Vid bokning av transport från flygplats ska man uppge flightnummer samt ankomsttid. Dock helt meningslöst då gettransfer inte tar ngn hänsyn till försening eller liknande. Fick meddelande från chaufför att hans väntetid gått ut. Därför lämnade han flygplatsen. Gettransfer bara fnyser åt min synpunkt och hänvisar till villkor.\nAllt annat än serviceinriktade. Fick ta en taxi trots att min resa redan var betald med get transfer.\nÅk taxi eller Uber. Fungerar tillfredställande.\n\nÄrende: 6139580

vor einem Jahr hat alles noch zu unserer Zufriedenheit geklappt. Hin und Rücktransport Gran Canaria Hotel Flughafen. Das KFZ war zwar etwas älter, der Rest war aber OK. Dieses Jahr leider durch den Wüstensturm mit einem Tag Verspätung angekommen. Die Abstimmung mit unserem Fahrer war sehr beschränkt. Es war uns egal, ob wir neu bezahlen würden, wichtig war nur der Transfer. kurz um, der Fahrer hat uns einfach nicht abgeholt. Reaktion des Fahrers,keine Zeit. Die Möglichkeit mit Gettransfer in Kontakt zu treten wäre per tel. nicht zu bezahlen. Alle Nummern sind keine EU Nummern. Email mit Serviceteam in USA. Wir haben 70 Euro verloren. Egal, verbuchen wir als Lehrgeld.\nDie Taxen am Flughafen haben uns für das gleiche Geld super befördert.\nIn Zukunft brauchen wir so was wie Gettransfer nicht mehr.

APPALLING\n\nBooked a transfer with this website for arrival in Sri Lanka and paid in advance. Over a period of days I received endless WhatsApp messages from the driver trying to convince me to cancel the booking and go direct with him (to avoid their massive markup doubtless). On the day of arrival at Colombo airport NO DRIVER SHOWED UP. The so called \u0022helpline\u0022 was of no help whatsoever. They failed to source an alternative driver and their attitude was rude and indifferent.\n\n14 days later, I am still waiting for a refund.\n\nThis company is a joke.\n\nAVOID!

Would like to thank our taxi driver Svetlana for her excellent work on 01 03 20.\nWaiting for us with a clear name sign, having promptly responded to our email for confirmation of the booking previously.\nA pleasant drive from Alicante to Calp.\nThen genuine patience shown as we had to wait for a rep to deliver our apartment keys to the closed agency and then follow him to the apartment.\nThank you.

Man Bucht eine Business Class Auto und man wird mit einem Alten Citroen abgeholt . Am Abreisetag kam der fahren nicht pünktlich , somit haben wir eine Taxi genommen, über WhatsApp meinte der Anbieter der Fahrer wäre da , wir standen die ganze Zeit vom Hotel . Wir ander auch schrieben lass die Finger davor. Im Barcelona könnt ihr ganz entspannt mit Taxi fahren oder einen anderen Anbieter nutzten .

Brug ikke dette firma!!!\n\nHar afbestilt vores transfer igennem Gettransfer for over en måned siden (januar 2020)\nHar stadig ikke modtaget mine penge (ca. 3000kr.) retur \nDeres kundeservice/support bliver ved med at fortælle, at de har tekniske problemer, de allerede har overført pengene, de skal tale med deres Finance afdeling, der vil gå nogle dage så har jeg pengene, osv. \nDe er fyldt med ubrugelige forklaringer og har nu skrevet over 20 mails frem og tilbage - og de starter forfra hver gang med, at der er teknisk problemer, at de allerede har overført pengene, mv. \n\nBrug aldrig dette firma. Left stranded and the cold and officious customer service.\n\nThe main issue here is that they have a lack of transparency about their term of service which requires you to cancel 48hours in advance. However, we only booked 6hours in advance. The issue having this term as an airport transfer service is that your flights are often delayed, cancelled or change time! So it’s just ridiculous. And in the UK law I think it would be considered unfair and illegal.\n\nAfter quite an argument with the customer service team - who were very difficult to contact - rather than cancel (as our flight was delayed) we decided to get the transfer and wait at the airport. \n\nThey lied and said the driver was there. We then waited an hour for him to arrive. They did not offer an alternative. They said they couldn’t refund us until they’d investigated the matter...even though neither I or they could contact the driver. And in effect they were breaching their own contract.\n\nYou can’t operate a transfer service with “computer says no” customer service.\n\nI asked them how they think other customers would feel if they heard about my experience on social media. They said they didn’t care what feedback was left. So on that note...I’m leaving a review on all of them and then getting my friends to re-tweet, share and forward...I hope you don’t go out of business as I’d feel sad for the people you employ who probably feel really rubbish about having to work with your policies. However, I do hope you learn to be a more ethical and customer focused business.

Transfer arrivato con 2 ore di ritardo dopo vari solleciti telefonici. Tra l\u0027altro arrivata un\u0027altra macchina con autista che non parlava la lingua prenotata.\nServizio assistenza NON rispondeva. Evitarlo assolutamente, si rifiutano anche di rimborsare per un servizio non dato

FUYEZ CE SITE Ai commandé un transfert aller et retour ...A 2 heures de mon arrivee a Genève annulation totale et depuis 2 semaines pas de reponse pour mon remboursement...j\u0027envoi des mails a info @ Gt à feedback@ GT je fais le tchat et personne ne repond pour me dire quand je vais être remboursé de ma commande 6724404. Mon contact me dit par mail qu\u0027ils ont actuellement des problèmes pour faire des remboursements!!!! Ai prévu demain d\u0027aller déposer plainte a la police contre le site pour detournement financier proposition de prestations fausses Alors évitez ce site franchement

Some bad experiences on here sadly , I have to say I have had nothing but a good experience to this point, I had a slight issue on a booking for the pick up point at an airport but I was given great customer support and quick responses and feedback to put things in place. I cannot speak for others but this is my view
