I traveled from charleroi with Angelo, an amazing driver. He was very nice and made me (a young woman travelling alone) feel safe. He was on time and very helpful with finding everything on the airport. He kept in good contact via WhatsApp and you could call as wel. Everything was very clean and professional and he was also chatty which is nice:) I recommend and if I\u0027ll be back I definitely come back.

Номер заявки 5644764\n\n\nНедавно заказал и ОПЛАТИЛ трансфер через этого оператора.\nВылет задержали на 40 мин, при этом я хотел связаться с водителем с целью предупредить о задержке рейса!!! Мало того, что с водителем не было связи на основном номере, с ним невозможно было связаться никаким мессенджером!!!\nСвязался со службой поддержки до вылета, объяснил ситуацию, что не могу связаться с водителем.\nВ итоге прилетели мы по месту назначения на час позже и понятно, что нас никто не встречал. Набрали ещё несколько раз водителю - nothing was changed.\nСлужба поддержки написала мне письмо - есть ограничение по времени ожидания клиента в аэропорту - не более часа и деньги никто возвращать не будет.\nНе советую пользоваться услугами этого оператора.

J\u0027ai réservé un taxi le 2 décembre à Toulouse pour Labège le matin et le soir pour le retour de Labège vers Toulouse. Malheureusement le vol de Nantes-Toulouse est retardé de 2 heures (compagnie easyjet). Mon intervention en conférence n\u0027est plus possible. Je cherche à annuler par téléphone la réservation le jour même et 2 heures avant la prise en charge du matin. On me répond que ce n\u0027est pas possible et que je dois m\u0027adresser à la compagnie easyjet pour obtenir un remboursement. Ceci m\u0027est confirmé par mail.\nC\u0027est du n\u0027importe quoi.Je ne peux prétendre à être remboursé ni pour l\u0027aller du matin, ni pour le retour du soir. Ces gens sont des voyous et des arnaqueurs.

En mauvaise compagnie.

Lors de mon dernier séjour à Phuket, j\u0027avais fait appel à Gettransfer pour m\u0027amenez de l\u0027aéroport à mon hôtel au centre, le prix qui était proposé était de 39 euros hors, les quatre propositions qui m\u0027on été donné à choisir, leur tarif dépassait les 43 voir 54 euros. J\u0027ai accepté le moins cher et accueil personnalisé est un mensonge, une dame accroche tous les noms sur une grille et au fur et à mesure de la disponibilité, attribut un taxi, alors à la réservation numéro du véhicule, nom du chauffeur, plaque d\u0027immatriculation chauffeur personnalisé, que du blablabla, une vrai arnaque. De plus au retour, à l\u0027heure prévue 13 h 30 aucun chauffeur, à 13 h 50 appel de celui-ci pour dire qu\u0027il est dans le hall et qu\u0027il m\u0027attends, je lui ai répondu que j\u0027y étais dans le hall et depuis 12 h et qu\u0027il n\u0027y avait aucune trace de lui. 14h, nouveau appel du chauffeur, qu\u0027il est à l\u0027hôtel près de l\u0027aéroport là où il devait m\u0027accompagner. Ensuite, plus de nouvelles et autant de gettransfer dont je n\u0027ai cesser d\u0027envoyer des messages, j\u0027ai du me résigner vers les 16 h à prendre un taxi et le tarif a été de 30 euros. Gettransfer a refusé de prendre en charge mes frais de taxi de 30 euros et les 8 euros de téléphone occasionné par son chauffeur, ils ont divisé par deux le prix que j\u0027avais payé pour le chauffeur soit moins de 20 euros. Un conseil, évitez cette société malhonnête, pourri de la direction à leurs chauffeurs.

No se presento el conductor a la hora indicada despues de estar llamando al conductor (17 veces, he informarme que tenia problemas para llegar, con las manifestaciones) durante 45 minutos. Tuve que llamar a un UBER para no llegar tarde al aeropuerto. ahora me dicen que el conductor estaba en el sitio acordado a la hora fijada y que no me devuelven el dinero. Espero que con la RECLAMCION a Paypal se solucione.\nHay tienen mi numero de solicitud de traslado nº 5436822

Servizio pessimo\nL\u00271 dicembre 2019 avevo prenotato un trasporto in aeroporto (numero di prenotazione 5628815) alle 6:15, da Bordeaux e l\u0027autista non si è presentato all\u0027appuntamento ne ha mai risposto alle mie chiamate\nSe non avessi trovato un angelo travestito da taxi uber non sarei mai arrivato in aeroporto a quell\u0027ora del mattino

When visiting my wife\u0027s family in Connecticut, we needed to arrange transportation back to the airport in NYC. We booked transportation through Get Transfer. My credit card was charged, and the day before they were due to pick us up and take us to the airport, I called our driver who assured that he would call me back in \u00222 minutes\u0022.\n\nAfter 3-4 hours of hearing nothing in return, and my attempting to reach him again, the following text message was sent to me from the driver: \u0022I\u0027m sorry, I am not able to complete the job\u0022. Once I contacted Get Transfer, the offer of a refund or a replacement was given. I mentioned needing a replacement, and before they attempted to find one they notified me that there may be an increase in the charge. \n\nFrustrated, I called back and asked for a refund. I then booked transportation through a reputable, upstanding shuttle company. I\u0027m not holding my breath on getting my $90 back. Please do not use these people!

Shocking, shocking, shocking experience! The driver was 35 minutes late picking us up from Istanbul airport, November 27, 2019 and that was only after two phone calls made by a worker at the airport..then an impossibly rude representative of the company made me come to show me my name was on the board being held up outside arrivals..it wasn\u0027t but he kept pointing to other names saying mine was amongst them!!!! Eventually a young man arrived reeking of cigarettes and could speak no English..we were walked for 10 minutes to a filthy van, not the Mercedes or BMW carI had booked and paid for..we rode in a van reeking of cigarette smoke and shabbiness..he helped us unload our luggage..NEVER AGAIN!

I wish I had of checked here before booking with GetTransfer. I\u0027ve now signed up just to leave a review. Prepaid cab didn\u0027t turn up. Driver was uncontactable by myself or customer care. Customer care have been dragging their heels and making it difficult to get a refund. In the end I got the money back via Paypal instead. Avoid these scammers.

Avoid this company- they withhold your payment and fail to provide the service.

Terrible customer service, non-existent taxi service and failing to return my fully paid booking fee. I had booked a taxi from Manchester - Leeds on Sunday 1st Dec at 04.00am, and paid £65 full balance (two months ago). At 03.55am (at minus 2 temp) I phoned the allocated driver to find out where he was waiting for us. He said that he had cancelled my booking a week ago (with no communication from him or Get Transfer). I asked him what number I might call to follow up a replacement taxi and he hung up. I phoned Get Transfer Customer Service and received no answer or ansaphone. Myself and two friends, one of who is 65 yrs old with arthritis had to find our own alternative arrangements at an extra cost of £80. We had to wait another hour in the freezing cold for a train replacement service. As we waited Get Transfer then sent an email an hour after our driver cancelled, apologising but confirming they were not going to arrange a replacement as it would be more expensive for them to try and get us another taxi!!! They still have our money and are playing games, delaying tactics and repeatedly asking for information they already have. DO NOT TRUST YOUR MONEY AND SAFETY WITH THIS SHODDY \u0027GET TRANSFER\u0027....Get ripped off it should be called.
