Read the reviews before booking with Get Transfer.

Trying to get a refund from this company should something go wrong (which by the feed back is a knocking bet) is almost impossible. I cancelled my transfer 5 months before travel due to a bereavement of one of the travel party and the fact the holiday was cancelled. i was told i would be refunded in 7 working days which did not happen. I was then told 15 working days, which did not happen. I have now been told 30 working days (which is almost 7 weeks) I asked how they can take your money almost instantly yet it takes almost 7 weeks to put it back but they do not answer queries, just keep promising refund. I have now reported Get Transfer to my credit card company and cyber crimes. My advice to any one looking for a transfer abroad READ ALL THE REVIEWS ON THIS COMPANY and pay a little more and book with a more reputable company, most companies do not expect full payment up front like Get Transfer.\nIf what you say in your reply is true then why do I have emails promising me it sooner and please feel free to explain why a refund should take 30 working days (6 weeks).

Disastrous service, avoid at all costs

We booked and paid for a return transfer from our home to Cheltenham races. It is a journey of 100 miles each way. The driver arrived in good time and dropped us at the venue with no issues but on the return leg we did not get collected. We had no communication in advance of the failed trip and could not get through to the driver. In fact I believe he blocked our number. After many stressful calls (being told they would call back, they didn’t, being placed on hold for ages,etc) they advised us to get our own taxi which is obviously at significant additional costs. I would absolutely avoid this company at all costs. Completely unacceptable to leave customers stranded on what was the busiest day in this location. I have been told I may have to wait for up to 30 days to receive any money back.\n\nUpdate 20:03:2020\nI responded immediately to the request below to email the feedback team and the issue remains unresolved. Unfortunately the company is trying to appear helpful but the customer experience is far different.

Never trust the russians, they\u0027re only good at stealing.\nPaid 100% in advance for a 2-way trip but they asked for extra payment just 1 day before the return trip, knowing I will be forced to pay, otherwise I wouldn\u0027t get back home!\nLots of money invested in SEO, very good search exposure, they\u0027ve got many people working 24/7 in the call-center..that is all just a masquerade to try and look like a big company...in reality just another russian scam!

Unseriös und Betrügerisch. \n\nGerade im Businessbereich ist von dieser Firma absolut abzuraten. \n1) Es wird keine Rechnung ausgestellt! \nDa der tatsächliche Dienstleister (Fahrer) nicht mit dem Kunden, sondern mit Gettransfer abrechnet und dieser auch nicht den vollen Betrag erhält (Provision an gettransfer) ist es nachvollziehbar, dass er an den Kunden keine Rechnung mehr ausstellen kann. Vielmehr stellt dieser eine Rechnung an Gettransfer, nach Abzug der Provision. \nEs ist daher sehr unseriös und äußerst suspekt, dass keine Rechnung ausgestellt wird. \n\n2) Es wurde ein höherer Betrag abgebucht, als in dem \u0022Buchungsgutschein\u0022 angegeben. \nZunächst wird man auf die eigene Bank verwiesen, die angeblich gebühren erhoben hätte. In Rücksprache mit der Bank konnte nachgewiesen werden, dass keine zusätzlichen Gebühren erhoben wurde und das GEttransfer den höheren Betrag angefordert hatte. Ich habe den Transaktionscode für die Buchung an Gettransfer weitergeleitet zur Überprüfung, jedoch ohne Wirkung. \n\nWie meine Bank mir mitteilte stellt das einen Betrugsfall dar. Weitere Maßnahmen sind bereits in die Wege geleitet worden. \n\nSparen sie sich daher unbedingt diese Unannehmlichkeiten und buchen sie einen direkten Transfer über eine seriöse Firma. Die paar euro mehr zahlen sich am Ende aus.

A good experience

I booked with GetTransfer.com in a hurry and only later looked at reviews which worried me. It took a little too long to receive the details about my transfer (a few hours) but the driver arrived early, was courteous and efficient and we arrived at our destination in good time. No issues at all.

Quick way to find affordable transfer.\n\nMaybe we were just lucky, but our transfer went perfectly smoothly. Bus company was also very helpful and flexible when we had to modify our transfer.\n\nBut if you want to use this website, keep in mind this is just aggregator of offers from different bus companies — just like AirBnB is just aggregating different landlords offering their flats. So you can have great experience, like us, or pretty dreadful — like it seems some others here had.

No lo contratéis. Haces el pago y el conductor ni te avisa donde estará. Imposible contactar, el teléfono es internacional y no contesta nadie. NADA RECOMENDABLE!

I paid for large, they delivered small

I booked for a large van to pick us up from the airport. I paid for it upfront. When arrived to the airport, only a small van showed up. I claimed back the difference on price from what I paid for and I got. After crossing several emails, company said they will not refund anything. Do not use this company. Not good!

Es hatte in der Vergangenheit ein paar mal recht gut geklappt, allerdings habe ich mich bei \u0022einer\u0022 Buchung mit Tag geirrt und es umgehend nach der Buchung dem Fahrer und GetTransfer selbst gemeldet. \nKeine Chance - Geld ist futsch und das ärgert mich enorm, denn die Dienstleistung wurde nicht erbracht und beide hatten vor der falschen Fahrt noch auf meine Reklamation reagiert! \n\nEinen Teil als Bearbeitungsgebühr könnte ich noch nachvollziehen, aber den vollen Betrag einzubehalten ist schlichtweg abzocke!!! \n\nIch werde mir das noch mal überlegen. ob da noch mal buche ;-(
