Booked 4 months in advance for a transfer from Geneva for my family. 3 weeks before my flight they email to cancel it. Find another one on their website, go to book it and that’s cancelled too.\nNow trying to get my money back €260, told it would be 5-7 days, 9 days later told it will be 15 days.\nCrocks, would not advise you to use or trust this company.

Recogida en el aeropuerto de Estambul para ir al hotel. El chofer llega tarde, coche sin navegador, se pierde, no habla ni una palabra de inglés. Dando vueltas por Estambul de noche, más de dos horas. Al final debemos encender nuestros móbiles con el dinero que ello nos cuesta, para mostrarle el camino y conseguir que llame al hotel desde donde le indican como llegar. Traslado del hotel al Aeropuerto tres dias después. El chofer llama por teléfono, manda mensajes, escribe, todo sin atender la carretera. Aun quiere parar para vendernos unos Kebaps, suponemos que de algun pariente suyo. Al coger la autopista, no pasa de 50 qmts. hora. Por el retrovisor interior vemos que va dando cabezadas y se duerme. Volantazos. No sabemos si gritar para mantenerlo despierto. Trayecto horroroso y de pánico. No solo no lo recomendamos sino que rogamos encarecidamente que les retiren la licencia por INEPTOS, IGNORANTES Y PONER EN PELIGRO LA VIDA DE LOS VIAJEROS!!!!

The whorst experience. Do not use!I make reservation and my flight was canceled. So I contact driver and he told me that is not possible to wait me at new time. So I cintact gettransfer and they told me that is not posibile to arange for me new driver.I contact them 5h before i should arive at Munich airport.Also they say that is not posible to return me many.So if you dont wanna to trow your many dont use them.

Update \nSee there response- they have not solved the matter. More lies and deceit of the public. I have. Called 4 times since this response and no one gas called back despite assurances. Do the decent thing and jake the compensation payment that you have committed to. \nM doyle\n\nRef 5965189 - appalling bad company to deal with\nThis is the worst company i have ever dealt with. When you call the help line they keep hanging up. They wont pass you through to the department that is handling the refund and compensation and keep telling me they will mail. When i went through trust pilot they offered increased compensation from £20 to £75. Still leaving me short the £150 extra it cost me because of being left with no car twice in the same day. I accepted this 3 weeks ago and still nothing happens, they don’t read my mails, just keep ignoring thinking i will go away. It is appalling behavior for a service company. Please do not use this company , you will be defrauded and will have plenty frustration and cost trying to resolve. Wir haben über gettransfer.com insgesamt 4 Transfers gebucht. Alle (!!) waren absolute spitze. Sowohl die Fahrer, als auch die Fahrzeuge, sowie Pünktlichkeit und Kommunikation.\nDen ersten Transfer hatten wir in Buenos Aires (Transfer Airport zum Hotel), der zweite von Montevideo Hafen zum Hotel, der dritte Montevideo Hotel zum Airport und der vierte in Rio de Janeiro (Airport - Hotel, Hotel - Airport). Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würde diese Gesellschaft jederzeit wieder buchen.

I have traveled several times with Gettransfer without any problem, from several airports in the world. Always good. However, last time the driver was more than half an hour late and after driving about 20 minutes and leaving the city, he stopped in the middle of nowhere and refused to take us to the airport if we did not give him 50 euros. We had to give since we were going to lose the plane. I have claimed Gettranfer but they say the carrier says he didn\u0027t do that. Do you expect to ask the thief if he has stolen and answer yes? It is very childish. I have asked Gettransfer to check the tracking of our transfer, that the car is sure to have GPS tracking, and they refuse. \nSo be careful with gettransfer in Stockholm and if you have a problem with a transfer, take the precaution of recording it on video (and still doubt that the company will pay attention to you).

Muy muy muy MALOOOOO\nLADRONES!\nReserva 6613046 día 09-02-20de mi hotel al aeropuerto FCO de Roma, nunca aparecieron. Desde atención al cliente me dicen que me busque la vida porque el conductor no les responde al teléfono( a mi tampoco)y que me busque otra opción. Por poco no perdemos el vuelo a España, nunca volveré a contratar a esta empresa ! No lo hagan u os robaran como a mi!

YOU MUSTN\u0027T USE THIS\nIt was terrible service. the driver arrived 2 hours late and arrival time at destination was delayed 3hours but no one apologized us and they do not refund us its fee and unexpected late-check in fee because of taxi\u0027s delay. (We planned to arrive at 7:00 p.m but actually 10:00 pm)\n\nafter the incident, so called \u0022department of customer\u0027s issue\u0022 did not reply to us soon so that we contacted manager. however, she said \u0022department already replied\u0022 Their reply is veeery superficial apology and fixed phrase, I couldn\u0027t feel their apology at all. After finishing servics, we are no longer their customer and just people who paid money to them.\n\n is it really taxi company??NOPE! It\u0027s just a company which won\u0027t take any responsibility for providing its service.\n\nNEVER, NEVER USE IT!\nI hope noone will experience awful event happened to me, due to this company, not only my travel plan but also my memory of the trip turned to be nightmare.\n\n(additinal)\nafter posting this , the company replied to my review but they sent me an email that they won\u0027t refund to me. so, this is automatic reply. clever company ever.
