Perfect experience

So... I was really afraid judging from all the bad reviews everywhere. I have to admit that the experience was perfect.\nI ordered online a cab from Reykjavík center to the airport (the regular company was fulled). After two hours, Gettransfer called me and gave me the details of the car to see if it’s ok.\nThen I received the number and name of the driver by email. I double checked online if everything was true (yes it was a real icelandic company)\nThe driver was on time. No problem at all. Great service

Изменились обстоятельства. Отменил заказ за 30 часов до поездки. Отписались : спасибо что сообщили, но возврат денег не возможен по причине поздней отмены. Я понимаю за 2 часа,ну за час,ладно. Удержите 20% от суммы! Фигушки. Рога и копыта,словом)

Не советую эту компанию.

Номер трансфера 6588891.\n\nЗаказал трансфер в обе стороны,с аэропорта до отеля, при прилёте со мной связался водитель, сказал стоит рядом с выходом когда вышел наулицу из аэропорта то оказалось его остановила полиция уде где-то на трассе потом у него сломалась машины прождав 2 часа получил смс бери такси и езжай сам. Ваша служба подружки клиентов вообще написала что мол извините мы узнаём. Естественно из отеля меня не кто не приехал и не забрал. Написал письмо о возврате денежных средст и прикрепил криншоты с перепиской с водителем, сказали узнают, ждал две недели. потом написали что вернут средства от 1 дня до 30 все сроки уже прошли и денег я так понимаю не увижу.

Booked an airport pick up - first booking was cancelled and then the person who rebooked me didn\u0027t turn up. Had to get a black cab that cost twice the price. They initially said they would refund the difference - after four months of chasing they changed their mind. Steer well clear.

This is a dishonest company. They either show up or they do not. I booked a pickup at the airport and they never showed up. I had booked with them two other pickups and they did Show up on time. They do not and will not refund your money for the non pickups. Be very careful with this company. Know that you very well may have to get another form of transportation when you get to where you are going. They always get back to you and say they are going to investigate and that means.....SORRY WE ARE NOT GIVING YOU YOUR MONEY BACK FOR OUR SCREW UPS. BEWARE

Pick up at the airport was very good, helpful driver and waiting for us on arrival. Collection on return was a nightmare - their confirmation e mail had a different time to their allocated pick up time. The head office / dispatcher was totally unhelpful and put the phone down on us saying they had no cars.A quality service would have either arranged a pick up from another taxi company or given us their numbers at least.

our complaint regarding this transfer ,we were really happy with our transfer on arrival the car picked us and are children up with no issues , but are return transfer arrived at 3:15 and then got out of the car and started to shout at us in Spanish and made repeated phone calls shouting to someone else on the phone and our kids started crying as we had no idea what was going on and then we finally got in the car and the driver didn\u0027t drive us anywhere just kept arguing on the phone and left us waiting ,when they finally managed to get an English speaking person on the phone at 3:40 they told us we needed to get out of the car as the driver is not insured to drive our 7 and 9 year old children , so they were aware we had children but we could not go in this car and they wouldn\u0027t be able to send another car for about 50 minutes and we would have to pay them 65 euros which seemed to be all they cared about but we couldn\u0027t even agree to this as we would miss our flight which was leaving at 6pm so at this point we were looking like we were going to be stranded in spain , the driver then made us get out of the car and put our luggage on the curb and drove off ,we were distraught and rushed back into our hotel where they managed to get us a taxi within 10 minutes to drive us to the airport at an additional cost of 103.70 euro , on arrival at the airport we had to run with our children and luggage and only just managed to catch our flight in time ,I am disgusted at how we were treated and it was a terrible way to end our holiday ,get transfer has not given us a penny in compensation

After reading bad reviews on-line I was skeptical, but since I did not have many options in Fiji, I decided to give them a go. I contacted customer support and was promptly replied in a very courteous manner by the attendant. I was given the local company contact email and I was able to contact them right away. The driver arrived five minutes before the schedule and the transfer happened without incidents. Based on my experience I recommend the company.

This company is a complete fraud. We reserved and paid in advance for a car and driver for several hours. The car/driver never showed up. We called the company several times and they never resolved the issue. They only said they would \u0022look into it\u0022 and never got back to us. Do NOT book a car service with this company. They are completely fraudulent.\n\nFollowing this post, the firm posted a reply asking for proof of payment, which I have provided (again!). If they reimburse me, I will edit this review again. But, so far, I am still out $184!!!

I booked this company for transfers because my father has recently passed away and my mother and I needed to travel to Italy at the last minute, we had to travel from Bologna airport to Castrocaro Terme , a journey that takes approximately an hour, so this was no small journey. We weren’t arriving until 6.30pm so I booked the driver to pick us up at 7.00pm with a name card.\nMy mother is 71 and quite fragile, which was why the service seemed so ideal, I also booked a return service to take us back to Bologna airport which cost just over €200.00 .\nWhen we arrived, there was no driver and no card, I checked outside the airport while my mother remained at arrivals, I then attempted to call both numbers on the paperwork, both were shut until 9.30am the next morning, I even got the information desk at the airport to try, not convinced I had the right numbers.\nWe waited for an hour and ten minutes (the paperwork stated the driver would wait for 60 minutes) only for no driver to arrive! I was upset and my mother was tired .\nWe ended up having to take a twenty minute bus journey to the station and a further half an hour journey by train the forli, where we were fortunate enough to be taken by an independent taxi driver to a our final destination in Castrocaro, suffice to say, I was relieved when the driver offered us his card for a return journey, which was prompt and the driver wouldn’t even take a tip on either journey, compared to this company , he was a dream!\nI contacted gettransfers the same night by messenger as this was the only service available to both complain and cancel my return journey. They apologised and I was told I would receive a refund in full, that was over a week ago, I am now being told it may be a month before I receive a refund, despite paying on debit card.\nI have been in touch with them consistently since I returned, made it clear how unhappy I was with the service, which you would assume would spur them into action, but I am now being told that my refund will take 30 days plus because of the Coronavirus.\nIt’s just terrible customer service after terrible customer service.\nI would highly recommend avoiding this company like the plague , if I could have left zero stars then I would have done.\nExtremely unhappy with every part of the ‘non’ service every step apart from when their taking your money...appalling and shameful\n\nLaughable! Even the link they’ve offered only takes you back to the original website, there is no link for feedback for investigation , put my money back into my account, that is all I ask
