Finger weg.\nTaxi kam nicht zur bestellten Zeit.\nNach ein paar Telefonaten wurde uns mitgeteilt das der Fahrer vorraussichtlich eine Stunde später kommt. Da wir einen Flug hatten, mussten wir auf ein Taxi vor Ort zurück greifen. Der Preis war identisch mit dem vermeintlich günstigen Angebot von Getthetransfer.

I booked a transfer to pick me up in Sri Lanka in January. I was travelling alone so it felt better to have something booked. No one showed up, no one answered the phone. I had to organise something else. It is now March and I’m still fighting to get my money back. No one at the office cares, no one has apologised. They keep telling me 10 days and I’ll get it back, that was 32 days ago. Utterly appalling. DO NOT use these FRAUDSTERS

Absolut unseriös!!!\nUm 11h hätte der Taxifahrer auf dem Flughafen Johannesburg sein müssen um mich abzuholen. Nach x-Telefonaten und 2 Std. später erschien er mit profanen Ausreden!\nDie Retourfahrt fand gar nicht statt. Immer wieder bekam ich die Antwort in 5 Minuten. Nach einer weiteren halben Stunde musste ich einen anderen Transfer wählen, damit ich den Retourflug rechtzeitig antreten konnte.\nIst gar nicht zu empfehlen!\n(Buchungsnummer 6647782)

I have just had a similarly rotten service from Get Transfer (GT) who emailed me just before our 8pm flight from Gatwick to Zürich (with a party of 12 including 2 babies) saying that for “technical” reasons their carrier could not meet us. Stranded late at night we had no choice but to hire 2 horrendously expensive taxis at Zürich Airport to take us to the ski resort. Nor would GT provide the return transport (included in our original booking) from the ski resort back to Zürich at the end of the week though they had a further week to arrange it so the reason was clearly not “technical” We again had to hire expensive alternative transport. We had booked and paid GT in full months ago. Reading these reviews on Trust Pilot I am not optimistic about GT repaying my money. Can anyone help me with GT’s country of incorporation and the address of its registered office as I suspect there is only one language these people understand. Just found it: “GETTRANSFER GLOBAL LIMITED Company number 11529354 Summit House, 170 Finchley Road, London, United Kingdom, NW3 6BP”

Absolutely rubbish company taking over two weeks and more to refund money do not book a trip with them\n\nHow can you ask me what my booking number is yet you say it’s apparently still processing how do you know it’s still processing ? \n\nYou can not run a business like this you’ve got more bad than good reviews and you haven’t planned on making changes\n\nLegal action will be involved as what company disputes that. My transfer did not arrive yet I paid £200 more than my vehicle I ordered sent my receipts and it’s taken 3 weeks to still yet haven’t processed my refund and when I keep calling a manager Is never around to take my call or call me back the messages clearly does not reach the managers as my phone is yet to ring from a manager. \n\nAppalling

Ребята, процветает мошенничество чистой воды. Во время бронирования списывается 100 % суммы. Присылают ваучер, мой № брони 6807249. Сначала все дружелюбно, несколько раз уточняют детали, отвечают быстро, могут накануне вечером еще раз связаться, переуточнить. Клиент окончательно расслабившись, ждет, что в аэропорту его встретит комфортное авто. Не рассчитывайте на встречу с табличкой. Вы будете искать, бегать кругами как антилопа, по всей парковке. Водитель будет писать в мессенджере: вот он я, тут стою, не видите разве? Через полчаса выключит телефон. На линию поддержки можно дозвониться раз в 10-й, а там сонный парень ответит в трубку: а, вы еще там стоите? я сейчас перезвоню. И не перезвонит, конечно же. Категорически не рекомендую данную компанию.

This is not belong to Sri Lanka. The price shows by the system is fake and very low price compare to local services so people booking thoug this and get trouble when they reach Sri Lanka Airport. Even they never send the quoted vehicle. If we question, they always say different storys regarding the vehicles. So the best option is book a 100% local cab or taxi service from each country.

Awful experience as described below. No contact from Customer Service after opening a complaint and placing several calls to them. A month now and still no answer. A lot of money lost due to their lack of professionalism. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD. I will now make sure I advertise my parents\u0027 experience through SM and the ombudsman.\n********\nA transfer to the airport was requested for 5am in order to fly on a holiday trip. The transfer booking was made and confirmed and 35 Euros were paid towards the booking. \nThe holiday my parents had booked consisted of a package holiday where, as seen in the attached pictures, summed up to 422.3 Euros in total (211.15Euro per person).\n. After receiving confirmation via email of the transfer booked (see attached), my father tried to get through to the driver specified in the booking both via telephone and email sent to re-confirm booking (this is the first time he was booking with you and wanted to be sure you, as a company, could be trusted). He emailed your company (see attached again) and called the driver directly several times; however, despite all this, he did not obtain any answers from him (what’s more, he is not even picking up the phone now) or from your company altogether.\nBy the time my parents realized the driver was not coming and managed to get a hold of a car to drive up to the airport, it was too late as by the time they arrived at the airport the flight had already taken off There is no need to say how upsetting this whole situation is. My father is quiet old, and had not driven a car in quite a long time which, along with the stress to get to the airport on time, made him sick and raised his anxiety issues; My mother lost a day of work and was not able to enjoy it as a holidays either... On top of all this, they have now lost the money for their package holiday which was obviously paid in advanced.\n\n*********************\nAs per your below reply, the documentation was sent to the email address provided below for the QA team to look into this and resolve (this has now been done 5 times). Also important to mention how I requested a call back from a manager 4 days ago and no call has been received. \n\nTHIS IS THE LAST CHANCE BEFORE I FILE THE COMPLAINT WITH THE OMBUDSMAN

No Refund- Awful Customer Service

I have used gettransfer several times previously and had no problems. I am planning a trip to Romania in October and paid for a long transfer of approx 130 euros. My plans changed so I cancelled and made, AND PAID For an alternative transfer over three weeks ago. \n\nI still have no refund over three weeks later allegedly due to “ technical issues “ (no specifics given) - Give me a break - in 2020 only the space shuttle takes as long to fix. In my experience two to five business days is the average time for an online refund. I have been in contact with the European Consumer Centre and it now appears that as the company is registered in Cyprus I will have to sue them there for a refund plus damages. I am utterly disgusted with them.
