Ich kann vor der Seite nur warnen. Haben über die Seite einen Transfer in Ägypten gebucht und haben die Fahrt nur mit Glück überstanden. Ebenso wurde keine gebuchte Option eingehalten, bis auf das ein Auto uns gefahren hat. Der Fahrer sprach die Sprache nicht, kein Wasser und Wlan an Bord. Fahrer fuhr höchst riskant, 160 km/h bei erlaubten 90 km/h, benutzt ständig sein Handy während der Fahrt und bei einer Pause ist er ohne meine Frau losgefahren.\nAls das hat Get Transfer nicht interessiert und uns eine Anzeige bei der Polizei in Ägypten empfohlen. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert, nie wieder

Nie wieder!!!! Beim Abholen in Antalya kam der Fahrer halbe Stunde später. Ja, Ok, akzeptiert. Aber das Beste kommt zum Schluss - beim Rücktransfer kam der Fahrer 45 minuten später als es vereinbart wurde, nach mehreren Telefonaten mit ewiger \u0022noch 15 Minuten, noch 10 Minuten, noch 5 minuten\u0022. Auf dem Weg zum Flughafen hatten wir beinahne Umfälle erlebt - die Fahrweise war einfach inakzeptabel. Wir kamen 5 Minuten vor Check-in-schluss.

На сайте компании GetTransfer.com заказала трансфер по маршруту: аэропорт г. Стамбула - район Фатих. Сразу же его оплатила. Мне пришло подтверждение об оплате. Затем мне на вотцап пришла смс с локацией, и временем на 4 утра, где нас будет ожидать трансфер. Наш самолет приземлился вовремя, в 3.30 ночи. Когда моя семья ( я, муж , ребенок) пришли на место, никого не было. Я не могла поверить в то, что трансфер не прибыл. Мы обращались к таксистам, полицейским, просили звонить на телефон, с которого пришла информация о нашем трансфере, искали машину по стоянке и только через 40 мин мы поняли, что за нами никто не приехал. Муж нашел такси в аэропорту,и мы уехали уставшие в гостиницу. Когда мы добрались до гостиницы, мне стали звонить, писать с номера вотцап и просить прощения за то, что произошло такое недоразумение. Был обещан обратный трансфер бесплатно в виде компенсации. Но когда подошёл день вылета и я стала писать им о заказе трансфера назад в аэропорт, мои сообщения были прочитаны, но не ответили даже.Я писала и на сайт и на адрес электронный об этом, мне ответили что это не их вопросы и согласно пользовательского соглашения, компания GetTransfer.com мне ничего не должна. Но!!!! Данная компания является первым контактным лицом с туристом, компания просто обязана оказывать влияние на перевозчика, который сможет вот так легко не приехать, не ответить и тд и тп. Я понимаю, что могло все что угодно случиться с водителем и мы все люди, но если перевозчик заставил ночью меня и мою семью очень волноваться, бегать по стоянкам и искать мой ЗАРАНЕЕ ПРОПЛАЧЕНЫЙ трансфер, я считаю что не стоит относится к туристам, которые дают возможность GetTransfer зарабатывать , просто относиться наплевательски и будьте добры повлияйте на перевозчика таким образом, чтобы перевозчик тоже нес перед ВАШИМИ же туристами, (благодаря которым GetTransfer зарабатывает) и нес ответственность, за то что подводят туристов. Очень не хочу, чтобы в мою ситуацию попадали другие туристы. P/S Деньги за мой проплаченный трансфер мне вернули только через неделю.

Not reliable. Used in Istanbul. They failed to show up in the transfer from Hotel to airport. Do not use them

Avevo prenotato anticipatamente- pagando anticipatamente 167 USD !- un servizio il giorno 1 novembre dall’aeroporto di New York (con arrivo previsto alle 20.00) all’hotel inmanhattan. Sono uscita dal terminal dell’aeroporto JFK alle 21.10 per i controlli (avevo ovviamente fornito all’autista gli estremi del volo) e non c’era nessuno ad attendermi. Chiaramente ogni conducente di vettura a New York e’a conoscenza di quanto ci si impieghi ai controlli in uscita dal JFK.. Ho quindi cercato di mettermi un contatto con il conducente e finalmente alle 21. 30 sono riuscita a trovarlo. Mi ha risposto che aveva cancellato la prenotazione (ovviamente senza alcuna notifica alla sottoscritta!!) . Gli ho chiesto per quale motivo avesse annullato la prenotazione e, dopo aver tergiversato a lungo, mi ha risposto che la macchina aveva un guasto . Gli ho detto che avrebbe dovuto avvisare la centrale di inviare qualcun altro e lui mi ha liquidato in malo modo. Ho preso quindi un altro taxi in autonomia e ho nel frattempo contattato telefonicamente la centrale di gettransfer spiegando loro cosa era successo. Dopo varie telefonate hanno preso nota dell’accaduto e mi hanno fatto contattare . Poiché ho anche un servizio prenotato per il 5/11 con lo stesso conducente, ho chiesto espressamente di inviarmi un altro driver. Mi è’ stato risposto da un “manager” di gettransfer che non c’era alcun conducente disponibile per il 5/11 e che, se mai l’avessero trovato , avrei sicuramente dovuto pagare di più . Sono allibita, direi senza parole, il servizio al cliente NON ESISTE PROPRIO. Davvero un grande disagio ed un pessimo servizio, per quanto mi riguarda certamente non mi rivolgerò mai più a questa compagnia. Adesso vediamo se mi rimborsano ( si fa per dire perché non è’ un rimborso Sulla carta di credito ma una sorta di voucher da riutilizzare). Davvero una vergogna.

