Caring company with perfect communication

Fantastic company, highly delighted with their prices, communication and attitude.\nExtremely impressed for my booking in Malta, have recommended them to friends visiting the island and shall endeavour to always use them.\nI consider them to be a gem of a find. Bravo to all the staff that I dealt with in Malta.

Мошенники! Мыявляемся перевозчиками, по условиям контракта они должны были 14го каждого месяца платить за оказанную услугу в предыдущем месяце. Уже 18е число и они так и не оплатили за февраль. Звоним они очень нас понимают а денег нету. Дорогие клиенты не пользуетесь пожалуйста услугами этой компании, рискуете остаться и без денег и без транспорта. Пользуйтесь услугами компании который вы точно знаете что имеет в наличий собственные машины.

Ordered a premium transfer in Dominican Republic after researching options and receiving quotes on the site. Heard nothing. Rang and was told premium service not available. Then provided one of the taxis that had earlier been quoted cheaply but still charged the premium rate. Did they instantly offer a refund of the difference? Quite the reverse! Very poor service and ethics..

CRIMINALS - missed my flight and no refund.

The driver was over an hour late and I missed my flight back. Had to book another flight at my own expense and they refused to refund my transfer costs.\n\nBook directly with carriers to avoid the getting ripped off like I did.\n\nThe response I got.\n\u0027\u0027We act as an intermediary, an informational portal, which connects local carriers and travelers. Very bad service

We booked a 2 way transfer from Lyon to Les Sybelles and paid in advanced. Things went smooth in the first part, although the driver was late more than an hour. The return transfer was a mess. They told us the day before the leave that the driver can\u0027t honour the transfer and we need to pay an extra amount of money so they can find us another transfer. They offered us only 2 options: either pay extra money or cancel the transportation and refund half of the money - clearly the last was not even an option because we had a flight to catch...

Avoid!

They do not honor their customers and their carriers are just fraudsters.\n\nMy \u0022carrier\u0022 just called me a regular taxi, did not pay the taxi driver and I had to pay the driver in addition. So, in total, I paid almost four times the price I would had paid if I had ordered the taxi by myself.\n\nGettransfer.com refused to refund my payment and did not acknowledge anything.

Please avoid this company

On the 29th of February I was supposed to go from Saalbach to Munich with a carrier that I found through Get Transfer. Unfortunately the carrier that had agreed to handle the transfer from Saalbach to Munich had to cancel and Get Transfer arranged for a new carrier. However the new carrier could not perform the transfer at the same price so I had to pay extra 63 EUR for the transfer. This happened 2 hours before the transfer should take place. As I did not have any other option I agreed to pay the extra 63 EUR.\nBut this is just the beginning. The carrier met us at the hotel as agreed and the trip from Saalbach to Munich began. After a while of driving the car started to act strange and in Siegsdorf the driver stopped the car and decided to call us a taxi. I tried to get information from Get Transfer on who was liable for paying for the taxi. Nobody answered when I tried to call them and I got no reply to my e-mails. So we had to pay for the taxi out of our own pocket, 180 EUR. But on the way an employee of Get Transfer called back and told me that we would have to pay for the taxi ourselves but the payment for the transfer would be refunded. I was not happy about this as I could not get this information before the taxi ride began. But at least I was promised that the payment for the transfer would be refunded.\nBut this all changed in the next few days when I tried to get my refund. At first there was little response but in a few days I got the information that the taxi ride would be refunded but not the transfer by the carrier on behalf of Get Transfer. So instead of getting a refund of 350 EUR I will get a refund of 180 EUR. To me it is unacceptable to promise a refund of 350 EUR and than change it on later and offer a refund of 180 EUR. Get Transfer now states that I should get the rest of the refund from the carrier him self as they are only a information company. I have very little information about the carrier as the only information in the contract between me, Get Transfer and the carrier is a phone number and an e-mail. Therefore if the carrier does not answer the phone calls or e-mails it is very hard for me to take any legal action against the carrier. Therefore the my legal actions have to be taken against Get Transfer.\nAccording to a lawyer I have contacted with this matter, Get Transfer, as an intermediate for the payment, is liable to refund the payment for the transfer to me as the service was not provided but not pass the payment on to the carrier. So if any other customers have the same experience they should have this in mind.

Getrransfer.com is Pandemic. Avoid !\n\nGetTransfer is not trust worthy. They take money in advance and do not take responsibility of service. They cheats customer. Their response to customer concern is pathetic. .\n\nGetTransfer.com is a Pandemic and ready to infect you. Do it at your own health, travel risk.

Заказанный трансфер не приехал в аэропорт Канкун! \nПрождали 1-30 мин , водитель написал что он перепутал время \nНочью!!!!!\nМесяц переписок с геттрансфер и они сообщили, что деньги вернут , но прошло 3 месяца денег нет, звонишь на горячую линию на заднем фоне кто- то хихикает, я ещё хуже сервиса не видела , в итоге деньги я так и не получила, если есть советь у руководства ответьте Я напишу номер обращения , и верните деньги. \n\nПрошло 4 дня. Ничего нового с момента написания отзыва - говорят, что деньги отправили \nСоздают какие то запросы, скидывают номера платежей своих каких-то , но ДЕНЕГ я НЕ Получила \nПрошу скинуть платежку - никто ничего не скидывает \n\nЭти люди реально мошенники

This company\u0027s attitude to customer service is shambolic. Avoid at all costs. They simply will not refund me my money via PayPal which was the method of payment, this is merely a case of them logging on and processing the refund. I\u0027ve requested they expedite the refund and the only response is \u0022please wait, it will be done, 30days etc etc\u0022. \n\nCompany is a mess.
