A tous, je vous déconseille totalement le site GetTransfer.com !\n Le chauffeur ne parle pas un mot de français le numéro est russe je suis restée sceptique ! \n La plateforme est à l’étranger aucune possibilité de communiquer. Notre vol s’est annulé nous avons prévenu 10h en avance avec l’attestation d’annulation aucun remboursement ils ne veulent rien savoir ! \nCe site n’a aucune valeur de la relation client ... J’ai bien remarqué tous les avis negatives et j’ai tenté malgré tous les avis ! A ÉVITER FUYER !!!! pour information je suis la\ncliente référence 6580995

Worse company ever - do not use!! \n\nNever responded to my emails and failed to provide a pick up point. Then driver disappeared and my parents had to take a taxi from IST to hotel and pay 50+ EUR. Company is not making herself responsible for this problem. I sent them several email beforehand, none of them responded.\n\nCustomer service incapable to resolve anything. Requested to change time for return transfer, no response from their side. Customer service doenst even know how to check the emails sent. \n\nComplete no go.

Do NOT USE. Beware thieves.

Awful service almost ruined our holiday. Sent a small old vehicle where it was noted and agreed that we were to be supplied with a long wheelbase car for a surfboard. \n\nThey’ll cut corners and send a driver who has no idea of your needs. The driver flatly refused to take us to the airport as the vehicle he was driving was too short. The boss hung up on me 3 times when I argued that we had been conned out of $100 We also had to pay the highway toll roads on the return journey. Unacceptable!!!! Don’t use whatever you do. \n\nMy complaint has been flatly ignored saying there is no compensation. This is a thieving company void of all honesty.\n\n\n\n\nAs a reply to this review they’ll claim to have a ‘quality assurance” team. This doesn’t exist. It’s just done dishonest character who belongs in jail behind a desk telling you no, you can’t have any of your money back as they’ve kept it all.

Premetto che sono un tassista di Napoli con regolare licenza dello stesso comune di Napoli mi sono iscritto come vettore ma senza specificare che ero un regolare tassista e già questo è illegale perché dovreste tutelare l incolumità e la sicurezza di chi usufruisce del vostro servizio perché voi prendete una grossa percentuale sulla corsa e quindi non dovrebbe essere l utente a fare le verifiche MA OLTRETUTTO HO SCELTO DI ESSERE PAGATO AD UN MESE PER FARE IN MODO CHE LA PErcentuale sia più bassa da detrarre dalla somma totale MA IL MESE È SCADUTO E I MIEI MISERI 20€ SÌ SARANNO PERSI PER STRADA .......SE SI SONO PERSI SPERIAMO CHE SIANO ANDATI A CHI NE HA BISOGNO ALMENO AVRÒ FATTO BENEFICENZA \nP s per gli utenti che ne vorranno usufruire in futuro A NAPOLI DICE UN VECCHIO PROVERBIO \nO SPARAGN nun è MAI GUARAGN \ntraduzione IL RISPARMIO NON È MAI GUADAGNO

Fusk.\n\nBenyt ikke dette firma. Det er svindel.\nJeg havde booket en bil fra lufthavnen til mit hotel i England. Dagen før min afrejse får jeg en mail om at chaufføren/bilen ikke vil komme. GetTransfer vil da gerne prøve at finde en ny bil til mig, men denne kan kun findes endnu dyre.\nEfter 4 timers skriveri frem og tilbage få jeg et tilbud hvor jeg skal give 101,2 euro mere.\nDa jeg så skrev til dem at jeg ikke ville betale flere penge, stoppede de med at svare.\nJeg har nu bedt om penge retur, så dem er jeg spændt på om jeg så får retur.\n\nOpdatering: 7 arbejdsdage er nu gået og jeg har stadig ikke fået mine penge retur selvom de har lovet det.\nJeg har skrevet til dem og de svare sjovt nok ikke\n\nOpdatering: 14 arbejdsdage er nu gået og jeg har stadig ikke set skyggen af mine penge. Nu siger de at jeg skal vente 30 dage før jeg får dem.

BEWARE this company put our lives in danger

Our driver cancelled our booking just before we got on a 14 hour flight to Lyon with our 2 small children. I called get transfer straight away and was told not to worry that they would have someone else waiting for us when we landed. And that there would be no additional cost incurred by us.\nSurprise, surprise. When we arrived having travelled now for 38 hours from Australia there was no driver. After calling get transfer again to find out where the driver was we were told they were still looking for one. \nWe were then told they found one but we had to pay an extra 137 euros on top of what we had already paid. We had no other option but to do this as our children were exhausted.\nThe driver then took 1.5 hours to turn up so in total we waited at the airport for over 3 hours.\nThe car that was sent did not then even fit us all in and we had to sit our 4 year old son on our lap. \nThe worst part however was that the car was not equipped with winter/snow tires and as we approached our hotel, it skidded out of control on the ice road and smashed into 5 parked cars and just narrowly missed a man walking on the road. We could have been killed by this car that was arranged by get transfer even though we clearly provided the detail of where we were going to in the alps.\nObviously I cannot risk the lives of my family again by using this company on our return trip so I requested to cancel. I also cannot believe that they would expect me to pay for the first part of the trip including the additional 137 euros I was forced to pay for a trip that endangered the lives of both my family and people walking in the street. \nGet Transfer- it is unacceptable for you to simply reply to emails with the comment that someone will be in touch. \nIt is also unacceptable that I have had to pay not just the full fare but an additional charge for a vehicle that was cancelled at short notice and was not roadworthy.

SERVICE PAS SERIEUX DE TOUT. A EVITER !!

J\u0027ai annulé une réservation ( payé avec paypal ) 1 mois avant la date prévue et, comme prévu par le contrat je devais être remboursé .\nApres 9 jours je n\u0027ai pas encore reçu le remboursement et le service client réponde très sec d\u0027attendre ...\nVous réservez un transport et vous devez payer immédiatement tout ( même si le transport est après 1 mois ), mais obtenir le remboursement est très difficile !!\nJe vais ouvrir une contestation avec Paypal pour pouvoir obtenir la restitution de mon argent \nService pas sérieux de tout .\nEviter pour ne pas perdre votre l\u0027argent et votre patience !

Hello!\nThis service is terrible. I canceled my day flight and transfer from airport and I am still waiting for my money :((( They will not write you first . I have to write and to ask “ when” . They promised this week, later sent message that it will be longer , now stopped answer at all.\nStay away from this people :((((((

une équipe d\u0027escrocs.. j\u0027ai annulé ma réservation 1 semaine avant mon voyage et ils prétendent me rembourser mais 2 semaines d\u0027attente toujours pas de remboursement, comme j\u0027ai payé avec PayPal je vais informer PayPal et obtenir un remboursement.. éviter cette société..
