Пользовалась услугами этого сервиса 1 раз, в Италии. Заказывала трансфер для поездки из отеля, до аэропорта. Водитель приехал к отелю с небольшим опозданием, боялась что и на самолет опоздаю но довез во время. Автомобиль был чистым, да и сам водитель приятный человек, помогал с багажом и 1000 раз извинился за опоздание. Но ставлю 4 звезды из-за страха опоздания на самолет.

Dangerous company - avoid!\n\nAvoid this outfit at all costs- I had to drive the mini-bus myself. They were an hour and a half late to pick us up from Innsbruck, Austria \n and take us to Civetta,Italy on the 15th Feb.\nThat was the least of our problems. After around 45 minutes of very slow going the driver stopped and disappeared behind some trees,. When he came back he was holding a lump of ice to his head. He only spoke Russian and used Google translate to explain that he had altitude sickness as he had been driving up and down mountains since 5 am ( it was now midnight). As we were half way up the mountain I had no choice but to take the the wheel and drive to the hotel myself, almost certainly without insurance. I had to keep stopping the minibus so that the driver could vomit with the bus rolling back as it didn\u0027t have a handbrake. After a few goes and with my family screaming in my ears I worked out it had an additional foot brake. We eventually arrived in one piece at 3a.m. This experience cost me 280 euros . Get Transfer refused my requests for compensation.I felt really sorry for the driver who was obviously being exploited by this awful company , If Get Transfer are allowed to continue operating there will be an accident.

DO NOT USE!! We were really let down by this company. \n\nWe were left stranded in Italy, 5 adults \u0026 6 children. The driver never showed and did not answer the phone. We called customer services who said, like all the below reviews they would call back. Not once did they call back, we constantly called and were told a manager would call back. Hours later we managed to arrange another transfer through the hotel we were staying at. \n\nAbsolute disgrace to take money off people and leave them stranded. \n\nWe thankfully paid through paypal on a credit card, I raised a dispute with both straight away. We have now 2 weeks later received our refund due to the disputes raised.

I would give 0 stars if possible. The driver cancelled last minute and I had no ride. The company\u0027s solution was to give me a refund afterwards, but that business plan does not work for a taxi company.

DID NOT TURN UP ON 3 OCCASIONS

Booked with them to be picked up at Paris CDG airport, the driver NEVER TURNED UP, rang the driver but he kept putting the phone down, contacted the customer services who promised to investigate and call me back, THEY NEVER CALLED BACK, phoned them again and was promised a Manager would arrange an alternative vehicle/driver and call me back, THEY NEVER CALL BACK, after 3 hours waiting I paid for a local airport taxi to take me to my hotel at an additional cost of 60 euros, contacted them online for the next 4 DAYS and was finally given details of an alternative driver who would take me back to the airport the following morning as per my original booking, HE NEVER TURNE UP, contacted customer services again who advised me to once again arrange a local taxi to take me to the airport which I did at another additional cost of 60euros, the delays caused by the failure of my driver to turn up and the slow unhelpful customer service and arranging an alternative driver caused me to miss my flight home to the UK and I was forced to pay a further 383 euros for an alternative flight home, I have been in touch with the company daily since my return and keep being promised a refund of my initial booking payment (60euros) but all references to my further costs of 503 euros have been ignored and NO refund has been receive after 14 days.\n\nDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Vid bokning av transport från flygplats ska man uppge flightnummer samt ankomsttid. Dock helt meningslöst då gettransfer inte tar ngn hänsyn till försening eller liknande. Fick meddelande från chaufför att hans väntetid gått ut. Därför lämnade han flygplatsen. Gettransfer bara fnyser åt min synpunkt och hänvisar till villkor.\nAllt annat än serviceinriktade. Fick ta en taxi trots att min resa redan var betald med get transfer.\nÅk taxi eller Uber. Fungerar tillfredställande.\n\nÄrende: 6139580

vor einem Jahr hat alles noch zu unserer Zufriedenheit geklappt. Hin und Rücktransport Gran Canaria Hotel Flughafen. Das KFZ war zwar etwas älter, der Rest war aber OK. Dieses Jahr leider durch den Wüstensturm mit einem Tag Verspätung angekommen. Die Abstimmung mit unserem Fahrer war sehr beschränkt. Es war uns egal, ob wir neu bezahlen würden, wichtig war nur der Transfer. kurz um, der Fahrer hat uns einfach nicht abgeholt. Reaktion des Fahrers,keine Zeit. Die Möglichkeit mit Gettransfer in Kontakt zu treten wäre per tel. nicht zu bezahlen. Alle Nummern sind keine EU Nummern. Email mit Serviceteam in USA. Wir haben 70 Euro verloren. Egal, verbuchen wir als Lehrgeld.\nDie Taxen am Flughafen haben uns für das gleiche Geld super befördert.\nIn Zukunft brauchen wir so was wie Gettransfer nicht mehr.

APPALLING\n\nBooked a transfer with this website for arrival in Sri Lanka and paid in advance. Over a period of days I received endless WhatsApp messages from the driver trying to convince me to cancel the booking and go direct with him (to avoid their massive markup doubtless). On the day of arrival at Colombo airport NO DRIVER SHOWED UP. The so called \u0022helpline\u0022 was of no help whatsoever. They failed to source an alternative driver and their attitude was rude and indifferent.\n\n14 days later, I am still waiting for a refund.\n\nThis company is a joke.\n\nAVOID!

Would like to thank our taxi driver Svetlana for her excellent work on 01 03 20.\nWaiting for us with a clear name sign, having promptly responded to our email for confirmation of the booking previously.\nA pleasant drive from Alicante to Calp.\nThen genuine patience shown as we had to wait for a rep to deliver our apartment keys to the closed agency and then follow him to the apartment.\nThank you.

Man Bucht eine Business Class Auto und man wird mit einem Alten Citroen abgeholt . Am Abreisetag kam der fahren nicht pünktlich , somit haben wir eine Taxi genommen, über WhatsApp meinte der Anbieter der Fahrer wäre da , wir standen die ganze Zeit vom Hotel . Wir ander auch schrieben lass die Finger davor. Im Barcelona könnt ihr ganz entspannt mit Taxi fahren oder einen anderen Anbieter nutzten .
