Ich habe mit Erschrecken die vielen negativen Berwertungen gemerkt.Meine bisherigen Transfers waren in der Türkei immer pünktlich auch 9 Tagen und es waren jeweils Einzeltransfers im Mercedes Vito neuere Baujahre.Preise unterhalb der örtlichen Taxipreise.Habe noch 2 Türkeitransfers in Zukunft mit dem Guthaben aus wegen Corvid 19 stornierten Buchungen.Den Zuschlag von 10% beim Guthaben und die häufigen Rabattcodes machen die Transfers besonders günstig.

I reserved a transfer, the driver canceled the day before and gettransfer refuses to refund the money even though it wasn\u0027t my choice to cancel the ride!\nI basically wasted 130 euros so avoid at all costs.

Ich habe Ende September eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit GetTransfer.com gemacht und dies hier auch geschrieben. Habe aber inzwischen das entsprechende Guthaben auf meinem Konto gefunden und damit zwei Transfers bezahlt, die tadellos funktioniert haben. Einer war ein Flughafentransfer in Wien und ein anderer ebenfalls ein Flughafentransfer in Sizilien. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass manchmal das Problem nicht nur bei GetTransfer liegt sondern auch bei unseriösen Angeboten von Transportunternehmen. Bei meiner Negativen Erfahrung hat ein Unternehmen einen Preis angeboten den er dann ein paar Tage vor dem Transfer nicht mehr erfüllen wollte, den Preis deutlich erhöhen wollte und die Zusammenarbeit mit GetTransfer.com aufkündigte.\nMeine Bewertung bezieht sich auf die beiden gelungenen Buchungen.

Refusing to return fee paid for a transfer that they took from me confirmed the pick up but never sent to the driver or drivers company. No car arrived to pick us up. No cancellation anywhere from any party just GetTransfer taking money not paying the taxi co and refusing to give it back. Keeping it for me in my account to use in the future. Very bD customer service blaming Covid for inability to do refunds....? Come on. DO NOT USE. have emailed several times and stock answers return. \n\nEdit. Just seen the reply below which does not represent what happened. They were not an untrustworthy company as Gettransfer suggest. I spoke to the driver who confirmed that the money wasn\u0027t paid or any confirmation sent for the booking. I have written many emails with questions about the clauses in the terms and conditions which don\u0027t apply in this case only to receive stock answers back. They are based in Cyprus so am now following up with EU trading standards to clarify rights. Its not the money but the principle and their blatant disregarding of customers. It does not take a long time to transfer money these days. No money was ever sent to the taxi co its just sitting in their account. It could be done in seconds.

We changed the TIME of our return journey and have all the relevant conformation emails to prove this, they turned up a day early and refused to take any responsibility for their mistake, they then refused to send another car on the arranged date, the last day of our holiday was spent phoning and emailing to try and rectify this with no joy at all apart from a rather rude and abrupt email from someone called \u0022nick\u0022 telling us it was our fault and we would have to rebook and pay again if we wanted to get home safely and a refund was out of the question. the holiday was for our handicapped son and this whole affair with gettransfer caused us all undue stress and upset, we had to borrow money and use another firm together us back home. We are totally disgusted with the service we received and fully intend to take this matter further.

ARNAQUE! NE PAS FAIRE CONFIANCE! Ils vous demandent de payer une autre fois soit disant car le chauffeur ne peut pas venir et finalement le deuxième ne se présente pas non plus !\nA cause d\u0027eux nous avons dû nous débrouiller à rentrer chez nous à minuit.

1 star during this pandemic: Get transfers think it’s okay to hold your money hostage if you cancel before 48 hours before your transfer, which is in conjunction with their cancellation policy. I was told “Refunds paid will be made taking into account the funds in your personal account, which you can use to pay when ordering a new transfer” which means they will not give me a refund to my bank account but credited to use on their service again. I was told this is due to the pandemic and will change back to normal after but I am outraged that they think this is acceptable to use the pandemic as an excuse to hold onto my money, as if I couldn’t also do with my £140 right now in such hard times! I am disgusted to be honest. When I challenged this I was told “Please note that we always act according to the rules of the User Agreement”. Well my advice to you Get transfer is to not trick your customers by hiding this in your small print and to make customers more clearly aware when booking!

No se puede cancelar. Del viaje de 8 personas a EEUU hemos conseguido que nos devuelvan todo (Vuelos de 3 compañías distintas, hoteles pagados por adelantado, vehículos de alquiler, etc) excepto el transfer que contratamos con Getttransfer.\nLo anulé con meses de antelación, y me contestaron que por el Covid no podían devolver el dinero.\nComo decía antes, la única empresa que se ha quedado con nuestro dinero. Está claro que los próximos transfers serán con otras compañías del sector.\n\nRefering to your answer, I could never choise the refund. I had to accept a credit (compulsory), but when I was going tu check it, the credit dissapeared from my account. In my opinion this is a robbery.

Ho fatto qualche viaggio con questo sito, ma in italia c\u0027è un caos. Purtroppo il sito non verifica correttamente i documenti quindi permette di far lavorare anche le auto private. Preferisco non utilizzare più questo sito per la sicurezza dei miei clienti.
