Contraté un traslado de ida y vuelta en el aeropuerto de Paris Charles de Gaulle con destino al hotel novotel paris .\nCuando llegamos a la hora concertada no estaban...llamamos y escribimos a todos los teléfonos y nada...con un wasap operador +380675380714 durante dos horas diciéndonos que estaba hay,,,,que estaba en caravana...que se había roto el coche....mil mentiras!!!! Aparece dos horas más tardes una furgoneta sucia,con un olor a perro mortal ...yo tenía contratado un Mercedes con bebidas wifi y etc...me quejé y que no entendía..(me picaron pulgas)..para la vuelta NadiE me contesto y tuve que cojer un taxi,e puesto una reclamación #3309964 para la devolución de mi dinero espero que Paypal me lo solucione.Nunca más usare este transporte

Ho effettuato una prenotazione dall’aereoporto di Istanbul all’hotel zona Taksim, l’autista ha guidato pessimamente per tutto il tragitto, l’auto non aveva niente di ciò che prometteva. Queste sono le note “positive”. Dopo esser stato scaricato al volo, nella fretta dimentico il giubbotto nell’auto, contatto immediatamente l’autista e il suo responsabile, i quali in un primo momento mi riferiscono che al primo trasferimento in zona avrei riavuto il giubbotto. Passate 6/7 ore mi preoccupo e li ricontatto, mi minacciano dicendomi “se vuoi indietro il tuo giubbotto dovrai pagare 30€” un vero e proprio ricatto, volevo chiamare la polizia ma ero stanco e all’interno del giubbotto avevo i miei documenti oltre che alle chiavi di casa. Ho contattato il servizio clienti il quale mi hanno risposto “purtroppo per riportarle la giacca l’autista ha sostenuto delle spese”...vergognoso!!!! Un furto

I ordered a taxi to collect my elderly mum and aunt paid for it, they didn\u0027t turn up, I received an email from the driver after he should have picked them up from the theatre to say his car was broken! I contacted Go Transfer the next day and they said they would refund my payment in 5 working days, that was over two weeks ago and I still haven\u0027t received anything.\n\nDo not use this company, they are not trustworthy.

DO NOT USE. My warning to other unsuspecting citizens

DO NOT USE. I booked on gettransfer.com for a pickup to the airport in a remote part of Italy. My pregnant wife and I showed up in the spot we were expecting to get picked up. Nobody shows up, we\u0027re frantically calling them and they reach out to say the driver can\u0027t make it. Mind you this is after the pickup time and now we\u0027re stressing about missing our flight. The lovely customer service rep says sorry we can\u0027t help you arrange for new transportation even though the original one never showed up. Great customer service. We receive an email over 2 hours after our scheduled pickup time from the driver saying he can\u0027t pick us up. Turns out that we already knew that because we were still standing there, in the rain, in the same spot and already missed our flight.\n\nGettransfer refused to help us and had no backup plan in case of accidents/emergencies. They didn\u0027t even notify us in a timely fashion when we could have made other arrangements. \n\nWe ended up paying out of pocket for a flight the next day, paid for a taxi to a hotel near the airport, paid for a hotel stay, all the while completely stressed out. \n\nWhen we submitted evidence so we can recoup our costs, they only refunded the original booking, leaving us short about ~$1,400. In the end, they said, \u0022The Company [gettransfer] shall not be liable for any damages, liability or losses arising out of the User’s (me) use of or reliance on the Service.\u0022 Basically, we aren\u0027t responsible for the service we provide. Think of any other \u0022platform\u0022 company and try to imagine that same response from amazon, uber, lyft or airbnb. We will be pursuing legal action against them.

Do not use this company. I booked a 15 seater minibus from Get Transfer in October 2018 from Granada Airport to Mijas in the Costa Del Sol area for August 2019, so plenty of notice. About a week before I was due to travel I decided to phone up to pay the balance over the phone as I did not want to carry 650 Euros in my pocket. I was told by Get transfer that my minibus was now NOT available. To be told this a week before I was due to travel ruined what was due to be a family holiday, keep in mind we 5 children and 1 baby in the party. The service I received from Get transfer was totally unacceptable they also cost me an extra £1000 to get taxis for my party. My advise would be to use a trusted company, I have never been treated so badly in all my life -DISGUSTING SERVICE

