Abzocke, musste stornieren, damit der Fahrer keine unnötige Anfahrt hat. Ich hab es mit Vorlauf von ca. 8 Stunden gemacht und keinen Cent erstattet bekommen. Obwohl der Beförderer damit keine Kosten hatte. Üblich sind ca. 50%. Ein wohl sehr erträgliches Geschäft, die Stornos, besser, als die Fahrdienstleistung selbst\n(Anfrage Nr6656128)

***WARNING SCAM SITE ***\nHorrible service, they have bait and switch tactics. When you book online they show you the car that you will be riding in and it looks really nice but when they confirm your reservation they give you a different car and low value. Difficult to get a refund from them. I wish I would have read reviews before booking them.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Quite frankly the worst company I have ever dealt with.\n\nDriver never turned up and they did absolutely nothing other than telling me to \u0022get an Uber\u0022.\n\nThey are a broker and couldn\u0027t care less whether you get to your destination and how much it costs you in the likely event that your driver does not turn up.\n\nDid get a refund and offered a small credit towards my next trip, however, I wouldn\u0027t touch this company again with a bargepole. If the driver doesn\u0027t show up you have nothing to fall back on, as they won\u0027t help you or pay towards another trip.\n\nAn absolute disgrace of an organisation and one stay well clear off.\n\nThey couldn\u0027t care less about you as a customer, don\u0027t apologise or help. The simple fact is, as their customer service person suggested... Get an Uber!\n\nUPDATE - I\u0027ve decided to add some further information as I am still to be refunded by this scam of a company. Initially they said 14 days for the refund. I then received an email saying that they couldn\u0027t refund me as they were no longer working with my credit card company.... it\u0027s a Mastercard! I spoke with my card company, who pretty much laughed at the email they sent me saying that they couldn\u0027t refund . Clearly a scam going on here. I suggested a bank transfer, they then came back and said PayPal. I sent my details over and have now been completely ignored. 5 emails and no reply. \n\nThey do everything possible to limit their social media negative press comment on everything. The reality is there @feedback email will do nothing to help you and they will keep your money for as long as they can. Hopefully by credit card company will have a better chance of getting me refund than I did, as currently I am out 330 euros with no sight of a refund.

Заказывал машину на 20 января в аэрпорт Стамбула. Номер брони 6296476. Машина не приехала. Перевозчик не отвечал на звонки. Пришлось в аэропорту искать свободное такси. \n21 января получил письмо с извинениями и обещанием возвратить деньги в течении 7 дней\n30 января в ответ на мое повторное обращение извинились еще раз и снова пообещали вернуть деньги \u0022в ближайшее время\u0022. 16 февраля это \u0022ближайшее время\u0022 еще не наступило, а мое очередное обращение 14 февраля осталось без ответа. Очень похоже, что возврата не будет вообще. Не советую пользоваться этим сервисом.\n\nP.s. сегодня (26 февраля) деньги все таки возвратили. Хоть за это спасибо.

Hay que tener cuidado con esta empresa, son unos ladrones, cancelas las cosas dentro de la fecha y te ponen un montón de problemas para devolver el dinero.\nNo son de fiar.

Don’t book with them . I have cancelled a booking in time and they don’t refund the money. If they take the money as soon as you book, they have to refund as soon as you cancel. I have paid almost 500€ and I need them back because they are part of the budget for our trip.\nI feel cheated!!

I have booked today texi from kuala lumpur airport to hotel, i have paid 9 euros, but now driver said i never come to the airport, and i have many time called to gettransfer throught email and call, they never responce very well and eat my 9 euros, bad comapny bad impration, booking number is 6625837

Shockingly bad. \n\nBooked and prepaid a taxi from Phuket ferry port to our hotel but failed to arrive. Gertransfer admit they are in the wrong and say they will refund me. Despite numerous chasers we are still waiting 4 weeks later. \n\nAvoid like the plague.

AVOID THIS FIRM THEY ARE USELESS AND DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL

We booked and paid for a transfer in Mexico. The driver did not arrive and we were left high and dry!\ni rang the telephone number on the confirmation and told them we were still waiting, they claim that the taxi driver had let them down and they could not provide any alternative transport. We had to make our own arrangements, thus negating the pre-booking and prepaying with GetTransfer. In our experience DO NOT USE THIS FIRM simply find a local taxi.\nOn emailing GetTransfer they apologised and said they were let down by their supplier! They said they would refund me in 5-7 days. I\u0027m still waiting!!!\n#3096523
