I booked get transfer .com via internet for my transfer from Newcastle airport to my hotel. They charged immediately I booked the ride, and reconfirmed it via their chat service again and again. They ve sent me several emails to confirm and when I arrived after a 12 hr flight at 2200 pm they dint come to pick me up. When I called the driver\u0027s phone he said he knew nothing then he said he was sick and then it was his day of ..... So they left me there in a deserted airport and they didnt bother to apologize. I had to pay another fare which costed me 70 Gbp cause it was midnight and when I emailed them they only said they d credit my payment which never happened. So nonprofessional and so poor service.\nbooking 5557674

Hace dos semanas contrate servicio en Paris , aeropuerto Orly, nos dijeron que esperamos una hora i vendria el coche.Despues de 2 horas de espera i llamando a la empresa nos comunican que no llegara coche porque el chofer esta al otro lado de Paris.Cuando cancelamos transporte nos llama chofer i se ofrece que nos lleve por 120 euros, mas de lo que me cobraron con Visa 117,30 dos veces!!! Me cobraron dos veces mismo trayecto!I no se presento nadie!! Les llamo para que me devuelven el dinero i dicen en 5-7 dias.Ahora, despues de 2 semanas sin devolver el dinero me dicen que en 30 dias!!!\nESTAFA TOTAL!!!\nSIN TRANSPORTE, SIN DEVOLVER DINERO!!!\nI lo unico que hacen es pedir numero de contrato !!!\nN.5620699

Gjorde en beställning via deras hemsida. Betalningen gick igenom men fick ingen kvittens på beställningen. Kontaktade bolaget men fick bara svar att de inte hade fått någon betalning. Blev hänvisad ett antal gånger till banken. Fick alla uppgifter från banken om betalningen. Trots att jag skickade all information så fick jag bara svaret att de inte fått betalningen. De bad mig då kontakta banken för att dom skulle kräva pengarna tillbaka, vilket ingen bank kan göra. Kommer nog inte att se \u0022röken\u0022 av någon återbetalning. Det har pågått en hel vecka. Så mitt råd är att inte använda detta företag.

Cuidado con contratar está empresa. Nosotros en París, contratamos la ida y la vuelta al aeropuerto con ellos, solicitando un conductor que hablara inglés o castellano. El coste es un 40% mayor a los taxis normales, aunque eso es lo de menos. Antes de llegar a París, un conductor habiendo pagado el trayecto, ya nos canceló el viaje. Tuvimos que llamar a Francia a la central, reclamar y exigir la devolución. Nos facilitaron otro conductor con un descuento del 10% por las molestias. El conductor no sabía donde debía dejarnos, y se perdió. Como llegaba tarde al siguiente servicio empezó a conducir peligrosamente e incluso intento dar marcha atrás en una autopista en una de sus confusiones. Nos dejó a 300 metros del hotel y tuvimos que completar el viaje a pie. En el trayecto de vuelta al hotel, nos vuelven a cancelar el conductor, aunque en esta ocasión la empresa nos facilita los datos de un segundo conductor por email. Finalmente se presenta otro conductor con otro coche cuyos datos no eran los que teníamos. Este conductor se presenta con 20 minutos de retraso. Pone el GPS para ir al aeropuerto, en plena huelga de transportes y lloviendo a mares. Se confunde de camino, aún a pesar del GPS, y nos lleva 15 minutos en dirección contraria al aeropuerto. Intento comunicarme con él pero no habla inglés ni español, con lo que haciendo uso del traductor de Google en pleno trayecto intento comentar con él. Tras dos horas de trayecto en coche, muchas vueltas y carreras por la terminal de Orly, estuvimos a 5 minutos de perder el avión. Toda una grata experiencia para que otros viajen tranquilos con esta empresa. Cuidado con ellos. Yo todavía , estoy a la espera de ver si me devuelven el primer trayecto que el conductor me cancelo. Trés mécontent du service après vente et des clauses abusives de l’entreprise. Je ne suis pas convaincu que ce soit légal qu’on ne puisse pas modifier ou annuler une transaction seulement 24h avant le service. \nFacturer la totalité du coût sans que le service soit effectué ne semble pas suivre les normes européennes.

Do not use GetTransfer.com they are a scam. If you pay up front you will lose your money if their taxi provider fails to turn up. I booked a return transfer for 6 Dec 2019 to Paphos Airport in Cyprus more than 3 weeks in advance and made payment via Paypal. No sign of the taxi with less than 3 hours to go before departure.I was obliged to visit a local taxi office and arrange an alternate taxi at short notice and paid the driver in cash on arrival at Paphos Airport. I posted an adverse comment on the GetTransfer website, lo and behold it was taken down within 2 hours.I now see from Trustpilot what an unscrupulous outfit this company are. They fob you off with emails from their supposed QA team requesting proofs of booking and payment which they already have in their computer system. I expect no refund will be forthcoming so I will make a claim via Paypal and let them fight it out with \u0022GitTransfer\u0022.

The taxi showed up on time at 9am, we texted the night before and all was fine. This is in Benidorm, I know people don’t have the best experiences I think it depends which country you use it in. It’s obviously not the company that supplies all the drivers, the drivers are independent who use the app to get jobs. I paid through PayPal so my payment was safe just incase and I could get it back if anything were to go wrong. Good service thank you.

I had booked (and payed) a taxi for a round trip from Galeao airport to Copacabana Hotel in Rio de Janeiro, on friday 13 Sep. The taxi driver sent me an email at 6 a.m.: I\u0027ll be waiting for you at gate D of international arrivals at 7 a.m.\nThe taxi didn\u0027t come. After one hour waiting for it, i phoned the taxi driver and he told me that his car was broken the day before.\nI had to pay another taxi to go to hotel and the same to go back to the airport.\nI asked to Get Transfer to refund me, but they didn\u0027t. They answered me that they were waiting the response from the responsible manager (Two months ago)
