My late evening flight from Barcelona into Casablanca was delayed about an hour and there was no driver to be found at the single waiting area upon arrival. GetTransfer informs me that if a flight is more than 60 minutes late, they consider me a no-show, that they have no responsibility to monitor delays and will offer no credits. They suggest I contact the airline for compensation. This is a \u0022service\u0022 that is not to be trusted.

A éviter, à fuir le site de gettransfert sauf si vous voulez rater votre avion ou gâcher vos vacances, vous payez et vous ne recevez aucun service plutôt que du désagrément avec ce site . Moi j’ai réservé avec ce site et à mon arrivée je ne trouve aucun taxi j’ai été obligé de prendre un taxi de l’aéroport à mes frais et pour mon retour on m’envoie un mail me disant que le véhicule du transporteur est en panne et qu’on a remplacé par un autre qui était impossible de le joindre j’étais obligé d’annuler ( heureusement) et de réserver avec un autre site sans payer d’avance et tout c’est passé très bien .\nGettransfert m’a stressé et m’a gâcher mes vacances et m’a fait perdre de l’argent et sans aucun geste commercial.

Atrention, a huge rip-off! Attention, énorme Arnaque!

Sicile, Palerme, mardi 27 août 2019:\nAttention! C’est une ARNAQUE totale!!!!! Ne pas utiliser ce service à part si vous voulez vous faire voler de l’argent. Je me suis fait débiter 234 euros pour un transfert aller retour Palerme Trapani sans avoir finalement un chauffeur, alors que j’ai reçu de ma banque une confirmation de réception de paiement ou transfer d’argent.\nLe service client est inefficace à part répéter qu’ils n’ont reçu aucun paiement malgré les preuves que je leur ai envoyées. Donc pour résumer, une expérience horrible et malhonnête, des voleurs! À éviter absolument! À faire circuler! Pour ceux qui ont des doutes sur mon témoignage, et je vois et lis finalement sur le site que je ne suis pas le seul, ne pas hésiter à me contacter!

Not able to give no stars. Avoid at all costs they left my teenage daughter in Disneyland Paris with no car to collect at 11 pm.\nCustomer service very very poor; no call back when requested.\nDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Like so many other here, I paid for a Business Car collection in Budapest last week at $48.00 one way to the Airport. The driver arrived on time in a very old Mercedes A Class...by no means a business class vehicle. I use Blacklane mostly who quoted $70 for the same journey but I know their business class is just that...a 5 series or an E Class and always newish/immaculate at that. When I questioned my ride with Gettransfer, I was offered a 7.5% on future rides with them together with loads of excuses as to why \u0022it\u0027s not our fault, we are just a business portal connecting people\u0022. They can keep this \u0022voucher\u0022 as I won\u0027t be using them again. The only positive being that at least the driver arrived on time. Funny though, getttransfer said they couldn\u0027t provide any further help unless I could provide a photo of the car and driver)))) Who at 4am would think to do that? Stay Away......

Solicite servicio de transporte aeropuerto de Madrid por 2 hrs, número de transferencia 4084419, llegó oferta económica que finalmente acepte, por 54,90 Euros, al contactar a transportista por chat este negó dicho contrato aludiendo que el precio era erróneo, solicite devolución de dinero y me han dicho que reversa puede tardar 30 días, considero que este es un robo \nGuillermo Torrealba

Ho richiesto un trasferimento in data 5 agosto 2019 dall\u0027aeroporto di Amsterdam al mio alloggio (centro di Amsterdam), numero di prenotazione 1452579. Il mio aereo (Alitalia AZ110) sarebbe dovuto arrivare alle 16:40, ma ha avuto un ritardo ed è arrivato alle 17:10. Poichè è prevista fino a un\u0027ora di attesa, mi aspettavo nell\u0027atrio dell\u0027aeroporto di vedere l\u0027autista, ma non c\u0027era nessuno. Ho riacceso il telefono, che si deve spegnere a bordo dell\u0027aereo, e ho visto un messaggio delle ore 15:50 (quindi mentre ero in volo e pertanto col telefono spento), dove l\u0027autista mi diceva che mi avrebbe atteso non nell\u0027atrio dell\u0027aeroporto (altro che cartello d\u0027arrivo!) bensì fuori, davanti all\u0027Hotel Sheraton. Con la mia famiglia abbiamo dovuto cercare quest\u0027albergo, che è molto distante dall\u0027aeroporto (1,2 chilometri, stima Google), a piedi e con le valigie, ma anche qui non abbiamo trovato nessuno. Al numero di telefono dell\u0027autista rispondeva una segreteria telefonica, mentre al numero di assistenza non ha risposto nessuno. Per farla breve, ho dovuto chiamare un taxi per raggiungere la mia destinazione (costo € 60,00). Al rientro ho contattato l\u0027assistenza, che però mi ha negato il rimborso sostenendo che l\u0027autista era sul posto. Ma quale posto? Nell\u0027atrio dell\u0027aeroporto, come concordato, con tanto di cartello di arrivo? O davanti allo Sheraton, come arbitrariamente comunicato dall\u0027autista mentre l\u0027aereo era in volo? In ogni caso, l\u0027autista non era presente in nessuno dei due posti. Pessimo il servizio, e pessima l\u0027assistenza che mi nega un rimborso di fronte all\u0027evidenza, in quanto ho mandato per e-mail le foto con le prove di quanto è successo.\n\n\n\nModifica del 24/9/2019. A distanza di qualche tempo, devo purtroppo aggiungere che la Get.transfer, pur avendomi risposto dicendo che sarei stato contattato per i chiarimenti del caso, non si è mai fatta sentire, e sono ancora in attesa. Pessimo il servizio, ma ancora peggiore l\u0027assistenza.

Ich habe extra Premium bestellt(für mehrkosten).Angegeben war dafür eine Mercedes S Klasse,angekommen ist ein VW Crafter.Übrigens mit halbe Stunde Verspätung!\n Das ist abzocke!

Taxi driver did not show up

We paid the full price months ago, but the taxi driver did not show up. Driver didn\u0027t answer for days. After sending GetTransfer a mail for a full refund for the costs made, plus all the excessive costs made because of this, support has not answered my email yet. I\u0027ll update this review once I get a response, if I even do get one.\n\nI do not recommend GetTransfer.

I used the company service to book a transfer from the Charles De Gaulle airport to central Paris. I was suppose to arrive at 15:30. I contacted the company to let them know that my flight delayed and will arrive at 17:05, that was at 14:44. I received an email saying that I need to pay €80 euros to the driver so that he can wait. The total cost for the booking was $101 so I explained that this is a lot and I can pay €40. I arrived to the airport to find that the driver had left.