My advice better pay more a real transfer then chose GetTransfer!!!\n\nAll was well till they delayed our pick up with 2 hours.\nthen we didn\u0027t catch the flight\nand we had to pay 1500 euro for the next flight and we didn\u0027t get any compensation from them.\n\nbellow is their unprofessional and hilarious answer:\n\nDear Vlad, \n\nPlease, note that that we are informational platform, which functions in the same manner as booking.com, airbnb and others. We publish the traveler\u0027s requests on our website for all the local carriers to see. For the more detailed information, refer to our User Agreement. \n\nKind regards, \nAlexandra\n\nHello Get Transfer\u0027\n\nAs a matter a fact I did want to take a taxi but on the phone Get Transfer was saying that the car will come in 15 min and we end up to 2 hours delay so was lie to us. At the end we asked the company for compensation and they told us is not possible to make us any compensation because they don\u0027t care about delays.

Elendig firma, styr unna!!\n.\nAvtalen var transfer fra Antalya flyplass til Side og retur, der all info var oppført ved bestillingen på deres egen nettside med dato, klokkeslett, flightnummer, navn etc.etc. og at de skulle stå klar med navneskilt ved ankomst!\nDe møtte ikke opp på flyplassen ved ankomst, vi ga dem litt tid, men ringte dem etter ca 20 minutter leting og venting, og etter dårlig engelsk kunnskaper på sjåfør kom det fram at han kom snart, det gikk nye 15 minutter før de dukket opp!\nBestilling var en Mercedes Vito 2018 mod. svart minivan, det som dukket opp var en 13 seters sliten hvit buss.\nSamme moro på retur, men klok av skade, dobbeltsjekket jeg pr. Mail om hentetidspunkt, takeoff tidspunkt på flyet vårt var 14.45 og all info var gitt som sist.\nDe presterer da å svare at de henter kl 14.45???\nhvordan er det mulig???? et transferselskap som har som eneste oppgave å hente og bringe, klarer ikke å lese eller beregne noe som helst!!! kjøretid på 1 time + eventuell trafikk? + 2 timers oppmøte før takeoff som er vanlig standard\nmåtte altså jeg fortelle dem!? og de klarte selvfølgelig å komme 10 minutter for sent uansett, men det gikk greit for jeg hadde lagt til 15 minutter ekstra! men elendig og aggresiv kjøring, med nødbremsing så det hylte i dekkene, tuting og filbytte laaaangt utover normalen selv for Tyrkia å være!\nFrarådes på det sterkeste å benytte dette firmaet!

Это полный отстой,ложь выжигание нервов.Из 3 дней в Париже с женой,они умудрились не прислать машины в 2 случаях и из 2.Потеря времени,такси,звонки им.Все бесполезно.И уже 2 недели враньё и замкнутый круг переписки по возврату денег.И это при том,что заказывал и оплачивал S-class!Даже ситроена не прислали,скоты!Не дай бог никому.

GetTransfer is unreliable and you can\u0027t depend on it. Do not use this service.\n\nI made a purchase (Transfer request # 4764813) for a transfer from the City of Milan to Malpensa airport. GetTranser charged my American Express credit card on the same day of the purchase. However, the driver did not show up on the scheduled date and time. After waiting for 10 minutes, calling Get Transfer customer service line and the driver twice with no answer, I had to find an Uber or a taxi in a panic and pay an additional Euro 60 to get to the airport. We could have missed the flight and lost thousands of Euros. \n\nI called the driver the next day and he said that he had another job. Basically, he was not in an accident, he was not sick and he did not have an emergency to prevent him from showing up. GetTransfer and or the driver could have simply notified me in avance that the arrangement was cancelled and I would have made other arrangements. So no customer service either.

Received an email as I was about to board my flight explaining the driver\u0027s car had broken down but they arranged a different one for me and I did not need to do anything. Landed and I had several messages from the driver asking me where pick up was. I replied and he said he was in the centre of Athens and was not coming to the airport. He said I didn\u0027t ask to be picked up from the airport and I had made a mistake. He said he was just a driver Called the office to be told to get a taxi and they would pay me back. I had no choice but to pay for a taxi. After several emails they are still insisting it was my error. Absolutely ridiculous and I will not be using them ever again. I have all emails and screenshots of my conversation and will be taking it further. I don\u0027t hold much hope though going from my experience so far!