Update on Get Transfer. Shonky company, do not use them! Weeks after leaving Spain and returning home to Australia, Get Transfer sent me compensation for leaving us without a driver and telling us to get a taxi instead. 47.5 euros from 250 we spent. \nAnd this was after many exchanges with the QA Manager Artem Schitov ( who has refused to provide details of his manager).\nAbsolute rip off! It would be more economical to just order a taxi in the first place. \nNEVER USE GET TRANSFER.\nI would recommend Day Trip though. Very reliable.\n\nAs for the response below- lies, lies, lies- there was no compensation for the taxi cost. They sent 47.5 euros out of the 250 euros we paid!

Don’t use this company !! \nOur plane was delayed and we had a very large queue at jfk passport control \nMy driver tried emailing me while still flying ! \nThen when I landed had several missed calls \nI eventually made contact and told her we will be out side ASAP she then said that we were late and had to pay extra I asked if she had noticed our flight was delayed and was informed that wasn’t her responsibility \nWe eventually found her to realise that there wasn’t enough seats in her car for our requirements although on the confirmation it stated 7 people to include a car seat! We then had no choice but to have our Baby on our Laps ! She then didn’t know where she was driving too again on the booking , \nShe drove very badly while constantly on her phone , when we arrived at our hotel she opened the passenger door onto the road nearly allowing our baby to fall \nShe when demanded an extra $30 \nI have made a complaint but don’t hold out much hope as there call centre is in Russia !

No driver at airport, called number but out of service, emailed gettransfer and told just take a taxi. Eventually got to hotel. Embattled gettransfer to confirm a collection time , told I was making changes less than 48 hours before and couldn\u0027t wanted another €80 for changes, I explained I was not making changes just confirming times, they then said there was issue with carrier so it was cancelled. No option but to get a taxi.\nWorst company I have ever dealt with. Would not reserve a sunbed through them let alone a transfer. Find another option or be prepared to just get a taxi when you arrive

GetTransfer.com is a SCAMMER, we ordered online a pick up service at Bangkok Airport around two hours prior the guest landing, after the guest exit the arrival hall couldn\u0027t find the driver, we called the number in the confirmation email which we received but a person picked up and said \u0022since the booking was made less than 3 hours I can\u0027t pick up the guest, better you take a taxi\u0022 so the guest eventually took a taxi and fortunately we have the taxi receipt and time, I shocked when I saw that that SCAM company still charging my credit card, I called the hotline where their staff said I need to send an email and request a refund, I didn\u0027t understand why I have to do if they didn\u0027t provide a service, isn\u0027t scam? Anyhow, I been 3 days back and forth by emails with this SCAM company where today they said their driver have a proof he was at the pick up location so they won\u0027t refund us, yesterday they said we requested to change the pick up location and that\u0027s why won\u0027t refund us according to the terms and conditions!!! We have disputed the payment with the bank with all our supporting documents and the phone call with that SCAM driver too, please avoid using this company, you gonna lose your money as they are SCAMMER not even a company\n\nThe problem of this Russian website pretend they are big entity and they have QA to follow up customer complains, all websites thru search engine rated this Scammer website terribly bad, they just steal the money from credit card then make excuses that they have the right to steal your money thru their liar drivers network, better to use Uber rather than dealing with such scammer website who will steal your money\n\nTo proof they are scam website my Transfer request # 5202829 and they been sending stupid excuses emails that they are investigating the case, they are acting like a thief from Russia

Awful company..!!,, I only booked a car as I was nervous about travelling alone with my daughter...we were not picked up on arrival and spent hours worrying at the airport( wasting precious time on our 3 day break) when I finally managed to get in touch with the company I was told to get a local taxi...I am still waiting for a refund!!!!\nDon t book with them...car service and customer service is as bad as each other....will never eve4 use them again...feel scammed!!!
