No Contratar No devuelven dinero

Hace dos semanas realice un pedido para un traslado de un aeropuerto al hotel el vehículo que me ofrecieron en la oferta hay que me adjudicaron no tenía nada que ver me puse en contacto con ellos y no recibí ningún email por su parte. También habiendo cancelado la reserva supuestamente mal según ellos dentro del plazo y por la obligación de no poder entrar en el país por cierre de fronteras se niegan a devolverme el dinero NADA RECOMENDABLE me siento estafado si por que si aunque no realizar bien la cancelación aunque tengo el pantallazo deberían devolverlo ya que no fue culpa mía debido a la situación cerraron fronteras el país a lo cual deberían devolverlo. Según pone la EMPRESA en la opinión de ABAJO les he vuelto a mandar un mail al cual ni me han contestado. ES PARA QUEDAR BIEN. A mí me han ESTAFADO todo el importe, el vehículo que contraté no era el que ellos me ofrecieron. Buscar otra página está NO es FIABLE

Сколько пользовались этой компанией, они всегда косячили, то опаздывают конкретно, то доставят по неправильному адресу и оставят там. Но сегодня меня убило их отношение. Закали трансфер вчера в ОАЭ. Мы должны были лететь, но границу закрыли в последний момент из-за коронавируса. Пишу им за 10 часов примерно, что нам не вылететь, так как страна ваша не принимает. Так они говорят мы вам вернем 50 % от оплаченного(( как?! Вы мне не оказали услугу, вы не затратили ничего. Даже авиакомпании переносят и возвращают невозвратные тарифы. Им пофиг. Никогда не пользуйтесь данной конторой! Она ужасна! \nPS: вы трансфер, это говорит само за себя! Если у человека рейс переносят или еще что-то вы обязаны его встретить, а при форсмажорах вернуть деньги. Иначе зачем вы нужны! Надеюсь мой отзыв поможет сберечь нервы и деньги таким-же путешественникам как я. Также отзывом я не намерена остановиться и дойти до конца, чтобы вашей нечестной компании даже не было в интернете!\nPS: деньги так до сих пор даже 50% не вернули

Do not use this company! I had a transfer booked from Miami airport to our hotel. We were delayed in the airport Passport control. I tried to call the driver as per the paperwork, they didn\u0027t answer and the voicemail box was full so I had no way to let the driver know. They left, and the company have refused to refund my money. No allowance made for the airport, they say there is 1 hour waiting time only so you are supposed to know how long the airport will take.

AVOID AVOID AVOID\nA surprise French air traffic control strike meant our flight was late landing. We learnt about the possibility of delay just before take off. We advised our Get Transfer driver immediately. He saw the message but did nothing about it. We landed over an hour late, the driver had left and we ended paying for a transfer service (EUR280!!!) that the driver didn\u0027t deliver and we didn\u0027t receive. I understand technically that the policies of Get Transfer let them get away with this but the reality is anyone with a a need to cancel, delay or amend their booking within 48 hours cannot do so. This must happen often so there are no doubt many disgruntled people.It is balatant money-grabbing. Some customer care and better options from Get Transfer would win them more business as opposed to turning it away.

DO NOT USE THIS ORGANISATION \n\nWhilst I have sympathy for all concerned in light of the Coronavirus situation they will not refund a transfer I had prepaid for as I did not cancel it within 48 hours of arriving. The reason for this was the Austrian Government decided to lock the country down within the 48 hour window. I informed them as soon as it became public but they simply keep referring me to their Terms \u0026 Conditions.\n\nWe did not cancel because we wanted to, we had no choice as we the country had been put in lockdown. I spoke to the taxi company directly who were not out of pocket as they were aware of the situation but they also confirmed to me they would not be receiving any money from GetTransfer so the money is being kept for themselves for doing nothing!!

Fantastic company, highly delighted with their prices, communication and attitude.\nExtremely impressed for my booking in Malta, have recommended them to friends visiting the island and shall endeavour to always use them.\nI consider them to be a gem of a find. Bravo to all the staff that I dealt with in Malta.

Мошенники! Мыявляемся перевозчиками, по условиям контракта они должны были 14го каждого месяца платить за оказанную услугу в предыдущем месяце. Уже 18е число и они так и не оплатили за февраль. Звоним они очень нас понимают а денег нету. Дорогие клиенты не пользуетесь пожалуйста услугами этой компании, рискуете остаться и без денег и без транспорта. Пользуйтесь услугами компании который вы точно знаете что имеет в наличий собственные машины.

Ordered a premium transfer in Dominican Republic after researching options and receiving quotes on the site. Heard nothing. Rang and was told premium service not available. Then provided one of the taxis that had earlier been quoted cheaply but still charged the premium rate. Did they instantly offer a refund of the difference? Quite the reverse! Very poor service and ethics..

CRIMINALS - missed my flight and no refund.

Very bad service

We booked a 2 way transfer from Lyon to Les Sybelles and paid in advanced. Things went smooth in the first part, although the driver was late more than an hour. The return transfer was a mess. They told us the day before the leave that the driver can\u0027t honour the transfer and we need to pay an extra amount of money so they can find us another transfer. They offered us only 2 options: either pay extra money or cancel the transportation and refund half of the money - clearly the last was not even an option because we had a flight to catch...
