benutzt NIEMALS GetTranster!\nIch habe auf meinen Fahrer über 2 Stunden gewartet, dieser kam nicht. Dann musste ich vor Ort ein viel teureres Taxi nehmen.\nDas Geld für die ursprüngliche Fahrt von GetTransfer habe ich heute (nach 3 Wochen) immer noch nicht zurückerstattet und glaube kaum, dass ich es noch erhalte, trotz ewigem Schriftverkehr mit dem Kundenservice!\nFinger weg!!

Used GetTransfer twice in Singapore with no issues at all. Drivers very professional, punctual etc\n\nHowever in Thailand a completely different story. First driver didn’t turn up and despite numerous messages and phone calls ended up having to get Grab after waiting over 30 mins for GetTransfer driver even though I did not arrive earlier than expected \n\nHad a further booking in Thailand to get us from Don Mueang to Suvanbharni with tight time restraints. Despite supplying my flight details and entering arrivals within a minute or two of anticipated time, there was no driver to be seen\n\nWaited 10 mins but then again had to use Grab as couldn’t wait any longer\n\nWaiting for a refund for both Thailand bookings despite first booking being ten days ago\n\nUpdate: Further email sent to feedback@gettransfer as requested, although reply suggests I will be waiting a while yet for resolution. Disappointing, how long does it take to sort a simple complaint particularly when they have the facts and there is literally no reason for me to not have taken the transfer (had the drivers turned up) \n\nHave changed rating to one star as Customer service is very slow \n\nReally disappointing thus far particularly after superb service in Singapore

Booked return airport transfers months In advance and got a great price! It wasn’t until I paid and got the confirmation through that I noticed that the pick up times were the same as the flight times so I emailed get transfers and they replied that I should contact the carrier so I did all was well and I thought sorted with an earlier pick up time for the return journey and low and behold they didn’t appear so I phoned them up an said no the pick up time he had was the original time (remember the time of our flight) and he was unable to come as he didn’t have the vehicle. So we ended up getting 3 taxis for our party back to the airport costing €250 but it looks very unlikely that I will get any refund from get transfers as they are now saying I should have made the changes through them!! But because I’d made the changes through the carrier (remember that’s what they told me todo) I won’t be getting a refund

Contraté el servicio de transfer de Bruselas a Gante, pago el servicio con visa y no vinieron a recogernos. Nos ponemos en contacto con el transportista y nos dice que cojamos un taxi porque el conductor ha tenido un accidente. Le enviamos la pero no contesta. Contacto por email con Gettransfer y se le envía factura el taxi, el chat mantenido con el transportista, de momento silencio. Ojo es una verdadera estafa!!!

I used GetTransfer for my ride to the airport in Paris. The driver came about 10 minutes late but notified me of that, which was appreciated. He was a good driver and got us to the airport safely. Unfortunately I accidentally left my phone in his car, but messaged him to say so and he kindly offered to bring it back to the airport but not until the afternoon. I asked that he send it to me in Canada and mentioned that I would pay for it. I didn\u0027t hear from him for a while, despite several emails to him. Finally he told me that he was busy but that he would send my phone if I paid 50 euros t cover shipping. It has been a few days and I have not heard from him after sending the money. I also emailed the company but have not heard back as yet. I will update this post should things turn out favourably. Fingers crossed but maybe I\u0027m too trusting.

We booked and paid in advance for a return service from Dubrovnik airport to our hotel 2 hours away. the driver was there when we landed and we felt relieved. The trouble was on the return. I received a message the day before to advise that our driver had refused to collect us so i called the office and spoke to Olga who was rude and unhelpful advising that she had been trying to get hold of me for 8 days. Pfft what a joke as our holiday was only for 7 days and when I told her I wanted a replacement she advised that it was upto me to find and not her. I got angry and advised they had received the money in full and I needed a replacement. She then went on to say she could only TRY and help if I emailed her in which I said there was a storm at the area I was and the wifi signal was not very good so accept my verbal agreement I wanted a replacement driver to the airport. She said no only an email. I asked the Hotel Faraon in Trpanj Croatia to send an email on my behalf. They finally got hold of me the morning I was due to be collected at 6pm to advise that they had found a driver yet I had to pay an additonal 20 Euros. What a joke as I had already paid in full months prior. Anyway the driver collected us 45 mins late but was very nice and explained that he had only got the call at 10am on the day we were due to be collected.\nI think its disgusting that they take your money yet do not want to assist. I was travelling with 2 x teenagers and it was distressing I dread to think how other families have coped. I would NEVER recommend these to anyone. I will be taking this further.\nAs others have described - THEY ARE A JOKE AND A CON!

Horrible service and No accountability. Booked a BMW and got a Daihatsu. The CS says that they are only a booking platform and do not take any responsibility of what car the vendor actually brings.

I booked an airport transfer with Get Transfers and, because my flight was 2 hours delayed, the driver messaged to say he couldn\u0027t wait but I won\u0027t get a refund!! So had to get a taxi when I landed and Get Transfers won\u0027t refund my €116!!!!! Totally livid, an abaolutely ridiculous experience given it was an airport transfer and this sort of thing must happen all the time and you can monitor flight so they would have known how late we would be. Daylight robbery just not turning up and also not refunding money. DON\u0027T USE THEM!

This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM for those you will work with them, took more that 50% of a transfer witch was nothing of what i agreed too. Also makes dumping in the price of transfers for you to lower the prices with no profit at all, you take all the expenses and they keep all the money with no effort.
