Unternehmen entzieht sich der Verantwortung und ist nicht greifbar.\n\nHatten einen Transfer für 9 Pers. in Dubrovnik in einem Großraumtaxi gebucht. Abholung vom Flughafen hat gut geklappt, allerdings in zwei Fahrzeugen.\n\nDen Rücktransport zum Flughafen wollten wir 2 Stunden nach hinten verlegen und haben angefragt, ob das möglich ist. Das Taxiunternehmen teilte uns mit, dass das nicht möglich sei und hat kurze Zeit später die Abholung von sich aus storniert. Die Erstattung würden wir von Gettransfer bekommen. Alles per Whatsapp und Email dokumentiert.\n\nZur ursprünglich gebuchten Zeit war dann auch niemand da, um uns abzuholen. \n\nDer Transport mit einem anderen Taxiunternehmen war letztendlich auch noch viel billiger.\n\nMeine Anfrage wurde an das Quality Department weitergeleitet und seit dem warte ich auf eine Antwort.

Très bonne expérience a l\u0027aéroport de Bangkok et aéroport de Phuket. Tout c\u0027est très bien passé, taxi a l\u0027heure. Pour la Thaïlande, je conseille vivement. Même avec le problème de la langue, avec Wat SAP et photo on arrive a se retrouver. A conseiller vivement.

Pésima experiencia\nContraté un servicio de transfer ida (7 febrero Orly/Paris) vuelta el 9 (Paris/Orly) \nEl chófer del servicio de transfer contratado (que tenía que tener su cartel con mi nombre) no apareció por el aeropuerto (en la zona de meeting point donde sí estaban un montón de chóferes de otras compañia con sus carteles). LLamé 2 veces a su móvil; también llamé a GetTransfer... pero no hubo manera. Al final tuve que coger un taxi del aeropuerto de Orly a Paris.\n\nPero lo peor estaba por llegar. tras poner la correspondiente queja y documentar el problema, GetTransfer dice que lo siente mucho pero que no devuelve el dinero.\nNunca mais¡\nDespués de publicar esta reseña, veo que GetTransfer ha contestado....bueno más que alguien de GetTransfer es el típico mensaje automático para que parezca que van a hacer algo. No es verdad. Ya me comunicaron ayer que \u0022lo sentían mucho...pero que nada de devolver el dinero por un servicio que nunca dieron\u0022. No voy a perder ni un segundo más con esta ¿compañía?. Solo si tienen algo de vergüenza y devuelven el importe, lo publicaré aquí. En caso contrario, significará que no devolvieron el dinero

We booked a taxi driver from Abu Dhabi to Dubai. The taxi driver was 45 minutes too late and he didn\u0027t come in to find us as we settled. The company told us he were already there, but he wasnt. As he came we needed to search for him and his car self. On the way from Abh Dhabi to Dubai he stopped for 20 minutes to refuel gasoline, went on toilet and the more he was all the time on his phone while driving. At least he heart some horrible music during the drive. Never again, I cant recommend this company.

I am with everyone else when I say DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Booked a transport for myself and 4 young children to travel from Naval Base in Japan to the airport. Their website advertises pick up ON THE BASE at a certain location. I confirmed everything, even that the pickup was ON BASE and access is always an issue. I was assured that the pickup would be no issue. Well, we go to the location and start to receive text messages, emails and phone calls that the driver CANNOT get on the base and I need to call to grant them access. What was I going to get done over the phone with base security. This went back and forth for 45 minutes before security sent a taxi to pick us all up and take us to the gate. Keep in mind the taxis are only supposed to fit 4 people. Once we got into the van, I told the driver We needed the international terminal and he dropped us off at the domestic. I had never been to that airport so I had no clue what terminal we were at. We then had to load everything up on ANOTHER shuttle to get to the correct terminal. I emailed this company as soon as we got settled into the airport and I am STILL waiting on my refund, and I flew back on 1/9. Absolutely ridiculous and I wish I would have read these reviews first. I hired this company to have a stress-free travel experience for myself and my small children while we visited my deployed husband. I will now be disputing this with my bank and hoping the block this merchant from being used again at their bank.

Booked 4 months in advance for a transfer from Geneva for my family. 3 weeks before my flight they email to cancel it. Find another one on their website, go to book it and that’s cancelled too.\nNow trying to get my money back €260, told it would be 5-7 days, 9 days later told it will be 15 days.\nCrocks, would not advise you to use or trust this company.

Recogida en el aeropuerto de Estambul para ir al hotel. El chofer llega tarde, coche sin navegador, se pierde, no habla ni una palabra de inglés. Dando vueltas por Estambul de noche, más de dos horas. Al final debemos encender nuestros móbiles con el dinero que ello nos cuesta, para mostrarle el camino y conseguir que llame al hotel desde donde le indican como llegar. Traslado del hotel al Aeropuerto tres dias después. El chofer llama por teléfono, manda mensajes, escribe, todo sin atender la carretera. Aun quiere parar para vendernos unos Kebaps, suponemos que de algun pariente suyo. Al coger la autopista, no pasa de 50 qmts. hora. Por el retrovisor interior vemos que va dando cabezadas y se duerme. Volantazos. No sabemos si gritar para mantenerlo despierto. Trayecto horroroso y de pánico. No solo no lo recomendamos sino que rogamos encarecidamente que les retiren la licencia por INEPTOS, IGNORANTES Y PONER EN PELIGRO LA VIDA DE LOS VIAJEROS!!!!

The whorst experience. Do not use!I make reservation and my flight was canceled. So I contact driver and he told me that is not possible to wait me at new time. So I cintact gettransfer and they told me that is not posibile to arange for me new driver.I contact them 5h before i should arive at Munich airport.Also they say that is not posible to return me many.So if you dont wanna to trow your many dont use them.

Update \nSee there response- they have not solved the matter. More lies and deceit of the public. I have. Called 4 times since this response and no one gas called back despite assurances. Do the decent thing and jake the compensation payment that you have committed to. \nM doyle\n\nRef 5965189 - appalling bad company to deal with\nThis is the worst company i have ever dealt with. When you call the help line they keep hanging up. They wont pass you through to the department that is handling the refund and compensation and keep telling me they will mail. When i went through trust pilot they offered increased compensation from £20 to £75. Still leaving me short the £150 extra it cost me because of being left with no car twice in the same day. I accepted this 3 weeks ago and still nothing happens, they don’t read my mails, just keep ignoring thinking i will go away. It is appalling behavior for a service company. Please do not use this company , you will be defrauded and will have plenty frustration and cost trying to resolve.
