I Cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances and am still waiting for a refund 3 weeks later,contacted the company several times and repeated excuses and lies that it has been issues or delayed due to service error,shocking customer service AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ho prenotato da internet un trasferimento dall\u0027areoporto di Parigi all\u0027hotel pagando in anticipo 100 euro per andata e ritorno, al mio arrivo nessun taxi si è presentato e dopo mezz\u0027ora di inutile attesa ho dovuto prendere e pagare un taxi locale; ho chiesto informazioni a diverse persone in areoporto (anche addetti ai lavori) e nessuno conosceva questa compagnia, ho provato a telefonare ma inutilmente c\u0027era una segreteria che parlava francese.\nHo fatto le mie lamentele e mi hanno assicurato che mi avrebbero rimborsato il viaggio, siamo a febbraio e da novembre nulla ho ricevuto nonostante le loro promesse (dicevano di aver disposto il rimborso ancora in novembre).\nHo mandato decine di mail ma non ho ancora ricevuto i soldi.\nDopo 2 giorni da questa recensione ho finalmente ricevuto il rimborso! Grazie

Impossible de récupérer une facture ! Gettransfer nous renvoie au transporteur, qui dit en passant a fait sa prestation : a l\u0027heure, propre et discret. On paie Gettransfer et il n\u0027assume pas après. \non perd donc 20 % car on ne peut pas recuperer la TVA\nA FUIRE

I have never had such a bad experience with transport service than this company!! \nFirst of all i ordered a car for 5 people from Viena airport to hotel and vice versa! In the voucher was written that the driver knew english and the model of the car! When i arrived there was another car waiting and the driver didnt understand english at all! But this was not the bad part ! When i had to go to the airport from the hotel , the agent told me that the driver was waiting for you, but he wasnt there , she gave me the contact and he said he will be there soon , he took 30 minutes to arrive because he didnt knew the right hotel! When i enter with my family in the car, let me emphasize that this was another driver and he didnt knew english at all! He was asking me for money , to pay him in cash , he was comunicating with me via google translate because at the beginning \nI wasn’t understanding what he was asking ! He wanted to be paid cash or he wouldnt transport me to the airport! I had paid the full price via internet! I was really confused and i tried to communicate with the agent, she told me to pay him in cash and she would refund me to my credit card later! Now that i arrived at my country and i was asking for the money to the company they sent me an email that you were overpaid because the flight was delayed!! You understand this thing ??? Flight delayed! I almost lost the flight because of this low and lying service company!

Never use this company !!\n\nI booked a 2 hour transfer in Thailand and selected a company offering a new vehicle - with pictures provided. The vehicle that arrived was old dirty and uncomfortable. The so called QA team (somewhat funny as there is no QA) determined that I was entitled to no compensation and kept my full payment. Appalling business model, I will never use or recommend them.\n\nThey make the comment below on all negative reviews ... we are sorry and promise to look at the case again. I did not get what I ordered and overpaid for a shoddy service and yet they have still come back again with “we can’t help you”. Do not risk your important transfer with this outfit !

Pedir un viaje de ida y vuelta en Ginebra Suiza y no se presento a ninguno de los dos viaje número de reserva era 6302871 llamé y me dijeron que me apañara como pudiera estuvimos toda la noche en el aeropuerto porque no hay ni un taxi el aeropuerto cierra sobre las 23:30 tuvimos qué comer el tren sobré la 7 de la mañana el día ante de venimos llamamos para aver si venía a recoger al otro día y digero qué si al otro día sobre la 18:30 nos llama una mujer gettransfe y no dice queno sabe si va a venir a recogeno uno dijo que dentro de tres o cuatro hora lo sabría y le dije que el último tren sale ala 20hora y yo lo tenía que saber ya porque tenía que llegar al hotel y recoger mis cosas y llegar al tren tuve que coger un taxi que me costó 70 franco suizo más más 150 franco suizo para el tren llegamos sobre las 23 hora al aeropuerto y otra noche en el aeropuerto porque se supone que tenía que recoger o ala 2:30 de la madrugada el avión salía ala7 yo ya no cojo está compañía nunca y el tiempo perdido quien me lo paga lo bueno lo pague con PayPal y mea devuelto el dinero pero No el tiempo perdido y la mala educación que tiene los empleados olo que sea

We booked a trip with a specific car type through them but got a much much smaller car than agreed. The five hour ride was then very uncomfortable. Even though the ride was not performed as agreed we had to pay the full price and GetTransfer refused to give us any discount. Stay away from this provider!!!

No REFUND

I booked a transfer with them. They then cancelled it and offered a replacement for double the cost. I requested a refund. Told it would take up to a week. Almost 2 weeks later, NO REFUND. Now told it has been made from their end and but a system issue may delay it. Thinking this is a false Company. Will never look at this company again. Based on booking approx 20 transfers per year.

Não aparece porque que a Gettransfer muda sua forma de pagar a toda hora, majorando os valores e assim inviabilizando o trabalho.\nhá muitos trabalhos que o motorista acaba sendo induzido a valores muito abaixo do custo e quando percebem, infelizmente tardiamente, não aparecem para atender ao cliente.\nCUIDADO com valores de serviços muito barato.\nHoje a Getransfer mudou novamente, passando de 19% para 30%, importante checar se seu transfer contratado irá aparece.

We needed a transfer from Brussels airport to Charleroi airport. The ride was canceled 6 hours before our arrival. We were already worried, but everything worked out really well. Customer Service was quick to find a solution and we received a very friendly transfer. The car was clean and the ride was pleasant.
