Vandaag terug gekomen uit Hurgarda en wederom een goede taxi transfer gehad van en naar het vliegveld. Wij moesten 1 dag eerder vertrekken maar met een mailtje en wat appjes stond hij gisteren om 13.00uur netjes voor de deur van het hotel. Hulde aan Bodie Mustafa van gettransfer

I booked a roundtrip transfer with GetTransfer for 390 euros. For my first transfer, I did not receive any correspondence and had to reach out to the company myself to find out if they had even received my request let alone were picking me up. Everything for that ride went smoothly, although I requested a driver that spoke English, and mine didn\u0027t. That wasn\u0027t really a problem though.\n\nThe problems started when I had to change my flight home. I was originally supposed to fly into Milan Bergamo, but due to the travel restrictions with COVID-19, I was unable to fly into Italy anymore, so I changed my flight to land in Zurich. I contacted the company right when I changed my flight to see if I could cancel the return transfer or change it to be from Zurich to my final destination instead of Milan. It took very long to receive a response, and when I got one, they did not help at all. They said that since I didn\u0027t contact them in time, I wasn\u0027t allowed to get a refund or cancel. I asked if it could just be rerouted, and they said that I just had to request a new transfer and pay for the new one. That just seems totally absurd for the circumstances. \n\nI also asked if I could just get credit for the transfer to apply to a future one, and they stopped responding. NEVER book with this company. There are other companies that actually care about and will work with their customers. I cannot believe that instead of responding to my emails, they just ignored their customers in a time of dire need.

I am a driver and they always had late payment with us ...the company is selfish and even who read this and will book with them ... it been less than a month(conv-19) and we are already not getting paid..plus thay increase commission up to 30% ... IF YOU READ A FEW COMMENT BELOW THIS ONE YOU CAN SEE THAT THE COMPANY IS WRITING THE EMAIL AND SAYING IT IS A DRIVER LOOOOL WHAT A JOKE IS YOU COMPANY IS .... I CAN PROMIS GETTRANSFER THAT FROM NOW ON I WILL PICK UP THERE CLIENTS LATE ......UNTI WE START GETTING paid ON TIME AND TREATED THE SAME AS EACHOTHER

Dürüst olmak gerekirse firma kesinlikle iş ortaklarına sahip çıkmıyor şoför olarak 4.8 firma olarak 4.2 ortalama puanla çalışıyorum. \nKullanıcılarından hizmetinin parasını peşin alıyor ama partnerlerine yani taşıyıcılarına parayı ödemiyor yada çok geç ödüyor örneğin \n 1 ocak ile 15 mart arasında ki paramı hala ödemedi..... bugün 30 March ödeme yapacağım dedi ama yapmadı ve hiçbir dayanağı olmadan komisyonlarını arttırıyorlar ama bu durum firma olarak bizim için fark etmiyor bende transfer fiyatımı arttırıyorum aslında get transferin kullanıcıları gidecekleri yerdeki yerel firmalar ile irtibat kursa daha ekonomik fiyatlar ile seyahat ve transfer satın alabilirler\n\nGet Transfer ile olan çalışmalarımı askıya alacağım büyük ihtimalle \n\nSaygılarımızla

Уважаемые коллеги, перевозчики,\nБлагодарю за ваши отзывы, с помощью их мы теперь также проинформированы относительно плачевной ситуации с оплатами от gettransfer.\nВ феврале месяце мы не получили выплату, так как не набрали нужную сумму (порог). Но вот в марте месяце было достаточное количество поездок, и сейчас мы крайне озадачены, что геттрансфер отказывается платить перевозчикам, хотя получает 100% оплату от клиентов. Мы направили письма в геттрансфер, ждем от них разъяснений, так как никакого уведомления о сложной экономической ситуации от них не поступало, о задержке платежей никто не сообщал. \nКак только поступят разъяснения, пожалуйста, публикуйте их, мы также будем сообщать.\n\nЕсли разъяснения не поступят, а варианты выхода из ситуации не будут предложены и соблюдены, то предлагаю однозначно отказываться от запланированных поездок и подавать коллективный судебный иск.\nЭто не форс-мажор, это чистой воды беспредел: получить 100% оплату от заказчика и НЕ направить оплату исполнителю.

My name is Alen, I\u0027m driver,owner of company which is driving for GetTransfer.com.\nI have good experince of driving for them,I never been late on transfer, or miss transfer(don\u0027t come to pick up the People).\nSo, mistakes can happened, or that some driver doesn\u0027t come on time, or never come at all. \nBut Unfortunately I have very bad experince of few days ago, and that experince is that they didn\u0027t pay me for Februar.\nLast month they was also late 10 days. \nPeople which take GetTransfer.com for transfers pay all transfers before the driving so they have money to pay, but they don\u0027t pay to me.\nThey said they will pay in two parts, first on 17 March, second untill 25 March. They don\u0027t pay anything. After many, many e-mails, they send email they will pay after 1 Aprill every week some money, and they change the terms and conditions and said the fee for February is 5 % more. \nBut in Februar it was old terms and conditions when I was driving People, Transfers the same.\nI don\u0027t have money to pay leasing for a cars, Bank can take the cars, I have two kids with celebralic pulse so I can\u0027t pay rehabilitation for them, I don\u0027t have a money for food and other things needed for house and I was 2 weeks in Isolation because I was driving in Austria and Italy when I come back to Croatia and must to pay apartment for 2 weeks from my pocket for that.\nI cancelled several transfers because of Corona Virus and because of that they take my rating of driving from 4.8 to 3.0...Just because I cancelled transfers, because of my securw and healty. \nVery, very bad from them. \nI can send here also e-mails which I write with me,no problem\nThis is my experince, I write this only because they don\u0027t pay me any euro and they have a money, we all now that because People pay hole transfer before the drive. \nThank you....

Я являюсь водителем данной компании, нам прекратили выплату за февраль мотивируя сложной экономической ситуацией, но объяснить каким образом данные обстоятельства смогли повлиять на перевод нам наших выплат , которые были оплачены в полном объеме клиентами ещё в феврале не могут, на каком основании они решили воспользоваться нашими выплатами в своих личных целях, на погашение каких то своих потерь, им принадлежит только комиссия от этих выплат и не более, использование чужих денежных средств, что ими подтверждается в переписке, можно трактовать, как мошеннические действия. \nПредлагаю всем водителям инициировать общественный судебный процесс в случае, если выплаты не будут произведены по первоначальной договорённости или до конца текущего месяца. Если мой отзыв здесь будет заблокирован, ищите на других Интернет ресурсах (Фейсбук, ВКонтакте и тд) под названием Геттрансферсудпроцесс. Не позволяйте себя использовать, они не имеют права присваивать наши заработки!!!

I have been working with gettransfer for 8 months and have been committed to financial payments !! Only in February, they paid me 25% of the value of the payments and they told me the rest of the payments will be weekly, according to the financial situation of the company !! I have confidence in gettransfer and I will continue to partner with them !! I don\u0027t know what their financial conditions are !! Although I do not have another financial income! I have a family of my wife and five children! Except transport with gettransfer. Hope the situation becomes better in the future

I am a driver for this so called company and they have just increased there commission from 30-35% unbelievable!, far cheaper using a local company \n\nAlso they dont pay there drivers, rip off merchants\n\nAvoid these scumbags at all costs also taxi2airport dont pay there drivers either
