very bad service over charging, commission base on no existing rating\ni can\u0027t recommend to customers and future transport partners

I really can\u0027t understand the negative reviews. I used gettransfer services 3 times in October 2019 ,in Sri Lanka and everything was great! Also when a small and unimportant issue occured, customer service helped in seconds!!! Sometimes, surely, the car it\u0027s not the one shown in booking form but i think this is not big deal! Plus the price that\u0027s it\u0027s the best of all other services and apps. Since i discovered gettransfer, I have never used others companies services .Thank you!

BIGGEST M/FKCS OF TIME , AM A CARRIER , ITS EITHER SYSTEM ERROR OR AN EMAIL INDICATING PAYMENTS IN THE NEAREST TIME AND WHEN I ENQUIRE , THE MAGGOTS BLOCK MY ACCOUNT AND SAY THEY WILL PAY ME ONE DAY

Wish I could give them a zero review.\nWe booked a chevrolet suburban 2016 and ended up in a vehicle that had bench seat and was literally falling apart. I complained and they have done nothing. I am disgusted.

BRUG ALDRIG dette firma - det er snyd og humbuk vores chauffør kom aldrig og når vi kontaktede ham var bilen i stykker og vi havde 5 opkald til deres nød nr alle forskellige som alle lovede at ringe retur hvilket aldrig skete - vi har være i kontakt på mail med dem og givet dem alle beviser og her stopper al kontakt - så trist for andre firma som gerne vil lave en ordentlig forretning IGEN BRUG ALDRIG dette firma vi har igen igen ( i alt 7 gange)sendt alt dokumentation også på ny efter deres svar her på siden -vi får ikke noget svar og vores betaling et tabt - så trist

a scammer site. they send you cheap deals to attract you. once you pay, you\u0027re trapped. they inform you that they cannot satisfy your request and that this is an error. they then ask you for a supplement or the possibility of being reimbursed. thereafter, you are never reimbursed. They are professional scammers. it is necessary to claim this site to tripadviser google and others ... I ask if it is possible to sue them ...

Driver arrested and van impounded

Absolutely terrible we booked a transfer and about 5 mile into our journey were pulled over by police who escorted us to Munich police station .\nHere were told the driver was under arrest for no taxi licence , no insurance no work permit and the van was a hire car.\nWe called get transfer but no one would take us seriously saying that we would be able to continue on when police released the driver. It was only after 2 hours when asked a police officer to talk to them to confirm that the driver would not be going any where .\nWe then got a local taxi and where told they would refund us if we sent them receipt.\nHowever when we did this they refused to refund and offered us a 10% discount for another trip instead.\nAvoid this company at all costs.

I booked a transfer with this company. They emailed me 10 hours before my transfer to tell me that the taxi company was unable to meet me. They were unable to provide an alternative leaving me struck at Munich airport with skis, bags and grumpy teenagers. I had to make alternative arrangements leaving em considerably out of pocket.\nI am currently in a game of email tag with them attempting to claim a refund.\nAvoid at all costs
