Wir hatten 2 mal gebucht,\nDas erste Mal kam der Fahrer nicht zur gemachten Uhrzeit. \nBei der zweiten Buchung kam nicht das gewünschte Fahrzeug und wurde aber als teures berechnet.\nDas ist nicht das man von einer Firma erwartet.

Dégoûtée, il y a eu erreur dans la date aujourd’hui 8 janvier j’aurai dû avoir mon taxi et voilà qu’il est commandé pour le 8 février 2020 donc j’appelle on me dit d’envoyer un mail car elle ne comprend pas le français. Et bingo on me dit pas possible aujourd’hui et comme le mail a été envoyé moins de 48 heures avant donc je ne vais pas être remboursée. La rage quoi ils se trompent de mois et même à un mois d’avance je ne vais pas être remboursée de 135 euros parsq j’ai envoyé un mail ouf avoir une solution ( a aucun moment j’ai demandé de changer l’heure comme ils disent ) . \nLa rage quoi

We were cheated by this company. I will explain our experience. \n\nThe meeting hour was 17,30. we were waiting from 17,20 at the hotel and the driver never appeared and never call us. \n\nAt 18h we were worried because the driver was really late, so we started to call him, this telephone conversation was really difficult because he only spoke italian and we tried in english, spanish (it is similar to italian and we had communicated with this language in Rome with italian people). Also we sent him messages (whatsapp) for better understanding, he never answered our messages. We understood that he were in a way, we understood that he will arrive about 20 minutes, so we decided to wait for him until 18.30h. We understood that there were a lot of traffic... so we decided to wait as he said. \n\nAt 18.30h he didn´t appear, we were too late in that moment to the airport (one hour late, you can imagine) so we asked one woman who can speak some spanish and Italian to speak with the driver through our phone. So we called him again with the Italian woman and then she explained that the driver said that he had arrived at 17,30h and he didn´t see anyone, and his solution was that we have to take a taxi. It is not true because as I said before we were from 17,20 waiting, we were 5 adults with the bags and the street is very small so it is really imposible to come and not see us. \n\nSo, we were on the street without driver, without any call from him ONE HOUR LATE, and then the only solution was to pay a taxi to the airport. \n\nThis is our experience, it is better to pay a taxi in the moment instead of gettransfer. \n\nI would like to get some my money back, I had paid go and return to the airport and we only have one service. We had paid twice because we had to pay a taxi to the airport because of your bad service. \n\nThe information about the car that we have in our voucher were wrong. This is not a good experience either because we can´t trust your information, you said in your web \u0022safety driver You always know your carrier, all carriers are carefully selected\u0022 and at the end we get a different car...\n\nNever recommend this service...

First I was informed that the original driver couldn\u0027t make it, but they would it send another or give me a refund. I chose the replacement, but he never showed up, which is very unfortunate when you have a plane to catch. I\u0027ve asked for a refund for 6 days now and haven\u0027t heard a word from them. You can\u0027t trust them so stay away.

Ho prenotato un transfer, annullato e chiesto il rimborso perché l\u0027autista non aveva i requisiti. (niente licenza ncc) ho contattato gettransfer, e come risposta mi viene chiesto come ho scoperto che il driver non era autorizzato, insisteva nel dire che ogni driver ha i documenti in regola…..allora ho inviato il file dei dati dell\u0027auto (USO PROPRIO)\nQuando non ha più avuto altre argomentazioni mi ha scritto (Sabato, 04 Gennaio 2020, 04:52PM +01:00 da A---------\n a.-------chiocciolagettransfer.com:\n\nDear Passenger,\n\nPlease be advised, that the driver could be self employed. Ci sono tanti autisti in regola che fanno il prezzo adeguato alla corsa, e altri che non pagando le tasse possono fare prezzi inferiori. Kreeg op de luchthaven netjes een appje van de chauffeur. Hij stond keurig op tijd te wachten. \nZelfs nog 2 flesjes water aanwezig in de taxi. \nIk heb alweer geboekt.

Helaas 1x gebruikt en meteen een slechte ervaring waardoor ik GetTransfer.com nooit meer ga gebruiken en dus ook niet adviseer.\n\nOfferte aanvraag gedaan voor transfer Innsbruck Airport - Gerlos - Innsbruck Airport.\nHet beste voorstel geaccepteerd én betaald!\nDaarna mail gestuurd rechtstreeks naar het taxibedrijf omdat het aantal personen wijzigde van 2 naar 3 personen. Helaas geen reactie....\n\nToen contact gezocht met het hoofdkantoor van GetTransfer.com in Engeland. Ik kreeg feedback terug dat de vervoerder een fout had gemaakt met de offerte en de ritten niet voor het opgegeven/betaalde bedrag kon doen en of ik bereid was bij te betalen en zo niet ik een refund kon krijgen.\nIk heb aangegeven dat ik het hier niet mee eens was maar kreeg feedback dat de rit dan niet kon plaatsvinden....\nToen gevraagd wat dan de extra kosten zouden zijn. Weer paar dagen wachten maar geen reactie...\n\nZelf weer een mail gestuurd en toen kreeg ik feedback dat de vervoerder de ritten niet kon uitvoeren en of ze naar een andere taxi voor me moesten gaan zoeken? Toen was ik er klaar mee. Nooit het extra bedrag ontvangen en vertrouwen in een ander lid van dit bedrijf heb ik ook niet meer dus ik heb teruggave van mijn geld gevraagd. Dit zou ik tussen 7-10 dagen moeten ontvangen. \nAls ik het geld niet terug ontvang ga ik mijn bank vragen het geld terug te storten omdat de betaalde service niet wordt geleverd!

Nous avions réserver un taxi pour un transfert de l\u0027aéroport de Vienne au centre ville. On nous a laissé attendre 1heure dans le froid avant de finir, et après moultes échanges de sms et modifications d\u0027identité du taxi, par venir nous prendre en charge sans même la moindre excuse...Efficace et professionnel en somme.

I would highly recommend the company.

I would highly recommend the company. They are reliable and efficient. I had an early flight and booked the car at night, a few hours before it . The driver was on time, even a bit earlier.

I made a reservation on the 1-st of January 2020, after trying other ways to find a cab to pick me up from the hotel in Bergamo for the airport at 4:45 in the morning. On the 1-st of January the public transportation is not operating in Italy and making reservation for cabs is not possible. The only way to reach to the airport was this site. I booked before reading the revues. I usually get informed before booking on-line. This time it was better that I didn\u0027t read the revues!\nSo, my experience was a 5 stars one! \nI believe that it depends on the carrier. In my case it was a company that operates in Lombardy. And it was ok,\nI\u0027d suggest you, when booking, to verify the carrier and to see if it is reliable. GetTransfer.com has no fault. It operates as same as Booking.com or e-sky.com.
