Lasciare la carta di credito a questi personaggi e\u0027 come voler sfidare la sorte, se ti va bene hai risparmiato qualche euro a scapito di un po\u0027 di patema d\u0027 animo, se ti va male a chi li richiedi indietro? A me personalmente non hanno pagato i viaggi effettuati adducendo delle scuse assurde, cercherò di riaverli tramite avvocato ma.....la vedo dura!!!

Horrendous Service. \ni booked my transfer with GetTransfer months in advance of my trip. At the airport, our driver was awaiting us, and drove us to our location. Yet, his driving was so terrible and it was a terrifying experience as it was very snowy and he was over taking buses and big vehicles on bends and on very small roads. \n\nThen, exactly a week later, when we were due to be collected, i decided to check my emails, as i hadn\u0027t because i was on holidays. At 10:30am, that morning i received an email from the GetTransfer company, saying the driver has cancelled and they were not apologetic at all, when the transfer was due to collect us at 12 noon. Immediately, i called the transfer company and said how this was not acceptable and i wanted a replacement ASAP. They were so incredibly unhelpful, they said \u0022it is not their fault the driver cancelled\u0022 which is ridiculous as the driver is employed by them. They didn\u0027t offer to find a replacement. I demanded to speak to a manager, and even the manager was extremely unhelpful and unapologetic. I told them to call me back as soon as they found a replacement, minutes later they texted me saying they tried their best but quite clearly hadn\u0027t, and couldn\u0027t get a driver. \n\nWe were staying very high up in the alps and roads weren\u0027t easily accessed, so trying to get a taxi proved extremely difficult. I was very stressed and luckily, managed to reach a local company that would drive us at the cost of 420€, a 2 and a half hour drive. \n\nI demanded a full refund of the very overpriced price we paid for the transfer that never arrived. And i stated that it would be the right thing for their company to extend a gesture and give me compensation for the fact their negligence cost me 420€. They were very difficult to get the refund off, and wouldn\u0027t even consider giving me any compensation. \n\ni would highly recommend not going with this transfer company, as they are extremely unreliable, rude, unhelpful, unwilling to cooperate, irresponsible and miserly.

Жаль, что я увидел этот сайт и прочитал другие отзывы только после того, как уже столкнулся с проблемой.\nВ середине августа понадобилось забронировать трансфер в Нью-Йорке для гостей, именно трансфер с табличкой и гарантированной машиной. Трансфер был успешно заказан и оплачен.\nВ день прилета гостей оказалось, что их рейс задерживается.\nНа сайте было написано, что если время бесплатного ожидания составляет один час, и если задержка больше, чем на это время - мне нужно связаться с компанией на их емейл.\nСвязавшись с компанией на емейл и не получив ответа, я написал напрямую водителю, уведомив о задержке. Водитель написал \u0022ok\u0022.\nВ итоге, по прилету в указанное время водитель написал, что он уже не может, уже поздно и так далее.\nС момента моего обращения в компанию Gett по емейлу прошло уже 6 часов. Ответа я не получил.\nСвязавшись с их техподдержкой в чат, мне пообещали ответ в течении \u0022нескольких часов\u0022. В итоге отписку мне прислали лишь спустя 1,5 недели, так и не прочитав моей претензии и не просмотрев приложенные к письму доказательства.\nЯ опущу рассказ о моих звонках в компанию с обещаниями перезвонить в тот же день, письма, на которые никто не ответил. Я лишь скажу одно - это хамский и непрофессиональный посредник, который после получения ваших денег в ус не будет дуть по поводу ваших проблем.\nМой вам совет - не пользуйтесь услугами этой компании никогда, а при возникновении спорной ситуации знайте - компании на вас наплевать\nДа, номер трансфера 4021079. А то еще попробуют удалить :)

This was one of the worst experience you could have.\nStanding alone with you little daughter at the airport in Rijeka.\ncomming with the last plane and directly after evrything was closed and all personal was gone.\nThan waiting for the cap that was aranged, who called that he couldn\u0027t come, only for the double amount as was agreed because get transfer.com gave the wrong pick up location.\nafter many calls that they didn\u0027t answer.\ni\u0027ve got a email that it\u0027s not their mistake and i didn\u0027t get a refund.\ni would recomend strongly not to use this corrupt organisation.\nhonestly i travel for more than 40 years on this planet and this was one of the most frustrating situations you can have.\nThank you get transfer.com for spoiling the holiday for me and my little daughter\nAnd mind you get transfer people don’t get in touch with me in what way so ever.

