Ho prenotato un transfer da centro di Madrid per l\u0027aeroporto ed ho atteso l\u0027auto che non è mai arrivata... Ho provato diverse volte a chiamare anche al transferista assegnato, ma nessuno ha risposto, nonostante la sera prima mi avessero confermato il tutto. Dopo 20 min di attesa ho fatto chiamare un altro transfer dall\u0027hotel (che ri sentito mi ha confermato che il transfer di gettransfer non è mai arrivato). Ho contattato il servizio clienti per chiedere il rimborso e mi hanno risposto che stavano raccogliendo le info sul caso e sto ancora aspettando il rimborso. Per fortuna non eravamo molto stretti con i tempi e l\u0027altro transfer è arrivato subito, ma se avessi perso il volo???

We booked a transfer from Bursa to Sabiha airport. Driver did not turn up. Called him a million times and he did not answer. We booked him for 4pm. By the time 4:45pm came around we had to leave or we would miss our flight. We paid double the price for a last minute taxi. Stay away from this company. They have no shame.

Компания которая только берет деньги, а сервис предоставлять никто не собирается. Не пользуйтксь их услугами. \nМы туристическая компания которая, часто заказываем трансферы в разных странах. В этом месяце заказали 5 трансферов в компании GetTransfr. \nПроблемы начались уже на первом. Наши клиенты целый час искали водителя в аэропорту города Дубаи, не нашли и уехали на такси. На следующей день, все повторилось с другими клиентами. Хотя в условиях о трансфере было оговорено что водитель встречает с табличкой в зоне прилета. Но это еще не все. Вчера целый день писали в чат, писали на электронную почту о том что нам нужно изменить дату трансфера который должен пройти 18 декабря. Туристы продлили проживание в отеле на 1 день. Выезд с отеля нужно перенести на день позже. Вначале в чат ответели что б мы уточнили дату. Потом долго никто ничего не писал. Потом написали что трансфер перенесен на 18 декабря, хотя мы и заказывали на 18 декабря. А нужно было перенести на 19. И вот вчера когда я в который раз в чате написала о том что они поменяли нам дату. В ответ пришло 1 слово -\u0022нет\u0022. Мы 10 лет работаем в туристическом бизнесе, но такого халатного и хамского отношения к клиентам еще не встречали. Мы заказали услуги и оплатили их заранее. А когда нужна была помощь, никто не собирается помогать.

I used them 3 times to and from Zurich Airport they were always reliable I got almost brand-new cars and prices were all 3 times below the comparable Uber price. At least for Switzerland and the region of Zurich I can absolutely recommend them. Never had issues on the payment all went correct and I just using them again in the next 2 days.

Terrible.\n\nWe booked a return trip and they literally forgot to pick us up for our return to the airport.\nWe were left stranded 45 minutes outside the city with a deadline to catch a flight.\n\nThey only refunded the return portion of the trip they didn\u0027t perform. We had to pay almost double for emergency replacement transport.

This is a pathetic service.

This is a pathetic service.\nCharged me at the time of booking I made.\nI wanted a cab in the next 24 hours. Never sent any details. I called them to cancel it because they said no guarantee can be given. Then they refused to pay back because of company policy of no refunds unless it\u0027s 48 hours prior.\nBeing a tourist this really dug a hole in my pocket as they charge a lot.\nAbsolutely shambles. Don\u0027t ever use it.

This company does not even deserve one star. They use the worst third party companies . Lack Of customer service in so many areas. Would list them all here . but there are too many. Would never use again , would not recommend either. Everyone is best to find another company , even if it’s costs you more , avoid booking with get transfer no matter what you do !!!!!

Muy mal servicio. Contraté un conductor con Numero de reserva 5471552 desde el aeropuerto de Viena el viernes 22 de noviembre para que nos llevase a 6 personas al hotel en el centro. Este conductor llegó media hora tarde desde la hora prevista y de malas formas. Pero lo peor fue la vuelta. El lunes, 25 de noviembre, el conductor tenía que estar a las 10.30 horas en la puerta del hotel y al ver que no llegaba a las 10.35 llamamos a la empresa y nos dicen que pensaba que era para otro día y que llegaría en media hora. El riesgo de perder el avión era alto por esa espera y estuvimos a punto de tener que llamar a un taxi y perder la contratación del conductor con GetTranfer y además abonar el taxi. Al final, tras llamar tres veces a la empresa, apareció un conductor a la media hora. Muy mal. Casi perdemos el vuelo de regreso a España.

Early morning flight. Received confirmation from Get Transfer with drivers details. In the morning, driver didn\u0027t turn up. Messaged and called driver. WhatsApp showed the driver had read the messages but didn\u0027t reply.\n\nIn the end, got a very expensive taxi to the airport so I didn\u0027t miss my flight.\n\nContacted Get Transfer. This is their response:\n\n#5847402\nDear Client,\n\nFirst of all, please accept our apologies for the lack of the service.\nOur carriers are professionals. If such terrible transfers occur, we usually block these carriers and deprive them of their work.\n\nNaturally, I will investigate this case and inform you as soon as possible about your refund status\n\n\n---\n\nSo still waiting for my refund but ofcourse it won\u0027t cover the additional costs of the last minute expensive taxi. \n\nThis service really let me down.
