Comunicazione PESSIMA e servizio assente!!! ho prenotato un trasferimento il 17 dicembre, ho regolarmente pagato, purtroppo dopo oltre mezz\u0027ora di attesa il driver non si è presentato, l\u0027ho contattato telefonicamente e mi ha detto che non poteva venire e di chiedere il rimborso. oltre il disagio e il ritardo, ho dovuto pagare un taxi, NON HO ANCORA RICEVUTO IL RIMBORSO. (Varie chiamate e mail non andate a buon fine) STO ANCORA ASPETTANDO che qualcuno risponda perlomeno alla mia mail e che mi riaccreditino i soldi sulla carta. MAI PIU!!!!!

Zero star if I could :-(

I booked a late night transfer from Zurich airport to Chatel in France with Gettransfer.com as they seemed to offer the most reasonable pricing out of the the various transfer companies that I contacted.\n\nAfter booking, I checked the reviews here and was extremely nervous about getting stranded in Zurich airport overnight. Fortunately, I need not have worried, my driver was on time and was waiting for me in arrivals. The car was as described, an Audi A5 Sportback with plenty of legroom, refreshments and internet.The driver worked with me to find the destination as I did not have the precise address and I was dropped right to the front door. I couldn\u0027t have been happier with the service I received.\n\nI don\u0027t normally write reviews but felt it was only fair to provide details of my positive experience when it seems as though so many people have had negative experiences.

Première expérience avec cette société de transfert pour un transfert Porto Aéroport - centre ville au Portugal. \nExpérience très négative puisque le chauffeur ne s\u0027est pas présenté à l \u0027 aéroport et après 40 mn d\u0027 attente pour cause de recherche de solution dixit \u0027Get transfert support téléphonique\u0027 nous avons du prendre le taxi.\nPar contre ils ont bien encaissé le montant de la course et j\u0027 attend toujours le remboursement promis.\nMarc

Prestation lamentable et non respectée\nAvis sur Gettransfer\nNous sommes extrêmement déçus du comportement du transporteur qui représente cette entreprise, de son langage grossier et injurieux, des incidents de panne et de non conformité du véhicule prévu =\u003e Mercedes Class C prévue et remplacée par un très très vieux Mercedes VITO dont tous les voyants se sont allumés au fil du trajet, puis de la panne de ce dernier à quelques kilomètres de lieu d\u0027arrivée, du trajet retour qui n\u0027a jamais été honoré. Et aujourd\u0027hui nous avons l\u0027impression qu\u0027ils cherchent désespérément toutes les failles et/ou excuses possibles pour se désengager de la situation et ne pas rembourser le trajet payé (280€) et non honoré.\nFuyez ce pseudo prestataire ... c\u0027est une escroquerie

GET TRANSFER IS A DANGEROUS FRAUD, THEY JUST WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND YOUR BANK DETAILS. PLEASE BE CAREFUL. MY DRIVER NEVER SHOWED UP, I ALMOST LOST MY FLIGHT. I WAITED FOR 2 HOURS, I CALLED THE DRIVER, NOT A DRIVER, A BIG LIE.\nNEVER TRUST THEM. A FRAUD. A POLICE CASE.\nLETS CALL INTERPOL.

