. they ask you to send your booking number and will investigate...then pretend they have responded and it’s in your spam box.. again lies... they cut you off as they got their money! Also be aware they Don not issue invoices!!! This company should be investigated.
