Brug ikke dette firma!!!\n\nHar afbestilt vores transfer igennem Gettransfer for over en måned siden (januar 2020)\nHar stadig ikke modtaget mine penge (ca. 3000kr.) retur \nDeres kundeservice/support bliver ved med at fortælle, at de har tekniske problemer, de allerede har overført pengene, de skal tale med deres Finance afdeling, der vil gå nogle dage så har jeg pengene, osv. \nDe er fyldt med ubrugelige forklaringer og har nu skrevet over 20 mails frem og tilbage - og de starter forfra hver gang med, at der er teknisk problemer, at de allerede har overført pengene, mv. \n\nBrug aldrig dette firma. De er svindlere.\n\nOrder nr. 4031246

Left stranded and the cold and officious customer service.\n\nThe main issue here is that they have a lack of transparency about their term of service which requires you to cancel 48hours in advance. However, we only booked 6hours in advance. The issue having this term as an airport transfer service is that your flights are often delayed, cancelled or change time! So it’s just ridiculous. And in the UK law I think it would be considered unfair and illegal.\n\nAfter quite an argument with the customer service team - who were very difficult to contact - rather than cancel (as our flight was delayed) we decided to get the transfer and wait at the airport. \n\nThey lied and said the driver was there. We then waited an hour for him to arrive. They did not offer an alternative. They said they couldn’t refund us until they’d investigated the matter...even though neither I or they could contact the driver. And in effect they were breaching their own contract.\n\nYou can’t operate a transfer service with “computer says no” customer service.\n\nI asked them how they think other customers would feel if they heard about my experience on social media. They said they didn’t care what feedback was left. So on that note...I’m leaving a review on all of them and then getting my friends to re-tweet, share and forward...I hope you don’t go out of business as I’d feel sad for the people you employ who probably feel really rubbish about having to work with your policies. However, I do hope you learn to be a more ethical and customer focused business.

Transfer arrivato con 2 ore di ritardo dopo vari solleciti telefonici. Tra l\u0027altro arrivata un\u0027altra macchina con autista che non parlava la lingua prenotata.\nServizio assistenza NON rispondeva. Evitarlo assolutamente, si rifiutano anche di rimborsare per un servizio non dato

FUYEZ CE SITE Ai commandé un transfert aller et retour ...A 2 heures de mon arrivee a Genève annulation totale et depuis 2 semaines pas de reponse pour mon remboursement...j\u0027envoi des mails a info @ Gt à feedback@ GT je fais le tchat et personne ne repond pour me dire quand je vais être remboursé de ma commande 6724404. Mon contact me dit par mail qu\u0027ils ont actuellement des problèmes pour faire des remboursements!!!! Ai prévu demain d\u0027aller déposer plainte a la police contre le site pour detournement financier proposition de prestations fausses Alors évitez ce site franchement

Some bad experiences on here sadly , I have to say I have had nothing but a good experience to this point, I had a slight issue on a booking for the pick up point at an airport but I was given great customer support and quick responses and feedback to put things in place. I cannot speak for others but this is my view

I cancelled my booking no #6629506 and asked for refund.. i was told that refund is processed on 9 th feb .. on not receiving the same contacted and was told that refund is processed on 17 th feb and now on contacting again on 28 th feb told that it is not processed and will take one more week...\nNo company in the world takes 30 day to process the refund and again they say it will take 30 business days for getting the credit...\nAvoid all the bookings as the bookings will not be honoured if they do not pay to the outsourced transfers contracted on customers behalf..

cancelo el servicio por cierre del aeropuerto y llamo para avisar con tiempo,te cbran el servicio aunque sea por causas mayores y se niegan a devolver dinero.

Друзья будьте аккуратны, компания является посредником и не контролирует качество перевозки. Поэтому вместо заказанного автомобиля может приехать кто угодно и и сделать что угодно. при любых жалобах мы получаем лишь ответ : Извините, напишите пожалуйста письмо на Feedback. Испорченный отпуск вам не исправят. \nПользуйтесь услугами только проверенных компаний.\nPS Gettransfer Хватит уже тратить деньги на пиар в Интернете. Большинство положительных отзывов от ботов ;)

Very bad experience from SOFIA TO BOROVETS

I did a booking for a transportation from\nSOFIA airport\n to\n RILA HOTEL BOROVETS\nI did a full payment online\n When I arrived in SOFIA airport nobody was there to pick me up.\n I tried to call the driver but she was refusing my calls.\n Finally someone from the company called me from LONDON and started to explain me that they called me at 12.30 to inform me that the ride was cancelled and now (around 14.15) they can not do anything for me since I did not pick up the call and I have to take a taxi !\nI would like to highlight few points : \nIf I request a driver at 13.30 and I bother myself to fill the\nrequested informations in their website with my flight references that means that until 13.30 I AM NOT CONTACTABLE since I am in flight !!!\nThen if I take time to plan in advance a transportation to go to my\nholidays hotel it is because I don\u0027t want to loose time and to arrange for a taxi on arrival !!!\n I had to make many calls to their customer service and I lost one hour in SOFIA airport because of the lack of profesionalism of their driver and their customer\u0027s care agent who were not able to find me a solution !\nI want you reimburse me the 160 LEV I had to pay for the taxi from\nSOFIA airport to Borovets.\nUntil now I dont have any reply from them and I have paid twice my taxi ride from SOFIA to BOROVETS.\nVery unprofessional service.\nIt could be working until a problem happens so it is like playing RUSSIAN ROULETTE.\n Richard R.