Contrate con esta compañía un traslado desde el aeropuerto de Estambul al hotel en la misma ciudad y vuelta. A la recogida tuvimos que buscar nosotros al taxista, con el consiguiente problema en un aeropuerto que no conocemos y el taxi no era el contratado, antiguo y sin los servicios que decía disponer. A la vuelta le dijimos que nos recogiese antes, ya que la hora que teníamos era la de salida del avión, nos dijo que nos llamaría un día antes, cosa que no hizo, lo llamamos nosotros por whapssa y nos confirmo la recogida anticipada, nos dejo tirados y no respondía a nuestras llamadas. Después de todo esto a la compañía GETTRANSFER , le envió los problemas que hemos tenido y no responden en absoluto, se atreven a enviar un código del 10 % de descuento para el próximo servicio, se pensaran que los voy a volver a utilizar. Empresa irresponsable que solo me han hecho perder el tiempo y el dinero ya que lo pague por adelantado y tuve que pagar otro taxi y sobre todo las molestias de buscar otro de forma rapida por no perder el avión. Como ven su respuesta es que tomaran medidas para que no ocurra, pero no es cierto, no han hecho nada por resolver la situación, solo pedir disculpas

My transfer was cancelled by the driver and I received no refund

I booked a transfer within 14 hours of the required pick up time. This already negated the 48 hour ruling in terms of cancellation. When my allocated driver realised he could not make the pick up time that night. he cancelled the pick up, called GetTransfer to inform them of this and GetTransfer subsequently cancelled the pick up, took my money and have refused to refund the money. The driver who this case was initially assigned to did not receive any of this money, GetTransfer kept it all for themselves without providing a service. GetTransfer are now refusing to refund my money as the cancellation was made within the 48 hour timeframe however as I have continually informed them, the booking was made within 14 hours of the required pick up time negating their policy anyway and the driver who accepted the pick up was the one who had to cancel it as they realised they could not make the pick up time that night.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!\n\nThey say no hidden costs on their website, yet I have been over charged up to AU$70. The quote was very different to what was actually charged on my credit card. I am currently fighting with them to get my money back, but they keep saying it is \u0022commission\u0022 and bak fees. sorry but bank fees are NOT AU$70 and it says nothing on the website about their commission. In fact their website says \u0022no hidden charges\u0022.

Looks like a complete scam.\n\nI booked a driver in London, confirmed, paid (silly me), and the driver didn\u0027t show up.\nI looked up the driver\u0027s contact info, and it was a foreign number, potentially legitimate, but still a pain to call. I called, no one picked up the phone.\n\nI chatted to someone from the website that told me they couldn\u0027t contact the driver either, and that I should send an email for refund.\nIn all this, I almost missed my flight and had to wait and pay for another transfer.\n\nEmailed support the same day, I got a reply days later saying they had to try and contact the driver for a refund \u0022to be considered\u0022!\nThat was 10 days ago and I never heard back even after follow up emails.\n\nLong story short, I don\u0027t know who I paid, I don\u0027t have my money back, I should have never trusted this website.

I booked online a vehicle, and booked for 10 hrs. I paid upfront (never again). \n\nThe driver arrived at my hotel and sent me a whatsapp, just saying Hi I am your driver. I replied and was waiting in the hotel breakfast when I received messages saying I cannot wait any longer and I am leaving. My phone did not have internet connection and didnt receive teh messages. Get Transfer has a policy to wait 15 mins and then they cancel without reimbursement. The drivers abuse this policy, they never called me by phone, never told the bell man they had arrived, and just took off. Even though I had paid for 10 hrs of service, it didnt matter. I called the driver and he said it was cancelled and he would not returned even though I called literally 2 mins after he has left. Please never ever hire this fraudulent and abusive service. My reservation number was 3945491