I had a bad experience with GetTransfer.com and when i decided to write this review, I was completely surprised how bad the reviews are about them. I simply wished that i have read them before I had proceeded.\n\nI had to travel to Istanbul with my family, and obviously i was looking for a cost effective way for transport from Airport to Hotel. Based on my internet research, I choose them as they were matching my budget. My flight scheduled to land at 4:20PM, and I have scheduled the trip at 5:20PM, to give enough room for airport clearance.Based on the help chat, the customer support confirmed that driver will wait for one hour, with sign board for one hour. based on this calculation, the driver has the full right to leave at 6;20PM if I will not show. I have agreed, booked, made advance payment and confirmed my payment. \nOn the travel day, my flight went smooth without any delay, and we cleared out the airport at 5;00PM. To be fair enough, we went to the coffee shop, and made my family rest, expecting the driver should come at 5:20PM. We waited till 6:30PM, i was continuously checking at the arrival meeting point: No Driver, no sign, and moreover all local pickup companies informed me that gettransfer.com are not trustful, which i have refused to accept, until it happened to me. After loosing hope, we opted to take a local taxi from the airport which ended up the same cost as \u0022the offer\u0022 from GetTransfer. \nWe reached the hotel, and logged to the wifi, natural attitude for an international traveller, and a whatsapp message from the driver popup stating: \u0022once you land send me a message so i can tell you where to meet.\u0022 \nSeriously !!!! Send me a whatsapp message for an international traveller landing in new country, and you expect me to have internet connection !!! and what? where to meet? our agreement mentioned that you will be waiting for me at arrival meeting meeting (like all others pickup companies) and my name on board.\nI have filed a complained with gettransfer.com support with the whatsapp communication, and i found out that their support center is even worse than their drivers/providers. I have been forwarded to 3 different agents and, everytime, i have to send same screenshots and communications. Nevertheless, the final judgement came and gettransfer.com sent me that the driver/provider has submitted all proofs that he was waiting for me for me than an hour. I believe he must be invisible, because i was there for one hour and thirty minutes and i was not able to see him.

After learning of delays to my flight well ahead of my booking time, I contacted my driver who stated he would only be able to wait for an hour at Stansted as he had another pickup at Gatwick and the service only allows for delays of up to an hour. We discussed cancelling the trip but the option wasn’t available to me less than 48 hours ahead of my booking request and the driver told me unfortunately he was not able to cancel from his side so I should contact GetTransfer.\n\nI tried calling - no answer. Used their online chat and they basically told me there was nothing they could do. No offer to organise a replacement driver or anything of the sort even though they work with a number of different carriers. I told my driver of their response and said not to worry about coming but he told me he had to make the journey anyway or else he’d be penalised by GetTransfer. \n\nI now learn that their user agreement allows for drivers to cancel the request - why was I not informed of this by the support team and knowing full well that both I and my driver wanted to cancel the request so he didn’t go all the way to Stansted for no reason, why didn’t GetTransfer just action the request themselves? Instead they just told me to email support who obviously didn’t get back to me immediately.\n\nAs a result, my driver wasted his time and money coming to Stansted for a transfer we both knew he couldn’t fulfil and I was left stranded at Stansted at midnight after public transport has stopped with no way back to my home. Not to mention the £85 I’d paid for absolutely zero reason and the worst customer service imaginable.\n\nDo not use this company. They are incompetent and negligent at best, completely fraudulent at worst.

Не советую Вам люди ету компанию особенно если отправляетесь где где-то с детьми.Начну с того что с семьёй я,муж и двое маленьких детей 4 года и 7 лет заказали транспорт Анталия -Белек день до отъезда в Анталию на вечер чтобы вернуться обратно в отель. Утром уехали в Анталию с трансфером так же от Gettransfer.com и все было отлично. Водитель приехал вовремя, нас отвёз до указанного места и все было супер. Но к сожалению вечером у нас было большое разочарование, когда другой водитель не приехал нас забрать в указанное место. День до этого мы с ним переписывались и он сказал что обязательно будет. Но увы... я понимаю может быть разные случаи но если есть номер телефона можно ведь просто написать и предупредить что не приедет так как было указано что мы едем с маленькими детьми. Дети были очень уставшими,хотели обратно в отель ,было уже темно. Так как ещё заплатили не маленькие деньги за трансфер который в конце концов просто пропал без возврата денег так ещё и с детьми больше часа искали такси который нас отвёз обратно. Заплатили в двое больше + стресс так как первый раз в Турции,незнакомые нам места.. все было просто ужасно.
